I'm not sure how to diagnose what exactly is causing the issue, nor if my attempts to do things like create outbound rules in Windows Firewall in regards to ports 80 & 443 have just been wrong. I'm located in/trying to download from Perth, Western Australia and am using a university based account. Regards

If I want to fit a newer/bigger SSD on my Mac to use for system OS and applications only, can I simply just clone my existing drive or use the Apple migration assistant to transfer everything over for me? If I remember correctly, isn’t registration linked to the drive itself? Do I need to uninstall everything first and then reinstall everything on the new drive? 128GB drive, 75GB used and 53GB available, so not sure if it's worth the hassle or not. Still a fair amount of space left as all docs, pics, music etc. all live on other drives. If it ain’t broke an all that!!!

I'm building a new computer system and wanted to make sure I could reinstall my CS5 Production Suite on the new system. I have all my DVD's and my key codes, do I have to do anything so Adobe doesn't think I am installing it on a second PC ?

Twice, in the past 3 months,  I was informed by Adobe tech support, That CS6 Master Collection is compatable and will work with Mojave. I am getting crashes with all except, Photoshop and Bridge. Adobe tech told me that there were solutions on this site yet I can't find any. Other than rolling back, does anyone have any thoughts?

I just upgraded my PC to windows 10 and I still have my old software but I tried to install the new software and I keep getting Error 176 on all the softwares I try to download and I don't know what to do.

Hi. After having substitued the mother board (defective after many years) of my pc, when I try to launch any software of the cs6 master collection, a box appears telling me to signin to my adobe account to start the trial of this collection. I don't want to use my second installation possibility (I'm planning to buy a modern pc) so, have I to continue, use the trial and then (probably) insert the code number of the suite or this will lead to the second installation? Thanks to anyone that can help me.

I have 2 user accounts on my Mac, both of which have the Adobe CC app installed along with most of the suite. The problem is that, on my 'other' user account (the one which I didn't use when intalling the apps), it thinks only a few apps are installed... and doesn't register the rest of them. Is there a way to fix this?

I need to install photoshop 2020, since the company where I work plugins were created there, but the 2023 tool does not run them for me and I urgently need to install or get 2020.

Adobe Community.  All I wanted was full Adobe Acrobat . When I purchased that, Adobe also downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud. I did not ask for that or want it. This morning, I lost close to an hour of time while Adobe Creative Cloud did some sort of unasked for update on my computer. After the update, my computer was running very slowly. I have uninstalled Adobe Creative Cloud. Running Windows 10 fully updated on a relatively new Dell PC. Not sure what the issue is, but I warn all PC users to consider NOT INSTALLING Adobe Creative Cloud. 

I have a fully legitimate and purchased copy of CS6.  I am trying to install it on my new laptop however I keep getting a message that the serial number is invalid. The customer service people tell me that my serial number is good to go but because they no longer support this version of the product they can't (or won't) help me.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but still get the same error message.  It is very frustrating - does anyone have any suggestions? Cheers Phil

Hello, I bought the Photoshop Elements product via Showroomprivée in France, I received a redemption code with 10 characters. I downloaded the Photoshop Elements application on my PC, but there is no way to convert this code into a serial number, the page I am sent to indicates that it does not exist (error404). https://www.adobe.com/go/getserial_frThanks in advance.

I have Photoshop CC as my only product - When checking my installed apps the other day, i found that CC had installed After Express, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Media Encoder and InDesign, all in multiple version. All in all taking up more than 13gb of harddisk space.Now i've gotten through the hassle of uninstalling every bit of software, that is NOT included in my CC subscription. I can't update mina Lightroom an Photoshop program 

My Creative Cloud app gets stuck at Loading:  I tun CC cleaner and re-install, which fixes it. But then it breaks again I'm tired of having to re-install all my Adobe apps, is there therething else I can try? Using Macbook Air M2

After running CS3 on my new computer (PC) since April 2017, I've had the program since 2007 I started getting the "You must reactivate to use this product" message in November and after contacting support and was told to ignore it, it counted down for a few days and I can no longer use the product.   After checking back with support I was instructed to go through the forums for help, I was instructed to request a new serial number and got one from Adobe, but upon uninstalling and reinstalling CS3, I was not prompted to put in the new serial number. I was then instructed to delete the AdobePCD file on my computer and did so. I was never prompted to put in the new serial number the original "You must reactivate to use this product" message came back as if I had done nothing.   I have read through the instructions for CS3 Reactivation and done each step.  After posting in a few other discussions I was told again I need to delete the cache.db file.  There is no cache.db

I'm looking at buying a creative cloud photograpy subscription, I have an old Mac Pro that works well but the latest version of macOS it will run is High Sierra (10.13.4) Does anyone know if I buy a subscription will I be able to download a version of Photoshop and Lightroom CC that will work with High Sierra? Thanks.

Vou adquirir um notebook novo e preciso saber os requisitos (processador, placa de vídeo, memória, etc) para rodar bem todos os aplicativos da Adobe, principalmente Substance 3D Modeler e After Effects. Os aplicativos estão se tornando incompatíveis com minha máquina atual, não rodam mais. Obrigada

Hallo zuammen, ich habe seit langem ein gültiges Abo für die Creative Cloud und arbeite daraus mit PS und LR.Nun habe ich einen neue Festplatte angeschafft und möchte die beiden Programme sammt Cloud neu installieren.Wenn ich nun über die Adobe Seite gehe und die Programme laden möchte lädt mir Edge den Installer herunter. Soweit so gut. Aktiviere ich diesen wird erstmal mein Konto geprüft und ich bin angemeldet. Dieses Fenster darf ich dann schließen. Darauf hin muss ich den Installer nochmals starten. Wenn ich dies mache kommt eine Fehlermeldung das javascript nicht aktiviert wäre und eine Installation nicht möglich sei.Nach eingehender Prüfung habe ich jedoch javascript die ganze Zeit aktiviert?! Leider finde ich zu diesem Problem nirgends etwas und wende mich daher vertrauensvoll an euch. Beiliegend sende ich zwei Screenshots mit. Über Hilfe würde ich mich sehr freuen, vielen Dank vorab! 

how do I install the copy of CS3 that I already own? the computer I've had for 11 years or so died last year and I tried installing photoshop on this new one. but as I found out, both the online verification and hotline have been discontinued. how do I verify the installation now? I have the physical disc and serial number. I don't want to pay more for a software I already own (I also cannot afford to spend money on something like that), and adobe seems to want me to pay for the cloud just to download the things I've already paid for, no way. if I can't get this copy that I paid for and physically own to work (without paying more to make it work) then I am absolutely done with adobe.
