Download & Install

Hi, I have registered Photoshop Extended and get only a download of a 32 bit installer. My new Mac only supports 64 bit applications. Is there a 64 bit version of Photoshop Extended or CS 6 available?

All I have is a trial account that I am trying to delete before my trial is over and I'm charged. I can't seem to find where to delete the account, where do I go to find it?

I purchased a new computer and would like to download my photoshop elements 15 software download card to my new computer,, I have my serial number already. How do I install it?

Ich habe den Computer gewechselt. Wenn ich versuche CS3 (OSX El Capitan, iMac) zu starten, kommt folgende Fehlermeldung: "Die Lizensierung für dieses Produkt funktioniert nicht mehr. Sie können das Produkt derzeit nicht verwenden. Lösen Sie das Problem, indem Sie das Produkt deinstallieren und anschließend neu installieren..." Ich bin inzwischen etwas verzweifelt, denn ich habe bereits folgendes unternommen: - Customer Service Chat: die Aktivierung steht bereit und ist möglich. - Ich komme aber gar nicht in die Programme, um zu aktivieren. Denn die Programme starten nicht, stattdessen erscheint obige Fehlermeldung. - Ich habe CS3 deinstalliert und von den Original-DVDs neu installiert. Gleiche Fehlermeldung. - Ich habe CS3 deinstalliert und von der Adobe-Website (Download CS3 products) neu geladen und installiert. Gleiche Fehlermeldung. Was kann ich tun? Hat jemand eine Idee?  Dear all, I am trying to install Lightroom CC on to a new Laptop. After having downloaded the application from my Adobe profile, the Adobe Creative Cloud reload this circle forever. No progresses at all. Anyone can help how to solve the problem ? 

This has been an issue for a little while. When I check for updates on Creative Cloud app I always get the message "You're up to date!".For example this page shows that current Photoshop version is 24.1 while I had 24.0.0 installed: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/photoshop/kb/uptodate.htmlCurrent Illustrator version is 27.1 while I had 27.0: https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/release-notes.html I realized the issue this summer when I had 22.x version of Photoshop with no possible update on CC app but latest version was (I guess) 24.0. I could only manage to install latest versions by uninstalling and reinstalling every app. This is not something I want to do everytime. Is there a workaround or known fix for this?I am on MacOS Ventura 13.1 (22C65) and have Adobe Creative Cloud Version 5.9.0.373.

Downloaded on my max I bought a YEAR ago, model directly under the M1 chip model. Should be pretty fresh right? It was! Up until I switched from davinci. Adobe makes my computer run slower than my school provided 20 dollar wholesale Chromebook. I've been blaming it on apple this whole time until today. I have began to only run boot camp, simulating a windows through my mac because of how awful I thought MAC OS was. However, as I spent the last few months convicned this was the solution as windows ran smoothly, downloading creative cloud proves mt theory SO wrong. After effects can't even run without crashing and makes the whole computer run slow wether anything Adobe related is even open😭😭😭. I pay 20 a month for this??? I'm so frusteeated, this has been an issue for around a year and obstructs my ability to create through this stupid software so much. FIX UR STUFF ADOBE 

I need to add new device for Photoshop Eelements usage, 2nd licence. After installing PS I get message to enter registration code. What code and where do I get it?? I haven't received any code when initialy registering 9 yrs ago. Thnx.

Today, after changing my old pc (where is installed CS6), i'm trying to reinstall my original DVD Package Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection with original licence on my new PC but the serial number is revoqued and i can't instal the software. Please help me becouse i've bougth this original DVD Licence software. Thanks!

Hello, I am trying to install PSE 2023 on a laboratory computer that is completely internet isolated. I have the raw installation file for PSE but it is stopping to have me login with my Adobe account before installing. I have the serial number that we purchased from Adobe, but cannot seem to get it to install so we can complete offline activation.   Is there a version we could order on a DVD or a link to an offline-installer?     [Moderator edited version from 2022 to 2023 as per later post]   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]    

I have successfully downloaded and installed the Creative Cloud desktop app and now I am trying to install the apps I use. I started with Dreamweaver and didn't have any trouble. Then, I clicked in CC to install Photoshop. After a few seconds of saying Waiting, I get error 108 about another installer instance. There's nothing else running, so how do I get the other apps installed?

Hi,I subscribed to Lightroom instead of Lightroom Classic. what can I do? I paid for a one-year subscription. and had bought a new preset online and couldn't work with it, which is when I knew it was a different Lightroom I subscribed to. Please, I really need it, and I can't subscribe to the two.  Looking forward to hearing from you. Kindly regards. Henry  

Hi all, Due to hardware upgrades I need to do a clean operating system install (windows). Do I need to uninstall my apps or remove the license from my current installation for my Photography plan prior to doing the clean install? Thank you in advance.

Error 202.  Trying to install on iMac.   It is running lightroom 4 just fine.    I was able to install the CC version of lightroom on my laptop no problem.   Just cannot get it to install on the iMac

Lightroom disappeared from my laptop overnight, I don't know why. Creative Cloud said it's installed, but it wasn't installed, no folder was found, nothing turned up in Search. When I clicked Open, nothing happened. When I clicked Open (Intel), I got error "File not found". I've uninstalled it. After clicking Install, it installed in... 1 second. But it didn't really install, nothing happened, no folder was created, nothing was downloaded, it went from 0% to 99% in 1 second. Again, clicking Open did nothing, Open (Intel) said that File not found.I've reinstalled CC. I've used Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Nothing. It didn't work. All my other apps download and work just fine, only Lightroom doesn't (normal Lightroom, not Classic). I can't really find any real support, any help? macOS Ventura (newest), Apple silicon M1 Pro chip.

How do I install photoshop to my new Mac from old Mac?

HiJust bought a new Mac (OS 12.3)I downloaded my PhotoShop Elements 11 resp Premiere Elements 11. To find that I need a newer INSTALLER - to contact Adobe for more information.Where do I get this newer installer from ?? I really like the programs to run.

Ich habe in meinem Mac Pro eine neue SSD Festplatte eingebaut, System installiert (El Captitan 10.11.6), musste dann Adobe CS6 neu installieren. CD eingelegt, CS6 installiert, mit eintippen der Seriennummer, Installation alles ohne Probleme bis dahin. Bei starten einer Anwendung kommt die Meldung "Seriennummer prüfen". Wenn ich auf bestätigen klicke kommt die Meldung "keine Verbindung zum Internet", was nicht richtig ist, der Mac hat Verbindung zum Internet, leider scheinbar aber keine Verbindung zum Adobe Aktivierungsserver. Wenn ich auf "Später aktivieren" klicke kann ich wie gewohnt normal mit den CS6 Programmen arbeiten. Meine CS6 ist eine Kaufversion (2012), keine Abo-Version. Wie kann ich die Online-Aktivierung ausschalten? Die alten Links zur Aktivierung haben keine Verbindung zum Server mehr. Hat jemand eine Lösung für dieses Problem?

I am looking to upgrade from Elements 11 to 18, is the upgrade only available via a download? I would prefer a hard copy as I periodically rebuild my PC (Desktop) and I also use a laptop when away from home so I am not sure how long the download would available for where it is much easier to use a disk to reinstall.RegardsSimon

I have Windows 7. While trying to install Lightroom 6 that I just bought new, it keeps saying "please connect to the internet and retry" (just as it did when I tried to do the trial version) but I am connected. I checked the firewall and it seems to be fine for letting the program through. Clock is set properly. Getting extremely frustrated as I don't have all day to go through pages trying to find answers and to say the least, I am NOT well versed in computer lingo, etc.

Recently I purchased a new computer and tried to reinstall CS5 Design and Web Premium on new device. Install failed. Contacted Adobe and the license was verified. Was told I needed to upgrade because CS5 is no longer supported. Asked why since I have a valid license. Response try reinstall again. When it failed to activate the support from Adobe ended. What is the solution to get my CS5 up and running. Thank you for any help, Dan
