I see in Google search console that Google is crawling my site using their Googlebot smartphone crawler. This has been set by an earlier Wordpress version of my site. I'd rather Google indexed by using the desktop crawler. I understand I instruct them to do this by adding user agent token into my site in the headers or in a rotbots.txt file.But I can't see how to do theither of those in portfolio. Is there a way to do this in Portfolio or is there a way to tell Google via search console to use their desktop crawler not the old one. Thanks in advanceJohn
This is the favorite I want to delete, there was no possibilities of deletion or removal when the program was installed to my knowledge as I tried for mby half an hour and searcher around the web. After uninstalling adobe, this is now what remains when trying to alter this favorite in any way. Please how can I remove this. For reference, I'm removign this due to low disk space and wanting to move all adobe files on an external hardrive. But it really doesnt wanna get removed
Hi all,I have some issues with libraries that are not showing on assets.adobe.com.I can access my libraries from within indesign and also on the adobe stock website.but not on assets.adobe.com. assets.adobe.com tells me i don't have any libraries, even though the are accessible within every adobe software that allows libraries.the biggest issues is that in this company we have some people who only have an adobe account with incopy. Incopy doesn't support libraries.but these people make libraries on adobe stock that they want to share with people like me, the only way to share and make sure i have full access tot the libraries (to use the library van grafic design) is to give me access to the librarie from assets.adobe.com. Except the libraires aren't showing.any ideas?is this a synchronising issue? i've allready tried to accept all foreign coockies settings in a bunch of different browsers without any result.thanks in advance

I have several Adobe CC libraries… many of which behave as they should.However there are a few which were created in the app which cannot be seen in the deskto app and vice versa. I have the same login in both spots. Why am I seeing 2 different sets of libraries?
Creative Cloud tells me that I have 22 GB used (out of 21) but when I check all the libraries are empty and it tells me that there are no synchronized files.I would like to empty the space and block any type of sharing.It's very annoying to always see the warning sign for a service you don't use
Hi, I am having regarding accessing cloud files from my account and I am not sure why. I recently restarted my plan as a 'personal account' using the same email, but I am no longer able to access my cloud files. My account was previously paid by my university and used a school portal to login, however as my school cancelled this service, I cannot login as an 'educational account' -- I suspect this transfer over has caused this issue but I am unsure what I can do as a huge portion of my work was on the cloud
I downloaded a couple of the Adobe Photoshop apps last school year and had no problem using them but this year, my school subscription ended and I'm still in school. I again attempted to renew my subscription to some of the apps using a student discount. The transaction was successful, yet every time I open my apps, they claim that my subscription has ended. I'm also unable to buy some of the apps on my creative cloud that I previously had subscriptions to as the button to buy the app under the description is grey and will only allow me to click "start my free trial". Yet even when I tried this, I ran into the same problem and was not able to use any of the features of the app. [Mod: Moved to the Creative Cloud Services forum]

So I got an Adobe Portfolio subscription and I'm having trouble setting up a custom domain.The domain is being hosted through Google and was previously configured to a website hosted at Format.com. I ran into trouble when I attempted to insert the second IP Address, as per Adobe's recommendation. I followed Adobe's instructions precisely, as shown below. Note: Google would not allow me to place "@" in the Host Name category. Google's instruction was to leave the box blank, which I assume isn't an issue. Once I removed "@" from the text field, Google instructed me that the new record requires an adjustment. I have attempted to bypass this message with no success. The only choice is to allow Google to adjust the record, which then displays IP Address 2, as shown below. The domain appears to be connected with my Adobe Portfolio and appears correctly online. My concern is if I incorrectly entered the information or if this will pose any possible issues for
I've had a subscription for about 1,5 years now through work. I recently quit my job, but still had access to the subscription, so I continued using it. It's been less than a month since I last used an Adobe program, but today I finally got the message that my subscription had ended. I had completely forgotten about all of the files I had saved in the cloud, and tried to find an option to recover these, without any luck. I haven't been able to get a notification about these being deleted either, as my account is connected to my work mail, which I no longer have access to. Is there any possible way I can recover the cloud files and save them to my own computer? I tried researching a little bit, and it seemed there would be a 30 day period before they got deleted. Last time I used an Adobe app was about 18 days ago, so I had hoped I would be able to find my files. I have an Adobe Portfolio site, and I'm lost in figuring out how its generating the URL... when you go to my site and click on OOH, the URL changes the end to "/logo-design" - the page is called OOH, I've been thru all submenus and everything seems to say "OOH" (out of home), but its still populates as /logo-design. Taking a guess - it's left over from the day I first started the site in probably 2017, even though a "logo design" no longer exists (see screenshot from setting data). "Logo design" is grayed out. Should I delete the home page and start a new one? Thanks in advance.
Seravek Font will not download from Adobe fonts. Is there an issue with this font? I can download other fonts just not this family
Hi,After launching, the app will announce: "Your apps seem to be taking more time than usual. Please restart Creative Cloud or restart your computer and try the action again." i tried reinstalling but it didn't help. Please advise me.

Probably a simply fix, but I couldn't find an answer =>When I open my Portfolio Site on my phone the button are cut off. Is there a way, where the button just continues in the second row and automatically get bigger or do I need to make the font way smaller?Thanks for the help in advance
I'm trying to create a landing page in Adobe Portfolio before I try to add content, but I am finding this app to be extremely unintuitive. In the attached screenshot I clicked the + sign in the text box in an attempt to add a subtitle below it, but the app just aligns the new text next to the text I already had. I can find nothing to modify this.Also I made a blank collections page but I can't find any way to set up navigation from the landing page to it (or to anything else for that matter). I thought this was going to be an effective and relatively easy way to make a portfolio from my Lightroom Classic collections, but it is becoming an exasperating time sink.Finally, in this interface here it says I must select one of the "*Topics help users find your post. Please select one or more topics", but NONE of the topics offered appear to be relevant to my issue.
I'm using the latest Creative Cloud app and It's not showing the apps as installed ( Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effect ) in the installed apps, nor in the updates, I tried to install Photoshop so it might sync with the old preferences (plugins, scripts, and workspace) nothing happened as if it's installed as another new appI tried this method: Apps panel doesn't show installed Adobe Creative Cloud apps But it didn't work either.can you please help me I can't re-install every plugin for every app and workspace again! Bonjour à tous, je rencontre un probléme sur créative cloud, il m'indique que j'ai 5 go d'utilisé sur mon stockage de 105 go alors que j'ai que 2 dossiers de plusieurs psd qui font 123 mo et 12 mo et je n'arrive pas pas avoir de l'aide de la part du sav adobe car à chaque fois ils ne sont pas capable de me répondre ou de me proposer de m'aider à récupérer mes go manquant.

I would like to say this creative cloud desktop "experience" has reduced my workflow efficiency and has cause tremendous unnecessary frustration. I had primarily used it as an app launcher. I would like to see an option to select a minimal view or launcher view of the Creative cloud desktop "experience". I want to take two videos of the same size and shape and create an uploadable reel for social media with the videos as separately playable and side by side. I think FB used to allow this on business pages, but doesn't anymore. In order to do it, I had to create this on my personal page, make it public, then share it on my business page which was not ideal at all and very time consuming. I think there must be a way to do it with Adobe Express perhaps? I haven't ever used that but wondered if anyone else had tried to do this. Must have though; it seems like an obvious thing to do.
Hi! My name is Karrigan and I graduated college this past December. While in college, I had access to Adobe through my school. Once I graduated, I lost all access to my former accounts. I created a new personal account and was able to transfer my old projects to my new account but I lost access to my old Behance. The profile is still there even though the account has been deactivated. How do I gain access or transfer my Behance account? My old username is "karriganjones1" and my new one is "karriganjones". wrong charge despite discount verification confirmation They told me that my student product was ending, they asked me to check if I would continue to be a student, they confirmed that I am now a teacher at that university, they told me that the verification was correct but when the month arrived, they charged me the normal charge.
Hello, Windows 10.Creative Cloud file syncing is disabled. Going to: Creative Cloud Desktop / Settings / Syncing says:"You don't have access to manage preferences for SyncingPermission fro your IT administrator may be required." I have no IT department. This is just me and my new computer. What am i supposed to do?
