Hello forum, I have the following problem:I own Creative Suite CS6 from Adobe on Windows 10, have now switched to Windows 8.1 because the programs work better there. (In my opinion.) When I try to enter my serial number, it says that the serial number I entered has been locked. I have switched Windows versions several times and it has always worked. Why now all of a sudden it doesn't? I would appreciate an answer. 

please help iv been trying since i paid for the apps i cant get it to download 

Hi!I am a college student, part time, in a graphic design course. When in this course, i was given a photoshop account to use on the college laptops. Now, i am trying to download a copy onto my personal laptop for use at home as we are not allowed to take said college laptops, but it claims i do not have any of the apps under my plan.I have checked im logged into the right account, and i for sure have used photoshop and illustrator in the past. Id appreciate any help i could get!

Hi, in 2015 I bought a Dell Laptop and along with the computer I added Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements 14. This computer no longer works (motherboard damaged). I have a Samsung computer and I have installed all the software I purchased, except for Adobe. I contacted Dell and they told me that to install my software back I would need another Dell computer running the Dell Digital Delivery program. But I don't have a Dell computer anymore... I downloaded the two configuration files, typed the serials that I had noted, I successfully installed the programs but when running, a message appears saying that another computer is running my software. That's not true, I don't have another computer. I think my old Dell computer information remains on record with Adobe. So I ask: Is there any way to solve this problem?

Can anyone share the InDesign 16.4 version install link?Adobe Support only have a 16.0 version install link. 

I have Adobe Photoshop elements 8 on a disc and I have bought a new computer and wanted to install it there. It was successful but later the computer failed to start so I had to backout every updates so I lost my installation. I then tried to install it again an I enter my serial number and the installation process starts. After some time I get an error message: An error occured during the installation of assembly component (63E949F6-03BC-5C40-A01F-C8B3B9A1E18E) HRESULT: 0x80070091. Then it starts to backout the istallation. I have googled the code 0x80070091 and as I understand it says that it couldn't delete a folder because it was not empty but I don't know which folder.

I paid for the Photography CC, and I now have access to Photoshop, but Lightroom still says that my "Trial Expired" and has a blue "Buy Now" button. I thought that I was supposed to get both apps.

Hier l'appli Creative Cloud fait émerger une fenêtre pour dire que l'appli doit être réparée... Un téléchargement se met en place en cliquant sur réparer et l'installation met des plombes à se faire pour au final se bloquer...???Du coup j'ai qq applis CC qui sont aussi en blocage, dont Adobe Acrobat... Et comme j'utilise Adobe Premiere Pro pour du montage, j'ai l'impression que l'utilisation des applis CC est ralentie tant que l'appli CC n'est pas installée...Quelqu'un a t'il connu ce genre de problèmes? Et quelle solution pour résoudre ce bordel...?Merci

This is for Adobe marketing, customer communication and product forum management:Navigating to Adobe site for product feedback is misleading, at least for DreamWeaver, the search engine result item directs to a user forum, that according to users is not monitored by Adobe staff, even though the site is on Adobe official site, and there's a drop down menu to post by category. There's no prompt about the obsolete state of the forum. This is misleading marketing and risk for product quality. Thanks.

I can't update to the new version of Lightroom, and Photoshop because CC Desktop says they are not compatible with my version of Windows 10 which is version 2004 (Build 19041) even though it's a newer release than the 'minimum requirement' version 1909.Anyone else having this problem? what's causing it?Roger

Hello,  so I understand how I'm meant to un install my CC apps but long story short I have an older laptop with full storage. On this laptop for some reason I have many versions "years" of almost all Adobi products from when I was studying, now my licenses have dried up I cannot use them I also have no real need for them...... however my creative cloud app has been damaged and will not allow me to un install anything I am also unable to fix it as suggested as I dont have enough space to download the patch and deleting them from my c drive also causes me issues as it won't alow me to do it 😳 please help. Thanks heaps 

Hola a todo el mundo mi nombre es Ly¡uis Rommero y necesito de vuestra ayuda.Tengo un iMac Retina 5K 27-inch 2017 con 64 GB de RAMN y procesador 3,8 GHZ intel core i5 de 4 nucleos con Sistema operativo MacOS Monterey 12.6Estoy iuntentando instalar desde los DVD origianles el Adobe MAster Collection CS4 para posteriormenete instalar la actualizacion Adobe Creative Suite 5 Master Collection tambien desde discos originales. Ambos paquetes los he comprado de segunda mano pero soon obsolutamente originales y en perfecto estado con su numero de serie correspondiente.Al introducir el primero de los discos del CS4 no se ejecuta de forma automatica por lo que acudo a la carpeta de la aplicacion y hago doble click sobre le SETUP y me envia una ventana que dice:“Setup” debe actualizarse. y de ahi no he logfrado pasar...  POR FAVOR... SUPLICO VUESTRA AYUDA GRACIAS

Hallo, ich habe meine Lightroom 6 Version ohne ABo auf meinem neu installierten iMac mit High Sierra neu installiert. Bei der Überprüfung der Seriennummer bekomme ich immer die Mitteilung, das ich eine Verbindung zum Internet herstellen soll. Der iMac ist aber mit dem Internet verbunden. Ich kann ganz normal Surfen und alles mögliche Downloaden. Hat jemand eine Idee was ich da noch versuchen kann, oder hat Adobe die Aktivierung der alten Versionen einfach eingestellt? Vielen Dank

Hi my system cannot be updated anymore and I need an older version of animate that it will run. Anyone have a version or can point me in right direction to obtain it? I only susbscribed to use animate and photoshop, which I was able to get the 2020 verison that runs with my system, Thanks!

 Hello,in Adobe Cloud App, I can only download PhotoShop v24 (newest) and v23.But I need v 22 and 21. Where can I download it?

I updated all my Creative Cloud apps on my MacBook Pro (M1 Silicon) earlier today- they all updated successfully. I just tried to do the same on my Desktop but the process doesn't work - all apps are showing that they are current when they are not. PS is not v24, LrC is not 12, CR is not 15. This is not the first time the CC app has failed me. Very frustraing. WHY????

Something strange - all Adobe soft unexpectedly shows that message in any time. Who knows how to fix it? 

I am unable to update any of these apps. The other new releases updated, but not these. I get to 6% on photoshop and it fails everytime. The others don't even get that far. What's the fix? 

Bonjour;Je suis étudiant et j'ai donc un forfait 19.50€ mais mon abonnement est passé à 30€ et je me suis fait débiter, j'ai donc changé de formule et il était écrit que j'allais me fair rembourser d'une vingtaine d'euro, vais-je vraiment être rembourssé ? car quand j'ai changé de formule j'ai été prélever de 19.50€

Is anybody facing this error while trying to install Adobe creative cloud desktop manager? Been trying to install the application in my new latop (win 11) since Monday, but I'm getting the same error. 

Due to troubleshooting I was unable to sign in to creativecloud. An adobe member accessed my laptop remotely to fix the issue. Doing so however, the member deleted all my keychains, data and personal information - I am shocked, disappointed and have lost all my trust with adobe. This is completely unacceptable 

CC5: I have just bought a new laptop which has a dislay that is native at 3200x1800. InDesign and Adobe PDF are usable at that resolution. But the menus in Photoshop and any text is so small to be unreadable. Is there a way to enlarge the menus and other stull that is on the desktop. I have fiddled with the settings in windows (WIN10 needless to say, maybe it is that that is a problem), but I get nowhere.Brian Mennis

 Premiere Pro 2021 has been replaced by the updated 2023. How do i get 2021 back?  15.4.5I have uninstalled 2023, and walked through the retrieve "other / older" versions steps under CC.  Only PP 2022, and 2023 are available.  There are no older versions to retrieve under Creative Cloud.    Why did this switch happen (auto-updates?) and how do I retrieve 2021?
