Hi! I have a Macbook that's a bit out of date (High Sierra 10.13) and all the current Adobe apps are incompatible with it. Is there any way to get an older version of Indesign? I managed to do that a year or so ago and have been using Indesign 2020 but don't find the option now. I absolutely can't update my computer to the next OP system. I read somewhere that older versions of adobe apps are not available during the trial but are if you get the paid plan, is that true? Then again loads of people say you only get to use the two latest versions and I don't think 2021 worked either, at least it didn't when it was 2021.

Is there a trial version of inDesign? If there is, where would I locate it?

This happened once beofe and I don't recall how it was resolved, but it was.   When I attempt to activate the PS icon on my desktop, I've had the monthly pay Photogtaphy Plan) I am asked if I want to start a 7 day free trial.  My monthly subscription is up to date and I have only one Adobe account. Can anyone help?Michael 

Ich habe vor einigen Jahren LR6 gekauft und auf einem Windows 7 Rechner installiert. Der Rechner wurde auf Windows 10 upgedatet und bei der LR Version irgendwann auf 6.12. Nun habe ich ein neues Laptop (ohne Laufwerk) und bekomme mein Lightroom nicht installiert. Erfahren habe ich, dass wohl 6.14 unter Windows 11 laufen würde, aber dazu finde ich nirgends die SetUp Datei, auch hier im Downloadbereich nicht. Wo bekomme ich 6.14 her?

As per title, how do i install Adoble Indesign CC 2019 on Window 7(64bits) PC? i had several methods, use offline installer or via Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app console, it wont let me choose older version to install on window 7 PC.  

Hello,I bought an Adobe CS 6 DS license in 2014 and I cannot install the package on my new computer. I installed the app (I received a download link from support), but I get a notification that I should register the product and I can't because that serial number is already registered to a different email address (and it's not my adress!!). I will lose access to the app in a few days. On the old computer the applications works fine from 2014. My seller is an authorized Adobe reseller. Is anyone able to help me? Support can't do anything.

Hello, My Creative Cloud app says that I need an administrator password to update the app. I am the admin on my computer and I tried creating a new account with admin rights with no luck. The error code is 1004 I have also tried:Trashing the preferencesRunning the CC unintsaller (doesn't launch)Running the new installer from the disk image (doesn't launch)Command/Option/R to reset the updater Is this a known issue? Recently updated to CC 5.3.1.470.  Upon trying to update any CC software, I simply get "Waiting..." and nothing happens.  I've let the update sit overnight, only to be greated by the same "Waiting..." My download speed is 250MBPS, so speed/internet is not an issue. 15" MBP - Mid 2017Recently updated to Big Sur OS2.8GHz. 2.8GHz quad-core Intel Core i732G Ram225GB Free Space on internal drive Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Encountered issues in updating Creative Cloud.My Creative Cloud Version is 5.7.0.1307 Error code 507. I've searched the community but I still can't find a simple answer to my problem. It's weird really as I was able to update Photoshop to the newest v 23.3.1 just now and also update Lightroom Classic even though the message said "Encountered issues in updating Creative Cloud. Error Code 507". I can access the volume (C:) on my PC and it is Online with 697.90 GB free space, so there's no drama there. I had no dramas with CC App updating recently either. Nothing has been changed with my system. This is where CC has always been saved to. So, I'm guessing I need to install the app again according to Fix Error via Adobe site.https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/fix-error-code-507.html Do I uninstall the app via an Adobe cleaner tool or uninstall tool, and then reinstall the app?If so, is there a link to uninstalling and reinstalling CC App?Just need some advi

Hi, I have CS6 Master Suite active on two Windows 10 computers. I just purchased a new Windows 11 computer and installed the CS6 Master Suite from original DVDs on that and all went well, but when I tried to activate it on the new computer I got a screen that said I have it already activated on maximum number of computers. So I went on and deactivated it on the other of the two old computers I had it active. Deactivation was successful (I did not via Adobe Photoshop CS6 64-bit version). But that did not decrease the count of installations, so I keep on having the message on the new computer that I have it activated on too many computers.  Now I am afraid that if I retry deactivating on either of the old computers, I lose a working Master Suite on either of them. I wonder if this can be worked around in some way as it seems to be an issue with Adobe servers not actually decreasing the count of activations, but just keeping the current activations alive as long as those co

Hello,  Whenever I try to update Creative Cloud I get the this error: "Encountered issue in updating Creative Cloud. Error code 507"I googled the error and it says that its caused by the volume being offline. But my volume is perfectly fine, I also tried to change the install location of CC to see if it would fix but it didn't. What can I do to fix this? Thank you.
