Download & Install

I recently bought an iMac for home. I'll post a photo of the version. But I downloaded Creative Cloud & the apps I use from it but none of the apps once downloaded will open. The icons will bounce up & down for a bit & when they stop & I check them & they say "Application not responding". I've uninstalled & reinstalled but they keep doing the same thing. Not sure what I should do to fix it.

Hello, Apologies if this has already been covered in another thread, but I haven't been able to find it. Is there a way to download a previous version of Premiere Pro and keep that on the computer for older projects?  I am running MacOS 12.0.1Processor: 2.4GHz 8 Core Intel Core i9Memory: 32 GB 2400 MHz DDR4 I currently have Premiere Pro 14.0.1 installed which I'm using on a long-running documentary project. I would love to be able to install the latest Premiere Pro software to use on my newer projects that need to play nice with the latest version of AE and other programs.  Is there a trick for doing this so I don't screw everything up? I've been burned in the past. 🙂 

Unfortunately, I am unable to install the latest updates. When clicking on the "Not Compatible" warning, I get the message- Please update your operating system to: Windows 10 (version 1909 or later). Checking my system information, it says I have OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 HomeVersion: 10.0.18362 Build 18362 I have had the system check for updates and it says there are none. I have also made sure my GPU driver is update to date (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M). I have 16GB of RAM and 132 GB of hard drive space free.  Any thoughts on how to get the updates?

Can someone help me? I think i entered my name more than 5 times and now it keeps showing me server error when i try to purchase it. I have a project due soon and I can't wait for a week for it to be resolved. 

Desde hace tiempo tengo problemas con las características de mi equipo, tengo una iMac 2017 con el IOS Monterey version 12, tiene 8 Gb de Ram y DD de 1 Tb pero no me da para cargar PhotoShop e Ilustrator simultáneamente, estoy por cambiar a una PC pero no quiero tener el mismo problema, que procesador y memoria me recomiendan para poder iniciar y trabajar de forma fluida? I've been struggling to uninstall or download older versions of Animate. When Creative Cloud opens, it shows as installed, but only has a "Learn more" button that shows me information about it. The button shows everywhere I can see Animate, which means there is no way I can disable it in the application. I can still open Animate through clicking the icon on my dock and in Finder, however.I can't find anything to solve this problem, which means it might just be an issue with Creative Cloud 5.6.0.788.2.What do I do?IT'S ANNOYING LIKE A DAMN RAGE GAME!!! 

I am on latest Win10.  I am trying to Install CC, downloaded from many different lints that I found on this group. I've tried all solutions, AdobeCreativeCloudCleaner, AdobeLimitedAccess tool and all manual thins, literally everything I found on this group.When I click on Set-up.exe, nothing happens, I can see Adobe Installer in Task Manager, but nothing on the screen. I've managed to find log in `c:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\CreativeCloud\ACC\``WAM.log`. I am out of ideas, pulling my hair out. help.01/16/22 20:31:39:953 | [INFO] | | Setup | Setup | ApplicationContext | | | 20720 | *********************** Workflow start. So, it took a few moments to realise just how dumb some of us are. A lot of folks have been bemoaning the lack of a menu bar in higher end Mac and MacBook OS machines (I'm using a Monterey OS MacBook M1 Max Pro). The bar is there if you look. It's a drop-down, just like you see when you look fer the "Finder menu Bar. All the commands and other goodied are just hiddrn away jusut the same as any other app. Check it out. Every time I open adobe on my pc, Adobe says two devices are logged in under the same name, exceeding the limit and that I have to remove either my "macbook",  "Desktop2ML5ESE", or "this device" which refers to the same desktop. If I select log out of the "desktop" it says I've sucessfully freed up space and then shuts down as if it closed itself.  This happened shortly after I updated after effects today. This is infuriating, what am I supposed to do? I'm paying enough for the 2 devices I have, I need to use them both in order to do my work.

Hello, I have tried installing normally, ran as administrator, tried uninstalling my old nonfunctioning version, tried cleaning all CC apps, uninstalled all CC apps, tried restarting and installing again, tried different version installers.  Does CC not with windows 11 or? I've never had any issues like this before (the installer just starts loading and then  does absoloutly nothing, it doesnt launch)

I have been trying to download creative cloud, photoshop and some other apps and I just can't get pass the "enter your password".  I have changed my password, I am super confused.  Can anyone help me.     I am running OS Catalina

I bought the program photoshop elements 2015 in 2016 and upgrade always to 2020;I bought a new macbook this year with big sur and now it can't install 2021. I tried with the serial number but it tells me always that the number is not correct.What is the solution? Do I need to pay for a new installation, I paid already 151 euro in 2016.ThanksXavier 

I am trying to uninstall the desktop app on a Mac and every time I try I get an error saying that the uninstall cannot be completed because there are other apps still using creative cloud. I have gone through all my apps and cannot find any adobe apps on my computer and have tried doing a repair but it did not work. What else should I try?

I opened Adobe Draw this evening to do some work and saw the notification that it is no longer operating and for me to download Fresco, where all my files will reappear. I downloaded fresco and opened it to see that numerous files of mine have actually disappeared. These files represent weeks and months of my work. I can't find a way to connect directory with someone at Adobe for help. Can someone please advise?

Hello to the board! 🙂I purchased a licence of Adobes Master Collection CS6. I activated the software with the offline activation (online is not possible what I heard, so should be fine) and I received the response code via Adobe Website, so serial should be genuine and the software is running.I only recognized, that it is not possible to enter the registration form in my Adobe Account - I receive an error? It is in German, telling me "This serial is already in use".Does this mean the prior owner has forgotten to deactivate it - and that I have to request deactivation from him?Or has this registration process already been shutdown because of the outdated version I have purchased, same like the online activation? Honestly I don't care very much about the registration in my Adobe Account, but on the other hand I want to verify that what I have paid for is valid. 😉Thanks Christoph

Will CS 3, specifically InDesign, work on iMAC Sierra 10.12? Are there issues related to trying this? Many thanks for your help.

hello community, i kindly ask for A help. i need to instal  Photoshop CS6  from a CD. I purchased a perpetual license few years ago. unfortunately.. i cant finish installation due to incompatibility with the OS. ....it says "The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information."   of course, the developer didn t help. does somebody have any good tip, how to do it???

Ich versuche nun seit geraumer Zeit, CS 5.0 auf einem Laptop mit MAC OS 10.10 zum Laufen zzzzu bringen.Erstes Problem - nach Erfolgreicher installation von DVD: PS 12.0 stürzt ab bei Druckbefehl.Ein Update auf ein 12.yx scheitert daran, dass bei der Eingabe der Adobe ID ein Netzwerkfehler auftritt - man möge es später noch mal probieren .. was ich tat, erfolglos. Den Service direkt zu kontaktieren scheitert an den Öffnungszeiten: Mo-Fr von 9-16:45. Nicht mal eine einfache Mail kann man ausserhalb der Öffungszeiten verschicken ... absurd. In den Adobe Account kann ich mich auch nur mit einem Rechner einwählen, mit dem anderen bin ich in einer Schleife - immer wieder wird Mailadresse un PW verlangt. Langsam weiß ich nicht mehr weiter .. Ich hoffte, mit Registrierung des Produktes ein Update zu bekommen - ohne bekomme ich jedenfalls keines - nur leider geht die Anmeldung nicht .. Salve stò per acquistare un Imac Con sistema M1, mi occupo di fotografia e grafica, ho visto che esiste il piano "Fotografia" a euro 9,75 al mese che comprende Photoshop e Lightroom, ho delle richieste da fare perchè non so come muovermi per procedere all'acquisto, potete aiutarmi? Vi espongo le mie problematiche:1) esiste piano annuale pagamento mensile 9,75, questo significa che per sempre oppure per un anno pagherò la cifra citata?2) piano annuale prepagato 116,39 questo significa che pagherò una sola vota per un anno?3) se l'anno prossimo voglio rinnovare solo photoshop e magari lightroom non mi va di rinnovarlo poso farlo?4) dopo aver rinnovato solo photoshop sono passati tipo due mesi mi rendo che mi necessita anche lightroom posso farlo oppure Adobe mi ha bloccato per sempre lightroom?

Oh boy...New user and first question - go gently pls.Tried to install creative cloud to my desktop and Error 22 came up about case sensitive issue.  I spoke with chat and they told me to uninstall driver in utilities, and I dont have one.  They said to input serial number which I did and it says unavailable driver (photoshop/lightroom4).  So, they sent me here.p.s. - was pc user until yesterdayThanks in advance for any help!Lilli

I have an original purchase of CS6 but since one of the later MacOS updates I was no longer able to use CS6. I deleted it and downloaded it again. In the folder however, the 'Install' button is not accessible (it's greyed out). When I click on the Install button, a message comes up with: "Install" needs to be updated. The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information. What can I do to use my CS6?
