Download & Install

I failed to install photoshop and got error code 106. Adobe suggests to try again but it doesn't work. Could anyone help me? Here's the log detail.  

The version of Photoshop I installed was 2017.I had tried deleting and reinstalling Creative Cloud and Photoshop. Still didn't work unfortunately.Any solution?

I'm just creating a new website and would like to add a privacy policy at the bottom of the page. I've noticed on some other examples that people have put the words 'Privacy Policy' at the bottom so that when you click this another page comes up with the content for the PP. Currently I can add new pages in the navigatioin but I don't know where or how to add another page without having it listed in the navigation bar. Does anyone know how to do this? Thank you.

helloI cannot use the purchased plan.I purchased a photography plan as of December 5th, but I don't see my purchased plan in the creative cloud desktop app.Instead, products previously used by the school account are being shown to be installable.I tried deleting and reinstalling all adobe products and creative cloud desktop apps, but the symptoms are the same.If I try to launch a product on the Photography plan (lightroom classic) in this state, I get a message that my account is not valid on this device.If I select End button according to the displayed message, the program will, of course, end.If I click logout button, creative cloud app is permanently be unable to log in to my personal account. Instead, prompted to log in with my school account.Please resolve this action that is preventing me from using my purchased plan as soon as possible. I'm in window 10 with rygen 5950X  A screen that does not show the purchased plan, but shows other programs that were availa

I have an older rMBP late 2012 and have LR+PS installed running.Recent updates the CC app would not update so I thought I'd uninstall / re-install it. Well big mistake as now the CC app won't install or at least won't run after install and my LR/PS versions won't update on their own citing 'Updates have been disabled for tgis machine'.How can I fix/resolve this and have use of my apps back again. (yes, fully legal sub).

Hi,So I don't have much space on my computer but I use all Adobe CC Apps. I have been trying to find ways to make them take up less storage, like installing them on external drives, before being told by Adobe that it is not possible. I was wondering if you could store/install Adobe apps in iCloud (I use a Mac)? As in, run the apps from iCloud so that they don't take up any space? If not, are there any other ways to minimise the amount of space Adobe Apps take on your computer?Thank you!

I am unable to install Illustrator v27.0.1 on the new Macbook Pro laptop with M2 chip. Not sure if others have tried to do this as well. Any suggestions would be appreciated. 

Hi Guys. I have had a copy of Freehand MX on CD (original) since 2008. I have upgraded my computer with Windows 11. When entering the Serial number for registration the app comes up with an error saying it cannot connect to the internet. The telephone option is not available as the number provided has long expired. If I click on buy it magically seems to connect to the internet. How else can I register my Freehand copy onto my new computer?

Hello I started my free trial using my CC details today. I was able to download and install the software. I think i used the wrong email address as when I sign in now it asks me to purchase again. Add my CC details again.  I dont wish to be charged two times. What can I do?  

Hi,I downloaded the free trial about 5 days ago, and I can't seem to find a way to cancel it. I went to my account and to plans, but I can't actually find the plan itself.Help?

No matter what creative cloud is stuck on an infinite loading screen. After a few minutes it says "Creative cloud is taking longer than usual to load, do you want to relaunch?" I click relaunch nothing happens. I've tried every fix, still nothing. I Searched the issue, and it came up finally i tried it but nothing. Btw I created a new adobe account since my old gmail was deleted, and I was logged in with that account, then i signed out, deleted all programs, and deleted adobe creative cloud, then I reinstalled it, went thrue the process of Creating the new account, and signed in with that (on the install page) then i started creative cloud up, and nothing... Please help! Thankyou!

Hallo 🙂 Ich möchte gerne mein Photoshop Elements 14 auf meinen neuen Laptop installieren aber leider bricht die Installation immer wieder ab. Als Fehlermeldung steht nur "Installation fehlgeschlagen. Bei der Installation sind Fehler aufgetreten". Darunter steht man soll auf Fehlerübersicht klicken aber sobald ich darauf klicke bekomme ich die Meldung dass es diese Website nicht gibt. Adobe Premiere Elements 14 zu installieren funktionierte ohne Probleme aber bei Photoshop bekomme ich immer wieder diese Meldungen. Hoffe damit kennt sich jemand aus 🙂 Liebe Grüße 

When installing Creative Cloud on new Monterey OS Mac, I get error code 42. I see others have encountered this, but don't see a solution. Has anyone figured this out? Is there a solution?

We are trying to install CS6 Design Standard on a MacBook with 10.13.6 When we are trying to install an error comes with Installationprogram can't initialise. Maybe something is missing. Download Adobe Support Advisor to resolve the problem. But when we download the Adobe Support Advisor we arrived in this Help Centre. Any idea ? We have an Adobe account and we bought the original CS 6 DesingStandard  Thanks for any suggestions Best regards,Richard from the Netherlands 

Contratei o plano Todos os Apps, mas ao baixar e instalar o Creative Cloud Desktop, estes apps não aparecem como disponíveis. Os apps aparecem no CC Web, mas ao clicar para instalar, abre o CC Desktop, porém, nada acontece.  O problema aconteceu nos meus dois computadores, um com Windows 11 e outro Macbook Pro M1 rodando OSX Ventura 13.0.1. Já tentei várias soluções encontradas online, como deslogar e relogar, reinstalar o CC, apagar registros e instalar do zero, etc. Nada funcionou. Os canais de suporte são péssimos. O chat não responde nada e pelo telefone, ninguém atende. Já cancelei o pacote em uma conta e contratei em outra, porém, o problema persiste. 

Just installed our Creative Cloud on a new Mac and notice there is an app called "Creative Cloud" and a "Creative Cloud Desktop" app. The Creative Cloud opens as expected showing downloads, account etc. The desktop app seems to do nothing. Do I need to reinstall this desktop app or am I ok just using the Creative Cloud app?  

I keep getting the error "Unable to reach Adobe servers". I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Creative Cloud App as described in various community post. Still the problem persists.The second Creative Cloud loses connection all Adobe Apps close. This is unacceptable. I am a working professional and need the software to be functioning. I have been using Creative Clouds for years with no problems on the exact same network, with same ISP etc.This problem suddenly started. So this is NOT a network or connection issue. This is an Adobe issue. Firewall is disabled and Creative Clouds and Apps works just fine on other PCs and Macs on the same network/internet connection.Creative Cloud is installed on a month old PC running latest all updated version of Windows 11. The computer runs subscriptions from Autodesk, Chaos Group and others without any problems whatsoever. So why isn't Adobe Creative Cloud working?I am at a complete loss of what to do.

Ma connexion internet est parfaite. Je n'ai aucun pare-feu. Je suis connectée aux serveurs,... Je ne trouve aucune solution. A quoi cela peut-il être dû? 

Nach Neuinstallation von CS 6 auf Grund von Betriebssystemwechsel auf dem gleichen Rechner ist eine Offline-Aktivierung nicht möglich, weil der Aufruf der die im Betreff angegebene Adresse führt zu einem 404-Fehler. Online-Aktivierung der Installtion ist keine Option da das System aus Sicherheitsgründen vom Internet isoliert ist. Heißt das, dass Adobe die zukünftige Nutzung der Creativ Suite 6 auf diese Weise unterbindet?

I am trying to update to the latest version of Adobe Photoshop (v24). I am currently using v 23.5.0. When I click on the Update button I get a message that says 'Can't update Photoshop... because Adobe Bridge 2022 and Adobe Photoshop are open. They are NOT open. (I am using macOS 12.6 Monterey). How do I fix this? 

The creative cloud desktop on my mac (when opening from the menu) is stuck in loading and when I try to uninstall it, it says there are still creative cloud applications installed. When I press uninstall for those applications a menu pops up stating that adobe application manager is needed to uninstall, but when downloading this anew from the website and installing, I get an error code 86; another version of creative cloud is currently running.

My Hard Drive Crashed recently with my boot and all my files on it. I had purchases Photoshop CS6 around 2013. I had copied and pasted all my Abobe files onto an external USB drive. I have moved them back to my hard drive however when I launch the file an error box appears with "error 1" stating to unistall and reinstall. The files to install/unstall isn't available.I have looked through my abode account and my email for a receipt or order history however I can't find any order purchase.Is there any methode I can get my CS6 photoshop back?  

I have an adobe lifetime license I purchased a few years ago on my old computer. Now I bought a new one and I want to transfer my license over. How do I do it?

Hi, I wanted to buy a license for Photoshop Elements 2023 for a Mac but I accidentally bought the PC version. License bought from Amazon. Now I can't activate the software as it tells me thatvthe license key is invalid. Is there any chance of swapping the license over for a Mac version?
