Download & Install

I have a 2018 Macbook running Monterey 12.0.1, and the most recent version of Adobe CC. No matter what I do, or how many times I update, uninstall, reinstall, quit activities, change preferences, etc. Adobe is ALWAYS running 10-15 versions of the same activity in the Activities Monitor, and it seems like it's all of them. AdobeCRDaemon, Adobe Spaces Helper, Creative Cloud Helper, CC Library, and more.  My mac has been running so slowly lately, and while there may be other issues, I'm positive this isn't helping. Has anyone found a solution that actually fixes this problem? Everything I've found so far hasn't worked.

Hi im trying to download photoshop and creative cloud and it wont allow me and every time it comes up with error 105,  i have tried to go on to library/application support/ adobe/caps but there is no caps folder for me to go into. I have searched for ages to fix the error but all require to have the caps folder which i dont have. Please help me.

I see a lot of posts concerning problems with the latest batch of Creative Cloud updates--some legitimate bugs, some hardware issues, some OS issues, some user error. A common theme is often "the last version worked perfectly"... To avoid frustration--control your updates!   In the Creative Cloud app, go to your preferences:   Change your auto-update settings for each program to whatever your want:   Experiment with the new version to see how it works--but do your actual work on what you know works. Don't blindly install new versions without testing. When the new software works perfectly, then switch to it.    Also, be careful updating your OS at the same time unless it can't be helped. Sometimes it's hard to what's causing the problem if both are updated at the same time. 

Hi I have a serial key for acrobat pro DC when i try to install it seems to be expecting a subscription and asks whether i want to try or buy the software. I'm never given any option to enter a serial key. I tried uninstalling everything from adobe and reinstalling but I have the same problem. Does anyone know how to solve this?

I've had it with this latest versions. Constant bugs, dynamic linking issues, playback issues, slow laggy photoshop, footage not conforming....  ect... ect.... ect.... I've re-installed, reset pref, switched cache drives, made profilesNothing seems to work. I've found a link for PS 2018, and it works sooooo much better,  but how do I get the rest of them, they are removed from the list of the other versions section

Hello everyone, I need help, I need to work! just got a new mac book pro, mac os sierra 10.12.5. I want to install CS6 on my new computer and I have several questions : -first I downloaded the installation file and i get this message :  "installer failed to initialize. This could be due to a missing file. Please download Adobe Support..." It says get to adobe support advisor, and I don't find anything to download. What is Adobe Support Advisor? This thread seems to give the answer but once I go on Activity Monitor I don't find anything.-Also, I hope I can use it with this latest mac os because on my last computer, even though I bought the license, I could not use illustrator and there was no answer I could find about it. I wonder if it was due to my mac that may have the latest update? If that's the case, it's a real problem because I would rather use every software I invested in !-Other than that, going through the forum, I found out that I could install CS6 on two computer only

I keep getting the "Renew Your Subscription" page when starting any of my adobe products.  I updated my billing information and when I click "Try Again,"  I'm told my subscription is now active.  I tried waiting the 15 minutes, rebooted my computer.  This is seriously impacting my day.  Does anyone know how to fix this?Waited on hold for over 20 minutes.  No Answer.Chat function on the site is not working.  Please help!

So I'm getting the error code 120 of insufficient disk space but I specifically told it to go download on my D drive which has 411 GB free of 931 GB. I'm just trying to download photoshop and it keeps giving me this error despite having loads of space available.

I was in Illustrator happily working away when I hit the save button and it told me there was an error.  I closed out of Illustrator and rebooted my computer.  Now when I click on Apps, it tells me "There's a problem! Please close all instances of adobe application manager to continue."  When I click on the button to Reload Applications, nothing happens.  So, what's up?  I'm on Windows 10.

I tried updating my Photoshop to 23.1 But it wouldn't let me. I kept closing down Adobe CR Daemon, but even after I do so in every Adobe app, it won't let me update Photoshop. What do I do??!!

A chaque ouverture du programme, j'ai des messages d'alerte.: " Adobe updater les mises à jour ont été désactivées sur cet ordinateur....." et aussi Photoshop server ne peut ouvrir en raison d'un probleme.....". J'ai installé ces programme sur un IMac 10.15.7. Comment remedier à ces problèmes. Merci.

I bought the whole Creative Suite 6 years ago and a couple of years back my PC died from the dreaded blue screen of death but I still have the serial key for PC. I now have a Mac and was wondering if there's any way to swap my old PC serial Code for a Mac serial code so that I can get the suite back? Because at the moment I can't access it in anyway but I have bought it which is frustrating.Thanks!

Pourtant sur mon ordinateur, seules les versions d'essai des applications sont accessibles à partir de Creative Cloud. Merci pour votre aide si vous avez déjà résolu ce type de problème.Laurent.

I am on the fence about purchasing Adobe CC. I have a hard time purchasing a subscription and then being nicked and dimed for features.Two questions:1 - Is web hosting included in the Adobe CC membership          (I found this but online forums contradict it, Adobe Web Hosting - Buying guide )2 - Is there a price sheet somewhere where I can see costs of things such as "stock images" or photo and video editing tools that are necessary but not included in the membership.I really want to make this purchase but I don't want to commit to a year contract and then find out I have to purchase a ton of editing extras.Thanks!

I can not start working in Photoshop

Dear Adobe Support Team, Ref: Intel Core i5. 16GB RAM. Win 10Pro 21H2. 64-bit.  Have recently buy to above mentioned PC. Installed MS Office and later on the Adobe CC package. Since the Adobe CC instalation MS Office started to slow down while opening any of the MS apps (Word, Excel or PowerPoint).  The specific behavior is that when click to open any of the MS APPs it takes 2-3 minutes to finaly open. I changed PC because I thought it was related to the computer age and specifications. I have tried to identify the root cause in multiple forums, but have not found anything. Is there anything that can be done in order to improve the MS APPs startup?  Thanks in advance,

hi! on my new mac 2020 (m1, monterey) i can't download indesign. creative cloud was installed from the start (5.6.0.788). but when i try to install indesign, there is always an error message (403) and it tells me to look for updates. have done this several times, but nothing changes. has anybody had the same problem and can help to solve this? thanks so much!! konstantin
