had photoshop installed some time ago ad then quit working. I keep getting a message to give a path for photoshop (?). The lightroom I had installes at the same time is working fine. windows 10

I created my portfolio in 2019 but when I click on the link to access it it shows up as https://portfolio.adobe.com/missingWhy does it do that? why can't I see my portfolio when I click on the link? Has it disappeared or been erased? If so do I have to create a new one??????!!!!!HELP ME!!! 

I updated the Creative Cloud Desktop app on November 22nd and left my W10 PC running for several hours unattended. After updating, CCD independently decided that my preferences should be reset and that all my Adobe apps should be updated and that any older apps should be removed. Since I keep old versions to ensure compatibility with certain plug-ins and projects, I was not pleased to discover this. If you value older versions of CC, babysit your computer when CCD wants to update. Also, note that the first two levels of Adobe customer support only can provide a few specific versions of older software and none of the patches! They might even claim that Adobe doesn't archive any of their code, neat!  I will update this post when and if I recieve any form of resolution.

Hi,  I'm trying to install CS6 Premium on my Mac running High Sierra. When prompted to enter the serial number from my account but afterwards it states that my computer is off line or something similar. The only option available is to install with a 7 day time limit to authorize. My computer is connected and there are no Firewall settings present preventing connections of that type. Why won't it accept my serial number? 

When I attempted to use my Photoshop Elements this morning I received the error 16 message.  How do I uninstall and reinstall the programme (I don't remember how or when I purchased the product) and is there a way to correct?  I was trying to contact Adobe support but couldn't find a way to speak or text with a person directly.  Thank you for your assistance in this matter.\

I've just subscribed to CC From this list I understood that Indesign and Photoshop should run natively on M1 macshttps://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/apple-silicon-m1-chip.html When I try to install Indesign I am prompted to install Rosetta. Is there something else I need to be aware of?

Thanks to everyone who responded to my posts under InDesign on this subject. This is now an entire Creative Suite activation problem with one basic question. As recommended by EMAIL REMOVED I have tried to download my old CS6 (just to confirm, Brad, it is registered - since 2013 - and I have the serial number. I am using a late 2012 Mac Mini running OS 10.8.5).   The common problem now is the error message "Cannot connect to Adobe servers", and today when I ran the Creative Cloud Installer, "Check internet connectivity and firewall settings". I want to purchase and download a standard version of Acrobat - I have used Standard (XI or IX - not sure) and want to purchase it for home use .  I can't find any option to do this without already having a serial number.  Can someone help?  This is also my first venture into a forum, and I'm not at all sure that I can access any answer I might receive - I hope it delivers to the email address I've registered with.

The title essentially explains it. I was just wondering if I uninstalled Lightroom CC would it effect Lightroom Classic in any way, shape or form? I just want to make sure I can keep LrC as I don't really like the cloud version.

Been using it for years, suddenly when I open creative cloud, all the apps say "Buy Now" or "Start Free Trial". No place to log in.I have a new iMac M1,  got it a few days ago, and all Adobe apps working fine (Photoshop, inDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat), but suddenly I'm locked out.I re-downloaded Creative Cloud app but still the same. I did get the Photoshop free trial so at least I can use it. 

I had Premiere Pro and Photoshop downloaded for a long time, until one day I tried opening them both and neither would open. I am on a Mac, so when I opened them, normally the dot comes up under the app to show that it was open, but it wasn't doing that either. I tried going into system preferences and settings to try to fix the issue, but I couldn't even do that. So after doing everything I could, I decided to try to just start over and delete the two apps in hopes of reinstalling them with a clean slate. I deleted them, but when I went into the Creative Cloud, they didn't show up anywhere. They weren't in video or photo, or in my files on my computer. So now I have no way of downloading these apps and they appear to not exist anywhere since the Creative Cloud is the only way to reinstall them.

hi, i paid for photoshop elements 11 and premier elements 11 and now have new laptop- how to download it to my new laptop 

I have changed my cPanel DNS settings so my domain points to Adobe Portfolio, but when I click 'Apply' it says "Oops! Looks like your domain settings have not yet been configured correctly with our IP address. Instructions here. (Check your DNS status here)". I've checked the DNS status and the numbers are correct. Do I just need to wait for 24 to 72 hours and it will sort itself out, or is there a more fundamental issue?Thanks in advance.

After creative cloud updated itself, it's stuck in "Loading Creative Cloud..."I've confirmed that hosts is good. I just got Monterey 12.0.1 on my laptop. I purchased Adobe Photoshop 2020 and installed it AFTER I got Monterey. When I go to download adobe Zii 5.3.0 it says the following below. How do I rectify this?

Hello everyone,  Could someone please help me with this ? I can't see older version even after hitting the show older apps button on preferences,  Im on High Sierra 10.13  Help please ! 

I have been using licenced Photoshop Elements 15 for over 4 years. Today, when I opened the program, the software asked for the serial number again. When I enter my serial number, it says it is invalid.I confirmed with Adobe support that my serial number is indeed valid. They recommended that I reinstall the program (which I did do; using the link they gave me), but I'm still getting the same error.

I understand that the maximum SSD drive available is 250 gb.  But too many programs default to "C" drive with no ability to put on other drives.  There have been a number of replies to this vexed question, How can I free up space to be able to update Adobe CC programmes.  Everything defaults to "C" drive, which in my case is an SSD drive with only 3.5 gb free.  I have 1 Tb free on D drive on which I have scratch disks.  Effectively I can no longer update Adobe CC programs.  I am a user, not a coder so I would be reluctant to start fiddling around with my "C" drive.  I have already cleared out everything that doesn't matter put still I need more space.  Has anyone any suggestions other than to buy a new computer with a conventional "C" drive?

Hi - I currently own Lightroom 6.14 as well as Photoshop (not the cloud plans - rather i have licenses for each and they are on my computer). I just upgraded to Mac OS Catalina and want to buy the Adobe Photography cloud plan that includes Lightroom CC and Photoshop. Do I need to uninstall the two programs I currently own first?

I want to move creative cloud with photoshop and lightroom to a hard drive on my pc other than the drive with windows os.How do I do this?
