Download & Install

Hi, I have the full Creative Cloud membership and I love all the apps. However I NEVER EVER sync ANYTHING from any computer to any online thing. I don't need any syncing, or connections to the internet, or anything. When I work on Premiere Pro, I disconnect everything from the internet. Also, the WORST thing about Creative Cloud is that it's always running and slowing down the computer. Even if I "quit" Creative Cloud desktop app, it still slows everything down.Here is what I want:I want to keep my full Adobe Creative Cloud suite membership. I do not want to change my plan. I have ALL Adobe apps, and want to keep them. My membership is totally fine with me.I want to install ONLY Adobe Premiere Pro CC on my computer, and DO NOT want to install Creative Cloud, which is stupid and extra crap.How do I keep the Premiere Pro desktop app, but remove the Creative Cloud desktop app?I need all the memory and speed I have on my computer and Adobe CC is making it so slow I can't even use Premiere

i have mac osx monterey, since a few days i can't do the update anymore, creative cloud tells me "error 201" which is the one related to the connection. however, the mac is connected and the internet is working, has anyone experienced the same problem?

Hello, End of 2017 I bought a lifetime license for Lightroom 6.Because the program crashed down recently, I wanted to reinstall it.But I've just seen you don't offer the installer anymore: "Lightroom 6 -- This installer is no longer available"Seriously? The license wasn't cheap and I also saved my serial number to register if needed.I even installed your new lightroom version, but just to find two options: a) test trial or b) buy it.I mean, I bought a valid serial number. Don't you want to offer your paying clients a solution? Best, Mike

We are running an air-gapped Mac (no option to connect to the internet). Time was, you could download offline installers and then activate them manually. But I simply cannot fund links for offline installers - everything seems to require an internet connection. Can anyone help, please?

I have purchased Adobe Premiere Elements 15 from an e-shop and registered it to my account. I have activated it on 2 devices but both the devices stopped functioning. I'd like to use on my new laptop, however, it says the serial number is already in use of maximum allowed devices. If I follow Adobe's tutorials, I end up in https://account.adobe.com/activated-devices which shows I have no activated devices.I also bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 which also shows no activated devices.

Can anyone help me please  i made an account and I payed for my plan but every time i try to open the creative cloud app it's take too long downloading and eventually dosent work!what should i do?  

I don't want any other programs from adobe, and I was required by school to purchase adobe illustrator. I just needed it for a couple months only. I can't cancel manually, and I feel very frustrated at my many attempts to cancel. I am a poor college student and don't appreciate how unclear it was that there was a cancellation fee. Can someone help me cancel my purchase please?

I just purchased Premiere Pro for my Mac Pro but it will not download. I have made sure all apps are updated, which they are, and have even tried to download older versions of Premiere Pro and those will not work either. 

Upgraded to Windows 11 but installing Elements 10 get error message cannt find  aif_ogl.dllIs Elements 10 compatible with Windws 11

This has been an ongoing problem for months and I just put up with it out of laziness to write here but this is just becoming irritating. I'm only ever using two devices with Adobe and often presented with being asked to sign out of the same device - see screenshot. I even signed out of all devices yesterday and today when I try to use Premiere on my laptop it's asking me to sign out from my PC.  Any fixes for this other than signing out of all devices and waiting for this issue to come up again within days? 

Bonjour,Depuis plusieurs jours Creative Cloud m'affiche un message d'erreur au démarrage de mon ordi, je ne sais plus exactement ce que le message dit mais il me propose soit de "quitter" soit de "réparer". Au début je n'y prêtais pas attention car cela ne perturbait pas mon utilisation mais depuis hier je ne peux plus importer d'objets entre Illustrator et Photoshop par exemple car les bibliothèques ne se chargent pas. Je me rends compte que c'est à cause du Creative Cloud qui ne fonctionne plus correctement. Comme je n'arrivais plus à l'ouvrir j'ai essayé de le désinstaller mais je ne crois pas que cela ait fonctionné car ils m'ont affiché plusieurs messages d'erreurs, pourtant je ne retrouve plus l'application Creative Cloud Desktop dans mes programmes.J'ai donc essayé de réinstaller Creative Cloud mais là non plus ça ne marche pas, le chargement s'arrête au bout de 43 % pour m'afficher le code erreur 50. For some reason, this will not install on my new Laptop running Windows 11.  Any clues?

I have a limited budget so I am using Adobe CS5, which is fine for my needs. I want to purchase a second laptop to use for traveling - an old, small one circa 2015 so no one will want to steal it. Can I install CS5 from the original installation disks on the 2nd laptop? Will I have a problem activating the license? Will it cause a problem with the license on my primary machine?

Hi! I fine it difficult to install premier pro cos it consume to much  Data of about 8GB  and always stop around 60 to 65 % of the installation process. I don't if any one can be of help thanks 

I'm considering to give my daughter an installation of Photoshop Elements as a birthday present.Since it is a one-time-installation, what will happen the day she needs a new computer??Will she have to buy a new installation?JesperHFL

Hey everyone, I'm having this issue lately, I tried uninstalling an app from the Creative Cloud launcher and now I'm stuck in a loop.It asks me if I want to keep the preferencies of the app, if I click to remove them it then asks me again few moments later. Did someone else found this issue? If so, how did you manage to solve it?

I own CS5.5 and installed it in 2015 on my Windows 7 PC and registered it and in my Aodbe account there's a "download" option to install it on a second PC.I called Adobe today and they said it can no longer be download/intalled on Windows 7 but that I can install the download in my account onto Window 10.Is this true that it won't install on Windows 7 any longer and just on Windows 10? Has anyone successfully download it to Windows 7?Thank you in advance!   

As of today, Photoshop v 24.1 no longer works. It starts, but then turns itself off again. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, same problem. does anyone know a solution?Thanks
