Download & Install

I am running CS5 Design Premium on a Mac under Mac Sierra. It was fine one day, the next it wouldn't open any of the suite saying that the program hadn't been closed down properly (it had). I can't uninstall any of the programs, nor can I reinstall from the disc. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

I've seen that Adobe have now completed their purchase of Contentcal, but wanted to ask what this will mean for CC users - will it mean we will get a social media management platform that will integrate with other CC software? At the moment, I'm creating social media graphics for myself and select clients in Illustrator, exporting as PNGs then using a separate social media management platform to organise and schedule everything! If not, does anyone use other Adobe software (preferrably desktop) to template, create, schedule and publish content for them selves or their clients?

Why is Lightroom CC and Photoshop CC down loading so SLOW 

I'm using the theme "Marta" and I found a example of someone using this theme and the welcome screen is full screen on desktop and on mobile. I can't manage to get it full screen on mobile. What settings do I need to use to achieve this? example my site  

The creative cloud prompts that the system version is low, but my computer can only install macos high sierra. Why can I install different versions of the software normally before, but now I can't? What should I do to install the software?

I have purchased Adobe products for  the last 20 or so years. I have an old computer that the operating system was not updated and was successfully running  all  my CS6 products. These are all licensed to me and I paid for them. I recently bought a new computer and signed up for streaming, this worked fine but now my old computer will not run my CS6 products. This is stealing as far as I am concerned, I have not updated this computer’s operating system on purpose and have paid for this software and now it does not work. I have since canceled my streaming on the same Adobe id that I used for both computers. I started a new Adobe account for my streaming account on the new computer but my CS6 versions still will not work on my old computer with my original Adobe ID. It starts up fine, this fizzles out. How do I get this fixed and working again? when I called tech support, they were not helpful and had no idea how to get me my software back.

Hi I have limited bandwidth and am looking to find out the size of the installer file for Animate CC. Ive looked online and found a table which is outdated and includes Edge (the old program) but not Animate. any help ppreciated, thanks.

J'ai aussi essayé de désactivé le pare-feu mais rien n'y fait. Quelqu'un a t-il eu le même problème ? Pour info, je suis sur windows 11 depuis peu. 

Good afternoon all!For most of the year now, I've had an issue where Creative Cloud pops up and tells me it has to be repaired after rebooting.  This always leads to it downloading and installing over the top of the existing installation.  This time, however, it told me on the repair installation that I didn't have enough disk space - which is absolutely not true - so I had to download a fresh copy from the Adobe site.I'm running Mac OS X 10.12.6, though this was an issue in the previous version as well.Has anyone else successfully resolved this issue?  It's getting mighty annoying having to reinstall CC every time I reboot my machine.  I've twice contacted Adobe directly about this, only to be told both times to reinstall before rebooting and see if that helps.  Clearly it does not.Thanks for your time!-Dev

Recently I'm having the exact same issue with CC and Windows 11. Unable to connect to Adobe server though I've followed every troubleshooting steps on Adobe support page. So, I started support chat yesterday. Adobe tech spent more than 2 hours trying to remote fix my PC without any success.  So, tried installing CC on a Windows 10 labtop and worked just fine. There is an update obviously either from Adobe or Microsoft that messed up security and connection. I pay annual fee to Adobe and can only use now PS for some reason!! Other apps, including illustrator and Acrobat will not work!! Please fix A.S.A.P

I have been happily running LR 6 on my desktop Mac (Mojave) since purchase in 2015. I now have a used MacBook, also running Mojave. Am I still able to do a second installation of LR6 on the MacBook, under the terms of the original licence? Thanks,Alex

Hello. I bought Lightroom 5 years ago. My version is Lightroom 5.7.1I changed my computer a few months ago. It is now a MacbookAir version 11.6.1Lightroom used to work normally on this computer but for a few days, i encounter strange things :1 - I can't import images any more. When I try to import photos, I can't see the previews and when I try to import, the task starts but never ends.2 - When I try to Import, some new folders have appeared, that I didn't see before ( 4 different "Makintosh HD", VM, Preboot, Update, xART, iSCPreboot, Hardware)3 - When i try to quit Lightroom, it blocks and i have to force to quit. Any idea what i can do?Must I reinstall Lightroom 5? How?

I incorrectly posted a few minutes ago . Hi, I'm trying to download Adobe RGB (1998) ICC profile for Windows from ICC profile downloads (End User profile) but nothing happens after I accept the terms and conditions. Anyone know where can I get it from? Thanks.

Hi all, I purchased a secondhand Mac 27" late 2015 (OS updated to Big Sur 11.5,2) which came with the Adobe creative suite installed, as the previous owner was a designer. I currently don't need to use these apps and don't have a subscription for them. However I am regularly getting an error message stating:"Adobe Creative CloudAdobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve the problem, is missing or damaged. You can try to repair to fix the issue. If the problem persists, download and install the new copy from 'http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp'." If I click on repair, nothing happpens. I've also tried using the CC uninstaller and although I can download and run it, never get the promised "Creative Cloud desktop has been successfully uninstalled" message. Any tips or tricks as to what's going on here, and how I can resolve by either updating the CC app or successfully uninstalling it? TIA

I have been having a lot of problems with my Adobe program.  I would like to reinstall it but I don't see where the original file is.  I purchased online, and don't see the link in my email receipt or in my account here.  Am I looking in the wrong place? Is this not the way to go about doing it?

How compatible is the newly announced Macbook M1 Max chip with Adobe programs?I am a design expert and I need to work by opening several Adobe programs at the same time. I'm using a 2019 model intel chip Macbook Pro. I must say that my Macbook device, which I bought with big dreams, was a complete disappointment for me in terms of Adobe programs. I ran into problems that I never expected, such as freezes, crashes, slow render times. There is no problem with my computer, other devices of the same model that we bought to the company have the same problem.For these reasons, although the new M1 chip is said to be fast, if there is a problem with compatibility with Adobe programs, it will still be a waste of investment and I am worried about it. If someone who actively uses the M1 Max chip with Adobe programs can write a detailed comment about the performance, I would be very happy.I especially need information about Photoshop, After Effects and Illustrator programs.Thanks

I bought my photography camera in 2016 and it came with Lightroom software. It is still installed on my old laptop which is destroyed due to a cat urinating on it. I was wondering if it could be possible to get the software back for my new computer. Thank you in advance. 

Hi all. Does anyone know a way to download the older version of Adobe Software so I can run it on my older MAC? Doesn't seem possible or it's not too straight forward.On the other hand does anyone know a way to overide the Apple system to get the newer Mac operating system when it's not showing up?

I bought Photoshop Elements 15 in 2016, tried to install on my computer with disc but was unable to use due to insufficient memory.  I finally got a new computer and am trying to install.  I entered serial # from disc sleeve and got message that serial # already in use.  Trying to figure out how to install on this new machine.  Would appreciate help. 

Everytime it try to uninstall Photoshop. This appers, but if i click on login the same thing happens.

My Dad purchased me a copy of Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 in 12/2013. Before I could install it, I moved and lost it. I recently found it again. It has never been opened and has the receipt taped to the box.  I am trying to install it on a 2013 Imac. It gets to the screen to validate the serial number, but refuses to connect to the internet and advises me to do the off line registration. So I try that. It takes me through some steps where I exchange my Redemption Code for a Serial Number, then to a screen to enter a "REQUEST CODE" and my serial number that I just obtained. The "REQUEST CODE" line is blank. There is nothing in the documentation about a "REQUEST CODE" and when I push the "Generate Response Code" button. It simply says 'REQUEST CODE INVALID" Most likely because it is BLANK!! I have been all over thse forums and keep seeing the same advice, which does not work at all. Where do I get a "REQUEST CODE"?????????? Thank you.

HAve Adobe Acrobat 11 pro on CD  with Key. after PC reset and unable to reacivate my product .Please help as i try to use it as it is it shuts down when connected to the internet.
