After installing Creative cloud it crashes immediately 

Signed up for a 3 day trial with billing slated to occur after 3 days and was charged immediately  please fix or someone tell me where to complain to get it fixed please!!!!

So, I have an old Windows laptop that I had a full version of Photoshop CS5 Extended installed on. I recently bought a new Mac laptop, and would like to move my softwares. However, when I tried to install CS5 from this page - Download Adobe Creative Suite 5 products - I received a message saying that the file was damaged or corrupt and I had to eject the disk file. Please help me with this, as I need my software to work as soon as possible. This is annoying and I would appreciate any help.

I can't believe that Adobe has now removed all older versions of Premiere that had Encore from Creative Cloud!!!! 

Hallo,ich habe mir heute ein neues Adobe-Konto angelegt, da mein alter Zugang abgelaufen ist und über die Bildungseinrichtung meiner Ausbildung lief.Nun kann ich mich trotz Deinstallation aller Adobe-Programme nicht mit meinen neuen Zugangsdaten in der Creative Cloud anmelden und Photoshop etc. neu installieren. Wenn die Creative Cloud neu installiert wird, wird immer folgende Fehlermeldung angezeigt und ich bekomme nicht die Möglichkeit, mich mit einem anderen Zugang anzumelden... Ich habe mithilfe anderer Hilfe-Foren schon die opm datei gelöscht, hat aber leider nicht funktioniert... Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

I bought a new laptop and would like to install my previously bought version of Lightroom 6. I don't have a DVD player so I can't insert the disc to install it. Is there still a way to install this version? I don't really want to get a monthly license since I already bought it in the past.Thank you,Michelle

Using Windows 10 I can't update to LR 11.0 or PS 23.1.0.Tried using Creative Cloud, even downloaded new version of Creative Cloud, Tried direct download. Photography subscription is active. Creative Cloud says everying is up to date, it is not. Thanks

Simplement pour faire part de ma colère envers Adobe!depuis septembre 2019 et une mise à jour je ne peux simplement plus utiliser Photoshop avec mon portable!contacts répétés ave le service clients, chat à n'en plus finir, manip diverses style effacement historique navigateur, rien n'y fait.tjs ce "code erreur 205 Photoshop est obligé de quitter prière de contacter le service clientèle" qui apparaît après ouverture et m'empêche de travailler. J'ai dû ouvrir une autre session mais c'est franchement pas pratique…et puis au bout d'un moment, j'en ai marre de payer pour un service autrefois efficace et aujourd'hui médiocre!je sais que ça ne sert pas à grand chose mais au moins je l'aurais dit !

Ok i am officially going nuts here! The whole sign up and registering thing was always a mess with Adobe but now they seem to really focus on driving people insane. for 1,5h now i try to install LR Classic and seems impossible. i changed my password 4 times now and when i put it in it always get rejected.  in deep despair i went to LR online and did some work there but it seems impossible to actually expert from there to anywhere. why then use it?? i need the get some pics worked on and just nothing works. probably i am too stupid but if after close to 2h i am incapable of getting anything done, it seems the installation process and the whole LR online workflow is not really userfriendly at all. maybe someone here can enlighten me? cheers! Anton   

Hello, For our work the company gave us access to Photoshop 2020. However, it's installed in French. I would need to use in German as part of our team speaks German in our office in Switzerland. Hello everyone,I always have problems updating Lightroom Classic (I use the current version 11.0.1 on MacOS) directly in the program via Help - Update - I always get the following error message: "Updates have been deactivated for this computer. Contact the Administrator".  I have to uninstall Lightroom every time via the Creative Cloud and install it with the new version. Does anyone have a tip why you can't do it directly from the program? I am the administrator, but I have no idea where to change anything ... Thanks,Tom

Hallo,vielleicht kann mir hier jemand helfen.Nachdem ich heute meine Festplatte geklont habe, weil die alte zu klein wurde, ist meine Lightroomlizenz von LR Classic weg. Gestern habe ich noch damit gearbeitet.Falls das wichtig ist, ich arbeite mit WIN10, die Festplatte ist eine SSD Samsung 860 Pro.In meinem Adobe Account ist unter Abos auch nichts mehr drin.Wenn ich LR öffne, wird mir ein kostenloses 7-Tage Abo angeboten.Was kann ich machen?Wie kann ich direkt Kontakt zum Support aufnehmen?Um schnelle Hilfe wäre ich sehr dankbar.Gruß Heinz  

Hello everyone,I hope someone can help me!I have several problems using Adobe software on my new MacBook Pro with M1 Max chip (OS Monterey).After several actions the Mac starts the spinning wheel and than after a while it shows a black error-screen (attached).This happend three times today. Some of the actions I do that (sometimes) occurs the problems;• in Finder: drag and drop a Adobe-file on a Adobe app icon.• in a Adobe app (Illustrator of InDesign) placing an image on an artboard / page. It looks like it has something to do in combination with the files / finder My questions; Am I the only one with these problems? How can I fix these?Thanks for your help!!

I can't install the Trint Plugin extention. I'm using Anastasiy's Extention Manager and when I click on Install and Trint_1.2.5.zxp the ERROR 604 comes out:"INSTALLATION  Extension's Licence is damaged (error code: 604). Please contact its creators for the assistance" Can anyone help me???

Hi,I am getting this message when I try to open some Adobe programs, Dreamweaver and Illustrator (latest versions). "The program can't start because MSVCR110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"Here is what I have done to try and fix the issue:Reinstall DW and AI - didn't fix itI tried this Resolve "missing msvcp110.dll file" error but it didn't work either.  This article is old and the files that it was talking about no longer exist.The issue started after I updated Java.   I have reinstall my Photoshop CS6 for Mac, which is registered in Adobe since 2013. I´ve used my serial number to activate it, but when I opened the software, a window pops up: " You trial version expires in 29 days" (image_1 attached). When I tried to use the serial number and start my Adobe session (image_2), even using the activation code that Adobe send to my phone, a pop up window for the starting session has appear once again (image_3).    The technical assistant from the Contact Center told me there are no longer Adobe validation and activation servers for so old products, therefore they can't recognise my serial number after the reinstallation. They refer me to this Adobe Support Community to find help of specialised technicians.   I have a licenced software, which works perfectly but that will expire in 29 days. I hope you could help me. Hello, I'm running 12.0.1 Mac OS Monterey and I'm having trouble installing the creative cloud. I'm on a Macbook Pro with a M1 Pro chip.  When I download the .dmg and double click to install, nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Quand je réinstalle avec mon CD LR 6 et que ensuite je le lance et fait "mise à jour" je reste à la ver 6.0 et non comme j'avais 6.4 que j'ai besoin pour mon nouvel appareil Alpha 7 III. Pas moyen de trouver cette mise à jour sur le site Adobe ?! Quelqu'un à la solution ?

Hola a todos.Mi plan de Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc. me permite tener sus apps en dos computadoras.Así lo tengo.El punto es que quiero deshacerme de una de ellas y cambiar para otra nueva.De ésta manera, también seguiría teniendo las apps en dos computadoras.Cómo puedo hacerlo?Si alguien me puede ayudar, estaría muy agradecido.Saludos.
