Download & Install

I helped a guy to update his old MacBook Air from Lion to Big Sur and that made all his CS6 apps unusable, but an info note says that there are updates to get from Adobe to fix this. But how??Where are they? I miss the days when Adobe had a public FTP with updates, so simple... 

I've been an adobe subscriber for many years, recently I paid for the Photography Annual Plan from Adobe. Previously I redeemed the code as directed, it paused my monthly payments and then att he end of the year the monthly payments resumed- perfect. No such luck this time, I have entered the code on the redeem page, all seems to be well (no error msg) but it invites me to 'download' the software despte being logged in to my account which knows/shows I have had and used the software for years. My account still shows me being on the monthly payment plan. There is obviously an error here somewhere but I cannot find anywhere to actually contact an agent to get this fixed. Has anyone had similar or know the magic trick to be able to open an email or chat with an actual human who may be able to help. I realise why websites suggest various guides before putting you through to their staff but seriously to assume that Adobe could never produce an error that isnt convered in a st

I require a link for Adobe InDesign 2017 for both the Windows and Mac platform. This is the 12.1.0.56 x64 version. My company has an Enterprise license, is there a download link for this legacy software?

every time I try to open my Adobe Cloud I can not get past the sign-in page. I can sign into the Adobe web page but I can not when I try to open it from the toolbar. I think that this is happening because I have adobe downloaded via my high school account (which was disabled). for that reason, I can not remove the old Adobe application to properly download the new program. I need to use adobe for a class I am taking now but currently, I can't.

For the past few weeks, creative cloud gives me a pop-up message telling me that creative cloud needs to be repaired.  When I click on "repair" it basically redownloads and reinstalls the creative cloud desktop app.  I am running Windows 10 on an HP computer and my windows updates are current. Why does creative cloud keep breaking and require a "repair"?

I recently restored my Mac from a time machine backup. Since then, Creative Cloud and all apps would not start, and instead showing the Creative Cloud needs to be repaired message. This dialogue would then freeze. I have done a complete wipe of Creative Cloud and all apps multiple times following these instructions: https://helpx.adobe.com/au/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html On attempted reinstall, Creative Cloud commences installation but freezes between 20% - 80%.  I have since managed to install Creative Cloud and Photoshop by logging into a different user account on my Mac. Photoshop and Creative Cloud works as expected on this new account. However, when I attempt to start Photoshop on my primary Mac account, it starts to load and then freezes on the 'adding package... Halide Bottlenecks.' It never progresses past this stage. Creative Cloud also freezes and will not launch. Does anyone have any suggestions to get Photos

Hi,I've been using After Effects CS6 to work on a project the last few days. I closed it this morning and came back to reopen it I get a "Renew your Subscription" notice.I don't have to renew a subscription for After Effects CS6 as this was purchased retail years ago. I get the same notice for Photoshop CS6. Interestingly, I don't have this problem with Premiere CS6 for some reason.I did have CC subscription for a few months because I needed the latest AE CC for a specific project. I cancelled my subscription as I no longer require it. So I'm guessing that this issue is somehow related to that.I'm not finding any answers anywhere and this is causing me major headaches. I purchased Adobe Create Suite 3 (CS3) in 2007, when I first set up my business. has worked fine on my old PC ever since.Yesterday decided to install it on my (much later) laptop as well, and it Installs OK but then asks me to "Validate via internet; or via telephone, or do it later"Apparentyl I have 30 days to complete this part of the Install and then...well, what...???Does it automatically lock me out? Stop working?Asked Adobe and the bot reckons I need to upgrade to the latest 'pay by the hour' version.Fook that!It's why I bought the damn CDs in the 1st place.Anyone got any clue as to how I can either Validate the software, OR prevent it from Deactivating at the end of 30 days..??And please don't tell me the newst vewrsion is so much better.It ain't broke, so I ain't fixin to "fix" it...P'd off with Adobe.I paid GOOD money for this software and have barely used it.

Hi, I subscribed to a 3 year student plan contract from August, 2019 onwards and am aware of the constant increase in subscription charges. I assumed my plan would be terminated upon the end of the 3 years (August 2022) but I am still getting charged for the plan. And when I try to cancel it, they ask me to pay the very expensive cancellation charges. The contract is for 3 years, I do not understand. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ASAP. 

My bank account is being charged $31 each month by Adobe Systems. I logged into my Adobe account and went to manage plans and I have no plans? I'm confused as to why each month I'm being charged for something, but I do not even have a plan with Adobe? I would like this to be canceled but am unsure how I can when I don't even see the plan under my account?Please, help!

I am trying to install a CS4 download to a new SDD using Windows 10.  I am getting an error message suggesting a compatibility issue. Has anyone found a solution?  I think could apply to Win 8.1 as well.  Thanks.

I have a 1 terabyte drive and photoshop and Lightroom classic will not install.  Both are saying not enough space,  error 133 but I have a new drive so it's empty

I know, stupid question. I just subscribed to the lowest level just to get PS for my desktop Mac. But I just this morning bought a MacBook. Can I assume I can install and use it on both, although not at the same time?

I run Acrobat on my work laptop and PC. For some reason, after I formatted my PC and tried to install Acrobat again it says The serial number XXX_XXX_XXX_XXX is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. You need to deactivate another computer within 29 days to use this product. Since it is showing no activated devices, how do I deactivate it?

Hello,I just switched to a new PC (WIN) and wanted to download my lightroom again. All worked fine until i pressed the download-button. Here I struggled.Here came the information, that the installer is no longer available. This means I paid for the right to download the program, but can not do it anymore.Is there anybody in the forum who can help me? Am upset and looking for tipps 🙂 Best regards Andreas

  My Adobe Premium says I have an update, but when I go to download a Windons note pops up that says "You'll need a new app to open this AUPHD Link. (see attached)  If I click on the windows it says there is no app.  Thus I cannot download the update. Please help.
