Download & Install

Hello everyone, ive just changed my after effects location and uninstalled and re installed After Effects. But now i only have th .exe file on my new drive. I want to understand why this is the case and if it even makes a difference ? All the plugins i had are still working too. Its a brand new drive and i dont really understand why i have "656" folders inside the Folder where i installed but non of them are showing up (even enabled show hidden mode). Is it at least running from my ssd now and what is going on there ? And do i have to install plugins over/on my old drive, since i dont see any folders from the application on my new one.

Hi,Anyone remember Photoshop 6? Well, I’m still using it, or should I say, I was until I upgraded to Windows 11 today. I remember when I upgraded to Windows 10 I had the same problem but after making changes in the Compatibility Mode I managed to get it working, compatible with Windows 7 I seem to remember. I naturally tried this in Windows 11 but no joy in any of the older OS options.I decided to uninstall PS6 and reinstall it and it worked perfectly, however, after closing it down and opening it again it seems to have reverted back to the previous problem of not opening. It does begin to open but then an error message appears ‘Unable to continue because of a hardware or system error. Sorry, but this error is unrecoverable'.Given that it did work tells me that it is possible to get it working again. Hopefully, someone here will be able to help. If you can, I would be very grateful.Thanks 

The current serial number has already been activated on 2 computers but I'm only using a single laptop. Must be the dead HDD in old desktops that trigger this issue. How can I resolve it?

I signed on for a trial version of Illustrator and found Im forced to also download a ton of other apps, but I know I only want Illustrator.   The trouble is that Ive a slow internet connection and its just not making much progress.   Question: 1) is there a cloud version of Illustrator I can login to without downloading on to my computer?2) Can I just download the Illustrator app? Thank you for any assistance. 

Hello. I have never had such a frustrating experience with customer service in my life. A couple weeks ago I tried to cancel my subscription which is the Creative Cloud Photography plan with 1TB of storage. After six attempts on the Adobe website I kept getting error messages telling me this is wrong or that's wrong or sorry we can't complete this request at the moment and finally my cancellation request went through, or so I thought. I woke up yesterday to see $29.11 taken from my account by Adobe, which I found odd considering I cancelled my subscription. But apparently that request didn't go through either. I spent all day and night with customer service chat agents yesterday trying to resolve the issue and it seemed the closer I got to being refunded and cancelling my subscription, they would end the chat and disconnect me. This happened not once, not twice, BUT EIGHT TIMES. I was polite each time despite the treacherous treatment I received and there was no reason for me to be dis

Hallo, ich habe gestern über das Black Friday Angebot per Paypal bezahlt und es wurde auch alles abgebucht , jedoch wird in meinem adobe account keine rechnung angezeigt und nichts. Nur bei Paypal wurde abbgebucht. Der Kundensupport ist am Wochenende nicht da und ich muss meine Programme nutzen. Komplette Katastrophe jetzt muss ich hier in dieses nette forum schreiben. I have a continuing problem with my Windows 10 computer. Every time I attempt to update one of my Adobe CC applications, the update fails and the get the following message: Exit Code: 190-------------------------------------- Summary -------------------------------------- - 2 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 0 warnings(s) FATAL: Sanity check for installation failed. Hello,I suscribed to the Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB plan. My OS version is 10.14.16, but I can't update it because there's not enough space on my drive.The problem is that most creative cloud apps including Indesign and Illustrator are "not compatible" with my system and I can't find older versions to download.How can I do ? Thank you !

Successivamente avevo intenzione di disdire e, siccome erano passati 14 giorni, per non pagare la penale ho fatto un cambio piano. Poi, entro i 14 giorni dal cambio piano, ho annullato l'abbonamento, senza nessuna penale.Se adesso decidessi di attivare un nuovo abbonamento e se entro 14 giorni da ora decido di disdirlo, sono esentato dalla penale? Oppure il fatto di aver già avuto abbonamenti in precedenza e aver disdetto influisce?

Hi, I used to work with premiere 2017. Wanted to try 2022 and uninstall it. Unfortunaltly have warning message my graphic cards needs to be update. I try to reinstall 2017 as it was possible before but Adobe does not offer it anymore.After conctacting help a guy from Adobe try to help me to install 2017 via a remote session. Since he had not succeed he installed 2023 and updated my graphical card drivers.I opened a project made under 2017 but noticed align problem with titles ...So could you send me a link to install 2017 ? Regret it can't be possible anymore from adobe creative.

I just installed Lightroom classic on my new computer running Win 11.  When I went to open LR, I got a popup which said, "assertion error".  What is an assertion error? LR doesn't respond or come up like it should.  What is happening?

I cant download any of the software above, it downloads to about 7% and then error code 205 pops up. I cant open Photoshop, it makes me sign in, it starts then a window pops up saying reference code 213 and only the option to quit. I am paying for this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  The licencing on Adobe is so so so so aggressive, every time I move between my laptop and PC and mac I have to sign in multiple times and do 2 step authentication via email. Its so time consuming and so aggressive.  Now I cant log in with an error reference code 213. When I go to the adobe website, it has a tiny tiny tiny link tucked away saying Talk to someone, when you click on it it takes you to an advertisment!!!!!! To buy adobe products. There is nowhere obvious to get help for a piece of software that has no delay or issue CHARGING my card every month.    

Hello, since this morning Thursday November 24, 2022, my adobe applications had bugs and then crashes. So I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the Creative Cloud app just spins up and never launches. Then I also tried to reinstall CC but impossible to download it because apparently the servers are not accessible, What is the problem?

Hi I am geting charged for annual plan 24.19/month but when I tried to register for the adobe, i kept getting that error(photo). So how can I keep getting charged for the subscription if i wasn't even able to subscribe for it. And now it says that if i want to cancel it i need to pay 120euros fee(photo). Howcan i cancel it without any fee?

I have been on the site for over 30 minutes trying to cancel and there is Nothing for me to actually CANCEL! I have had been Paying for this for 5 months and haven't used it successfully yet. This is ridiculous! I have been paying 14.99 monthly for NOTHING and haven't been able to cancel. I Have followed all of the prompts and directions. PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION ASAP!!!

Hello.  A decade ago, a non-profit I was volunteering for bought CS4 Web from TechSoup (I think) for me.  It still works just fine for what I do with it.  I just use Photoshop and Acrobat, mostly.  But it's getting hard to find support when I can't remember how to do something, which is more and more often these days.  Note that I had trouble finding an appropriate forum to post this question in!  So I thought I'd try to find out if I can upgrade.  Is there a way to purchase an old version of CS that is available without taking a chance on some used version from EBay?!  I am retired now and on a fixed income.  I used these products now and then:  Trying to fix up old photos for my church or my fellow veterans, cleaning up a document for the church website, or just brightening up a photo for my FB page.  I don't want a monthly subscription  bill for something I don't even use monthly.  Is Adobe no longer viable for casual

Good day! On August 1, 2017, I bought a Creative Cloud plan for photographers for the year, now I want to cancel the subscription, because I do not use your program. But nowhere in my account do not see the possibility to cancel the subscription. There is no way to contact your technical support, there are no contacts where I could send my request. Hello. Will be great to leave to your customers  access to old app version. Since a few monthes, you have removed access to these versions. By example, used to work with Premiere 2017 and needed to reinstall it. Going to Creative Cloud desktop, surprise, these version was not  longer available. More, it was not available through community website. So the last version was installed (2022 or 2023) but there were some compatibility problems with title. After that spent another hours to find the closest to 2017 which was 2018. So Understand, you don't assist people with old versions but if they are very stable on your system you don't need an assit.
