Hi Adobe CC on MAC OS, on latest versions (computers with diff. versions)We are having strange problems with CC Sync.Files and Folders are disappearing from Local Sync Folder without User intervention, but the Folders and Files are all still in the Cloud (accessible via WEB).No one Left the Shares, the Folders weren't deleted (otherwise would be gone from Cloud,...)Is seems that the Local DB is corrupted and the Local Sync Agent gets crazy and moves Local Folders to the Recycle Bin.Anyone with the same issue? Any ideas?Thanks to you all.Regards

my deleted files are empty but also my storage files are 95.6 GB.I am using 45.5 GB for sync. Where is my 50 GB storage. I can't upgrade my storage because for my country. And deleted files not working. when i delete new files, its not showing deleted files. deleted files always empty.

Good Morning,I have a new MBP arriving today and want to install CC (LR &PS), clean.I have installed on my existing Mac, but want to do a fresh install without any of the existing preferences carrying over to the new MBP. No presets. No catalogs or libraries. Is this possible or when I download CC, is it going to be a mirror reflection of my current install?Thanks in advance..

Does anyone have an idea how I can install the Adobe Genuine Service software? The message does not appear on a computer as to whether the software can be installed. Is there any way I can do this manually? On the help pages you will only find the instructions for the uninstallation.

I have access to corporate Adobe Creative cloud apps. However I have been testing the adobe substance 3D trial package. I'm at an impasse. The company I work for doesn't want to include these tools on the invoice (which I understand).Hello. The problem is that if I decide to buy the license to use Substance 3D every time I access the applications I have to connect my personal email and my access to tools such as illustrator and photoshop etc... are blocked because they are associated with my corporate account. Is there a way to solve this paradox for example pay out of pocket for 3D apps using the same corporate account or something else to do in this case? Thanks Sergio

My Creative Cloud folder in my fnder on my Mac is hidden. I can only see the folder when I give the command to 'Show hidden files' on Mac (Command + Shift + .). All files in the folder are synced correctly and are accessible once I give the command to show hidden files, but it's very inconvenient. How can I 'Unhide' the Creative Cloud folder???

If you could please help me with a problem I have? I was working for a company and needed to access my creative cloud files from my work computer. I no longer work there and no longer have access to that computer, but whoever does use that computer, now has access to my Creative Cloud Files. How do I block that computer accessing those files?  I have changed my password on this end, but when I go into the creative cloud files folders it doesn't prompt me to use the new password, so I am presuming my old work computer can still access my personal files also?? Help??

I find this to be quite an annoying thing when it comes to creative cloud that I cannot access my adobe scan or acrobat files from the creative cloud desktop app or the app on the phone, is there a way of changing this as at the end of the day they both take up my creative cloud storage.

Hello All! I ran into error 146 and tried everything to fix it, and it just won't. Is there a way I can stay offline with my computer and still use my AE, AI and ME? Does an offline mode exists? Would also be nice on places where I don't have internet,thank you in advance!Petra

I need more storage space to not only work on client files by my own portfolio. I work with photos and now videos. Inspite my user name, I have 16 years of desktop publishing experience. With the advent of social media and the 'gig economy',  I use lightroonm via tablet to ingest my content on location --triage, use photoshop and premiere to execute surgery at my desk, and back to my tablet for my end-of-day post-operative work. Projects run longer than expected and self-promotion work takes a back seat. So, here's the killer. Under the photography plan can upgrade to 1TB of storage, but as a designer, I'm stuck with 100gb?  This really shouldn't be a problem.E 

I've created an html file to use as a template in Mac Mail for my signature. I want to link to a small image on a hosting site. Because I've used Portfolio on the hosting site when i open the link I can only see my portfolio site. The link in the email template comes through as blank. Any ideas?

Hi, CC Libraries have been inconsistent in connecting and syncing. Sometimes files sync no problem but now no files I am trying to upload are syncing and colleagues cannot access my files in the library. I am uploading my files to my CCLibrary, I see them locally, but they are not synced to the cloud (I cannot see them when I view through a browser). When I pause syncing, the syncing Icon spins for a secoind then stops. We are trying to embrace libraries across our organisation but this is becoming frustrating. 

I just set up my Behance account. Uploaded a profile picture, banner image, and one project. When I published my second project, my profile was totally reset? The first project, profile picture, and banner were gone and I was getting account setup prompts again. It looks like Behance created a new profile for me? I'm not sure how I triggered this. Especially since this was the one that I've already sent out for potential employers to see, I'd really like to gain access to it again! I'm trying to sync in Adobe Creative Cloud, but for some strange reason I'm getting this error saying some files could not sync, strangely, only the XD files are not syncing and if I go to the Creative Cloud folder it shows that is synchronizing but in the end all XD files or recently shared folders are not there. I have tried different things I found in this forum but nothing worked, I uninstalled CC and install again, I have killed all CC processes and relaunch, I have signed out and sign back in, nothing has fixed the issue.

Adobe creative cloud is needed to resolve this problem error. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the Creative Cloud from 'http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp'. This is the message I get every day on my computer now. I've tried looking this up. I am unable to share cc libraries i create. I am using the exact same proccess as I did a year ago but I do not get the "Invite People" option for new libraries i create. What I have tried:Creating new business library in Illustrator and Adobe CC Desktop App (mac).Creating new personal library in Illustrator and Adobe CC Desktop App (mac).Renaming and sharing old cc library (shared cc library doesnt have its name changed and new contents can only be viewed by me) New file:Old file:   

hello ive been using quite a while of adobe illustrator and im shifting to other app, i want to completely uninstall and already uninstall all of its app including adobe creative cloud however file residue still on my finder which is adobe, adobeGCInfo, and com.adobe.accc.apps is it okay to uninstall all of its file? 

Hello, I need help. When I go into the creative cloud, it says I have no more storage, and whatever it is, is keeping up 500GB. I had the 1 TB plan before. But now I can't see where those files are when I go into the Adobe file manager. They aren't in anything. I don't need the files keeping this space; I just want the storage back.

Good day all! I urgently need your help pls! I deleted some items on my PC that syncs with Creative cloud and it removed it from all my PCs. I went back to the deleted folder and cannot find the items. This was done last week so not older than 30 days. Your help and wisdom will be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
