Hola, el problema que experimento es el siguiente:Tengo Creative Cloud instalado con 4tb de almacaneamiento.No entiendo los motivos por lo que todos los archivos que arrastro/ descargo y que permanecen en LA CREATIVE CLOUD FILES (Carpeta) me ocupan TAMBIÉN espacio en mi disco local de MAC.De hecho, cuando borro un archivo de la carpeta de CREATIVE CLOUD FILES, se libera espacio en mi disco de mac.¿Qué sentido tiene contratar una nube virtual si también me ocupará espacio en el disco local dejándome sin espacio local?Quiero entender por qué sucede esto y cómo evitarlo: cómo hacer que la carpeta virtual de CREATIVE CLOUD FILES funcione como un disco duro externo, cuyo almacenamiento es independiente y no se crea en espejo con mi disco local

I have Creative Cloud and many CC apps on my Macbook Pro. The apps all work, and even the CC desktop app shows my librariess. However, it will not show my files. I am unable to access my CC online files through the CC app. The only error I receive is a notice stating, "Something went wrong. Please restart the app and try again." I've tried restarting the app, restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and still it will not show my files. I am at a loss and this is a horrible way to work. My files are inaccessible. Also, how in the hell does one contact Adobe chat? The website takes you in circles but never offers the option to actually speak with someone. I've never experienced this poor customer service before. 

Will I loose my stored files in the cloud if I stop my subscription of creative cloud applications?

Why say "all apps included" when you are obviously not including all apps? Why nerf functionality of your flagship products like photoshop and remove 3D tools so you can sell other products? Will you do the same thing to After Effects? What's the marketing threshold before you split your software into three or four revenue streams or more? Why not be honest with your customers that signed on to CC when you promised that after ending CS that all the adobe products would be included?

I am building my first website using Pf. I created 3 pages. One page has 2 images each linked to one of the other 2 pages. If the links are to external pages, there are no issues but if the links are to other pages within Pf, previews work fine but after saving the site, on the live site, after navigating to the first page and click on either of the 2 mages, it takes me to the home page and URL field on my Edge browser says "https://xxxx.myportfolio.com/target="_blank". What am I doing wrong?

I'm currently using the CC Library extension in PowerPoint, and the issue that I'm running into is that once I place assets in the powerpoint, they do not automatically update as they do in illustrator. I essentially have to mjanual replace each asset which really defeats the purpose of libraries for me. Is there a setting I can update that will automatically update these assets in powerpoint, or is not possible?

Hi I need some help. I have downloaded adobe CC And i dont have enough space on C drive. So i changed the deafult location in setting on Creative Cloud.But whenever i try to install any Adobe Software from CC the space goes to C i dont know why i have changed the location but idont understand HELP

I subscribe to the Adobe Photography plan, which includes a few iterations of Photoshop and Lightroom and includes 20 gigs of cloud storage. I burned through that pretty quickly, and thought I'd try to add more cloud storage to my plan. All I see, however, is an option to change plans wholesale. I can't upgrade my cloud storage at all.What gives?A plan that includes only Lightroom gives you access to 1 TB of clouds storage, but the one that lets gives me access to more apps, arguably giving me more need for the cloud storage won't let me upgrade?I could jump up to the whole creative suite, gaining access to half a dozen apps and services I'll never use, but that just seems silly.Anyone know how to work around this or any other options?

Hello,  I work in education and got a free subscription to Adobe Creative Suite as part of the job.  I am now leaving the organisation so will have my Adobe Creative Suite subscription stopped when the year is up.  I have two websites which I created on Adobe Portfolio one has it's own domain name which I purchased and pay for every year and one doesn't.   What will happen to these websites?  Will the one with no domain name other than the free one given by Adobe portfolio disappear or go offline? Will the one that has a domain name stay live?  Can I still edit the websites?  Regards, Rebecca 

I work with a team of designers who share files on the Creative Cloud (we all work remotely). Recently, files have been randomly disappearing (from the CC). I've read other posts explaining where to find the missing files, which is helpful. However, it doesn't answer the question as to why this keeps happening.Does Adobe have a contact person that we can talk to about this issue? It seems to be happening weekly, but it's a better solution for sharing files across a team than using DropBox or Google Drive. Please let me know if there is someone we can talk to. Thank you!

I have a bajillion libraries. It takes me forever to scroll through them.  I often cull them but the number keeps growing. I would love a way to group them / organize them - the libraries themselves not just what is in them.

InDesign 18.1 laut CC die aktuellste Version, obwohl es schon 18.4. gibt. Möchte ich aus InDesign selbst aktualisieren, so kommt eine Adobe Updater Fehlermeldung:Updates wurden für diesen Computer deaktiviert…Bitte wenden Sie sich an ihren Administrator.Die Admins haben nichts geändert und konnten nichts feststellen.Das die Updates deaktiviert sind wäre neu, da ich vor einem Monat noch Updates gemacht habe. Bei den Kolleg*innen gibt es das Problem nicht.Ich habe mich schon ab- und angemeldet und die opm.db schon versuchsweise gelöscht. Bildungseinrichtungslizenz, MacOS 13.3.1.; Creative Cloud 5.10.0.573  Beste Grüße

Adode Acrobat is grayed out in CC Desktop and CC Web.App won't open, and I can't delete Acrobat. Any suggestions? Kind Regards,John

Hello everyone, I came across such an "Endless Download," but! I have a download to the Initializing Creative Cloud. And I don't know what to do, I've already rebooted, reinstalled and cleared the entire cache and downloaded it again, but still the same error. Help me 

I have owned a legal copy of Adobe Flash CS6 since I was 15 years old, I had bought it with the student discount and while its an older version of the program it still does what I need it to but this infuriatinginly god forsaken Creative Cloud app I installed to try a trial for some other program REFUSES to get OFF my computer because it is retroactively seeing my copy of flash as a Creative Cloud program IT'S NOT HOW DO I GET IT OFF MY COMPUTER I assume I could uninstall Flash, then creative cloud and then reinstall Flash but I don't want to lose things like my custom window placements/layout among other settings.

Hello everyone,I'm not to used to creative cloud and I don't find it that intuitive.My Creative Cloud Space of 100GB is full, but i have 5 photoes in my files for a total of size of less than 1 GB.My tresh is empty and I can't find anything anywhere that tell me what and where it is.Can anyone help me and give me some info on how to please? Hey, yesterday adobe had an update for creative cloud and when i tried to update it, this shows. i thought my firewall blocked it doesnt block and everytime when i click to retry it doin also the same thing. im tried of that because i also reinstalled it and didnt work ;( 

Since appr. Febr 25th I have issues with Adobe Creative Cloud en Lightroom. Adobe Creative Cloud says there is an update, but updates keep failing with error 202.I also can't use Lightroom. It gives me constant blue screens. Because the issues started at the same time, I assume that these are related? I used Google to find a solution for Adobe Creative Cloud. Found a lot of suggestions, but none worked. I ended up trying to uninstall and reinstall. Uninstall was succesful, but now I am not able to reinstall. Again because of error 202. Lightroom BSOD can even happen when just having this opened and doing nothing. The crashump says it is related to the Nvidia-driver. I already reinstalled these, did a memory check, etc., but none of these resolved the issue.SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_MDrive or module in which error occured: nvlddmkm.sys So now I am without Adobe Creative Cloud and Lightroom.Someone who has some good ideas to get both working again?Are these
