I have problem to open Photoshop today. It says Photoshop is locked in Windows. But there is no such thing. I uninstalled Photoshop, but can not install again. I have issues with Adobe InDesign all the time, but this is new to me. Adobe is going fast bye-bye! It is getting useless, it is buggy and not reliable at all.

Hello I have a problem with a serial number product. I activated it on a computer I don´t have access to at this moment and I need to cancel it on that computer. So I can install it and use it on a different computer.

Failing to install Phiotoshop Elements(After downloading MSVCP120.dll and MSVCR120.dll to c:Windows/System32 and C:Windows/SystemWOW64))I get this in the logWARN: Program "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Elements 2022 Organizer\CustomHook\CustomHook_HD_EO.exe" failed with exit code: -1073741701

This is the one of the worst apps ever. It won't recognize or restore my subscription and won't let me share or save a video. Total waste of time. 

I realize this has been discussed ad infinitum, but I'm trying to get a clear picture of what I'm going to need to do.I have a Win7 desktop that I've never upgraded due to the myriad warnings about Audition CS6's alleged incompatability with Win10 and Win11 - but with support for more and more software being discontinued, I am finding myself in a jam without being able to upgrade my virus protection, browser, and other key programs. So my question is, if I install Win 11, will Audition CS6 work (I purchased in 2012 outright and do not pay a subscription)? And if it doesn't work, does that mean I'm relegated to subscribing for brand-new software in which I need to create all-new presets?

I bought an InDesign subscription yesterday, but I'm unable to use it. The Creative Cloud Desktop shows InDesign as not owned, but when I click buy, I get an error message telling me that I already own InDesign. The plan shows up in my account (account.adobe.com), but not in Creative Cloud.   

My computer crashed and hard drive is shot. I need to download my old Acrobat Pro, but I'm uncertain about the version. I found the 2017 download and it's not that one, but cannot find a link for the 2015 or 2012 versions (suspecting it is one of these). Where can I find links to these? THANKS

Each time I try to install from Creative Cloud it gets to the 88% downloaded point, hangs, and then returns "Installation failed". Internet connection is normal. Also repeated tries always fail at the exact same percentage/Apple M1 MaxSequoia 15.5   [Topic edited by moderator for clarity.]

I subscribed for the monthly plan but it still pops up the "plan & pricing window" whenever i try to open up after effects and when i close down the pop up the app shuts downI reallyyy need to get access ASAP

I have purchased the free trial multiple times but can still not use after effects choose that one specifically why is that? It just tells me to purchase it again and dosent work after that this app is alredy getting on my nerves pls help a girl out i only have 6 days left to try it before paying for it 😞

Bom, comprei o pacote adobe para estudantes. Fiz 2 tentativas de compra e as duas deram errado. Porém quando olhei no extrato do banco as duas foram debitadas, fui verificar o emal educacional que usei e não recebi nada referente a compra, ou seja, paguei duas assinaturas e nçao estou usando.

Creative Cloud has gotten the idea that I am logged into too many devices, and it only ever shows me the two devices I am logged into (my MacBook Pro and my iMac even when I'm not using my Macbook, sometimes evne when it is just down entirely). This has gotten to the point where I have to reset my password every couple of months because CC is insisting my account is being shared and this is very annoying to have to go through when I have deadlines.

I purchased the CS6 suite years ago, installing it on a PC and a laptop. The PC broke and I can no longer turn it on. I just purchased adobe elements and premier 2026 as a bundle. When I downloaded and installed they say they are the 2024 version. How do I get the correct download for the 2026 versions?

My old system is gone, moved to a new system and now I get the error: "The serial number [xxxx] is already in use by themaximum allowed computers. You need to deactivate another computer within 25days to use this product." Elsewhere I saw an answer that said if I don't deactivate the license on the old system (can't do this, nor can somebody with a crashed hard drive), I can't install CS6 on the new system. Is that true? What kind of crap policy is this? Isn't Adobe a repoutable company that supports its products? Doesn't Adobe have a database that's checked to see if there are multiple computers running the same license? Why can't that be updated to forget the old system?Is there any solution for this? I've got a valid license that Adobe will not allow me to run.And I absolutely loath subscription software. 

I am trying to reactivate my Adobe Photoshop on a new computer after de-activating from my old computer system.   The de-activation was confirmed but when I try to Activate on my new computer system it is now telling me that the Serial number is active on 2 computers and that I have now reached my limit of trying to Activate.      Any advice to correct this situation?  Thank you!  

Hi,Trying to install/move my PE 2019 to new (Win 11) laptop.  I have the disc, I have the 25 character code but there is no setup.exe file on the disc.  Can't find a solution anywhere and hope someone can help.Thanks

I just got the free trial of After Effects to try it out, and I can't seem to install it. I'm getting error code 206 and every solution that Adobe's solution page or AI Virtual bot gives me doesn't work and still won't allow me to install it, with the same repeated error code 206 no matter what. Does anybody know of any solutions on how to fix this or a work around, or potentially just why it won't install? This is frustrating given its during my trial period so every day that goes by is one lost to learn and experiment, and even more frustrating that there seems to be no way to contact an actual person from Adobe for help.  Cheers, and thanks

I bought new pc, I tried to make new installation of Adobe Design Standard CS 5.5. During installation i type serial number, which is accepted and click next. After a moment it asks me to log in into my adobe account, It cannot communicate with server, and informs me about "network error", I skip this step and installing. After installation and launching any program I get message that key is incorrect. Program was deactivated on previous machine. What to do?

I'm trying to install PS CS6 on an old MacBook Pro running Mountain Lion (10.8.5) that does not have internet access.I've followed the instructions to go to Adobe.com/go/getactivated. I entered the request code and product serial number on a computer with internet access, however the page simply resets and asks for the information again.The Adobe chatbot says that no assistance is available for unsupported products - like PS CS6.Any advice?Thanks

Hallo liebe CommunityIch habe folgendes Problem. Wir haben eine ältere Version von der Creative Suite auf 2 PCs installiert. (Win 10) Dazu waren auch noch Zusatzprogramme in Acrobat wie PitStop und joUp installiert. Alles lief ohne Probleme.Bei einer erneuten Installation auf einem anderen PC (Win 10) wurde leider keine der beiden vorigen Installation deaktiviert.Nach dem dieser Fehler festgestellt wurde, da bei der nun 3. Installation die Fehlermeldung kam die beiden anderen Installationen zu deaktivieren, haben wir dies auch gemacht. Jedoch ließ sich nun keine der 3 Installationen mehr aktivieren. Da haben wir auf dem neuen PC das komplette Programm wieder deinstalliert. Leider brachte dies auch nicht das erhoffte Ergebnis, dass die bisherigen Installationen sich wieder aktivieren haben lassen. Kann hier jemand hierbei bitte helfen, dass ich die bisherigen Installationen wieder zum laufen bekomme? Im Voraus besten Dank und viele GrüßeReinhold

Fehlermeldung 148:3, Photoshop (CS4 unter Windows 7) kann nicht mehr gestartet werden. Weiß jemand, wie man den Fehler behebt. Mit deen Anleitung von Adobe "licenseRecovery109.Zip = LicenseRecovery.exe hat es jedenfalls nicht funktioniert.
