Download & Install

Ok, this is an interesting situation-my operating system is on a relatively small drive-to keep from filling it up, I located PSCC on my HDD internal drive as I have more space there. I also changed the download loacation to this drive.   All was good until my SSD died-I didn't need to reinstall PS as that drive survived, but the  CC page is showing "install" on my apps page-Bridge too-meaning I won't get any new updates.  Perhaps my preferences were on the failed C drive-which nothing was recoverable...how can I get those back without a conflict loading it all over again? Thx for info

Hi all, So I have been searching on here and youtube for a fix and I have tried everything except re-installing the full creative suite. I went the %appdata% route as well and that didn't help at all. It is SO frustrating. Is there any other way to fix this? It only affects my Photoshop. The other apps work fine.  I am almost out of options here... RegardsFaeez

When trying to update Adobe Illustrator CS6 Update (version 16.0.4) I get this message: Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7I've tried going to the web site and downloading manually but I get the same message.

Я понимаю с чем это связанно(сам я из России), но я жил создавая свои работы, я наслаждался каждый раз, когда творил. И вот я 18 летний парень не маогу во благо общественного просветления искусства создавать свои работы. Я не хочу скачивать взломанные версии приложений, т.к. считаю это неэтичным. Подскажите пожалуйста, как я могу оформить подписку? Я буду очень благодарен тому, кто сможет мне помочь!

I was trying to install adobe after effects on my PC and every time i try to install it it just says error code 41 was unable to access critical file or directory if you know what this means or how to fix this help would be greatly appreciated.

I tend to get 10+ gb crash dumps in my tiny C: drive and would like to change it to my gigantic 😧 drive, so I don't have to fear running out of space.I found a way to change directory of windows crash dumps and everything else through the registry, but Adobe applications doesn't show up there. Is there a way to change the directory? All my adobe applications except Creative cloud are on my 😧 drive.

I tried installing CS6 on my new Windows 10 laptop before realising it is non-compatible.  Installation therefore failed but now I am having trouble uninstalling the product completely: I attempted to uninstall Adobe CS6 suite/apps off this W10 machine but it failed.I then attempt to uninstall it using the Adobe Removal tool as per the website, and while this said it was successful Adobe CS6 design and Web premium still appears in control panel, and is causing an unspecified error when trying to remove it. Are any other steps to properly remove this off the machine, noting that I do not want to remove the Existing Adobe XI Standard install that’s still fine and working well on Windows 10?

I'm using a MacBook Pro with Apple Silicon running MacOS Ventura 13.3.1 I install Dreamweaver through the Creative Cloud app.  It installs without incident.  I can use it immediately, but some time after I close Dreamweaver, it is no longer installed and I can install again through Creative Cloud.  I've never encountered this before with any Adobe apps.  How do I keep Dreamweaver installed?

Bis vor kurzem ging es tadelos, jetzt habe ich meinen PC auf Windows 10 geupdatet, alles wieder installiert und einen Tag damit ohne Probleme gearbeitet. Am nächten Tag wollte ich weiter arbeiten und das Programm sagte mir plötzlich, dass meine Lizent ungültig wäre.Der Kundensupport war unfähig mir zu helfen. Da ich nur noch alle Jubeljahre die Programme benötige, sehe ich es nicht ein, ein teures Abo zu kaufen. Zumal selbst die 5.5 Version damals teuer genug war.Hat jemand eine Idee, wie ich die angeblich ungültige Lizenz wieder verifizieren kann? Vielen Dank für eure Hilfe. Mareike

Hi there, I have now been trying to uninstall my adobe photoshop for around 2 weeks now and nothing has worked, when I try to uninstall the product, it just brings up the sign in for the creative cloud and says error I then have tried to one by one delete the correct adobe files and it says this-the action cant be completed because a file is open in another programme when I have nothing else open.. help. !

Pls help. When i try to download adobe photoshop on mac i get transfered to a site which says "Install creative cloud and photoshop" and "account authentication" beneath. When i press proceed i am asked for a "system password". What is that? Hope to find help.

I have recently been forced to upgrade to 10.10 and unfortunately cs3 needs reinstalling.I have the disks and when I install via the set-up assistant it cannot install and says in red it can't.What can I do?Thank you.

I purchased a Lightroom subscription via [removed by moderator}, a third party discount site and was provided with a link to download, but the voucher (discount code) didn't work.  Due to this, the distributor (Adobe presumably) upgraded me to the entire Master Collection from which to install Lightroom and provided me with a licence number for the product.  I've installed Creative Cloud and Lightroom trial, but can't see how to upgrade to a full licence without paying for another subscription.  This is so frustrating as the third parties are very slow to respond and I've been unable to find support online despite hours of research. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi, please is there a way to uninstall really old versions of Photoshop and Lightroom Classic.  I am on Mac OS12, Monterey. In the past I have installed new versions but kept the old ones. I have LRC 8.1 and 8.4, and PS 2014,2017, and 2018. I want to get rid of all them now as I have newer versions which work well. None of these apps now show up in Creative Cloud except PS 2018, for which there is an uninstall prompt. In Applications, in each of these apps there is an uninstaller. Is using this the only way of removing them, and crucially, will that remove all the bits and pieces in both the Libraries on my Mac? Or will i have to go searching for these to delete them manually. I need to install Illustrator on a PC with no internet connection.  I understand Illustrator is now subscription based. Is there a workaround for me to install and update the software on this non-internet PC while I continue to pay for the subscription?

Seeing as I could not find any solutions to the problem of installing CC Apps on a removable drive, I'm going to share my own in case others find it helpful. In my setup, I have a 128gb external SD card in a tablet with only 32gb preinstalled. Adobe Creative Cloud manager would not let me install any programs to the SD Card (my 😧 drive) because it is a removable disk.My fix involves simply mounting the external drive in an empty folder on the C: drive, so that creative cloud is unaware of the true path of the drive.Right click on the windows menu and choose disk management.Right click on the partition you want to install Adobe CC applications to.Select "Change Drive Letters and Paths..."Click Add.Point to an empty NTFS folder on the C drive that you would like to use as your mount point. Myself, I used "C:\ExtSD"Click OK.Now you can select a folder on your external drive through the mount point on your C: drive, which to Adobe, simply looks like a folder.I used "C:\ExtSD\Progra

I have two logins one through work and one on my ipad.  Currently i would need to login as one user, download files, logout, relogin with a different user to access software.  Is it possible to login under two separate accounts.at the same time on one machine
