Hi,I have a class due to take their Illustrator ACA exam via certiport.com this Friday. Here are the Illustrator requirements from certiport: Supported versions: 25.0 through 25.2.3 (version 25.3.1 and 25.4.1 are currently not compatible)Technical requirements :: Certiport (pearsonvue.com) In the Creative Cloud app the oldest version they can download is 25.4.1 which is not compatible.I've been to https://prodesigntools.com and there are no links to download version 25, that I can see.I'd like access to a direct link to version 25 so I can share it with delegates and they can install it on their computers as they are remote. Any one have a solution please? thanks Ian

I recently got an old laptop from my ex-wife, and removed all of her accounts, and setup my main Windows account on it.  But when I try and install Adobe Creative Cloud, it is asking for her PIN or username/password.  I cannot get it to use my Windows PIN or UN/PW. I am totally stuck not being able to intall anything, help!

So I am in College with a ton of work to due in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and Aftereffects. I am still running windows 7 and have the CC2018 and 2015 versions of the above mentioned software. Its finals this week and I have two jobs. I have no time to rebuild my O.S. Last week something happened an my computer started to have issues linking to the servers. That issue has been resolved. Unfortunatly in the process the tech had me run the clean up tool. So my old software version are gone. So I did a restore to a previous date and then did the fixes that allowed me to sync back to adobeCC. The apps are broken now though even though I did a restore. I have another computer also. On this one I did not run the clean up and applied the fixes and my old versions work fine. Unfortunatly that computer only has one program I need and is a piece of junk. Please help me repair my old adobe software. 

Mac desktop updated to MacOs 12 Monterey. Since then PSE 2021 does not start up. Neither in normal mode, nor in safe mode.   I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have checked location services. Before, when using Big Sur there was not a problem. What should I do?

NEED HELP. HAVE TWICE BEEN ON HOLD FOR LONG TIME (AND THEN PHONE DROPPED) WITH ADOBE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR INSETALLATION PROBLEMS. PLEASE SOMEBODY CONTACT ME TO HELP ME INSTALL. SYSTEM REPEATS THAT THERE IS NOT ENOUGH SPACE EVEN THOUGH THIS IS WITH THE CLOUD. INSANE

My free trial for Animate expired some time ago, but I never could get around to unistalling it until 2 days ago. I tried uninstalling it manually from the Uninstall settings menu on Windows (screenshot here):But, when I tried uninstalling it through this menu, Creative Cloud pops up. It takes forever to load, and I close it out after about a minute. The next day, I tried inunstalling Creative Cloud and it takes me to a loading screen in Creative Cloud, so I left it there and went to my kitchen to get a snack. But, when I get back to my computer, ITS STILL LOADING! I was like, "Thats weird. I'm gonna try again tomorrow." Tomorrow arrives, and I try it again, same result. I have a good WiFi connection, with my specs being an i5 and 8gb RAM, so idk what the problem is.

The timeline is as follows:1. I first start a 7-day trial for photograph plan and install PS and LR on my compiuter.2. I purchased 3 redemption codes each contains 4-month photograph plan license and activated them successfully.3. I canceled the 7-day trial.4. I lost all access to adobe products, and was prompted that the codes have been redempted before! I don't know where is wrong anyway.

Hi. I live in Serbia and for some reason lots of normal paying plans are impossible here, and because they are charging around 600 euro per year those retailers lot of people using the cracked illigal version of Photoshop,whic if it is available I can buy legally like everywhere in the world for Photographs, photoshop and lightrooom for 10$ per month. So the question is it possible that someone buy the product in his country like my friend  using my email, and just to download and install than legally plan for Photografers for 10$ per month or 120$ per year? Thank you!!

I am experiencing these issues documented on the adobe site for known MacOS Monterey bugs in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. The solution i found online was to disconnect my external monitor which fixed the problem. However I would like to know when i can resume using my external monitor for design work.https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/macos12-monterey-known-issues.html I already tried uninstalling the CC Desktop App and the individual apps and nothing works. Is there a site or thread i can follow to be updated when this is resolved?

Hello There,Yesterday i bought charger for my Base Model Surface Book 2 ( 8gb ram i5-7300u 128 gb) after long time of no use.I've reset and updated windows to the latest version But after ive download Creative Cloud it wont let me download anything other than Photoshop and Adobe Reader sayin all other programs are non compatible to my system.I used to have illustrator with no problems on the same laptopWhat can i do to bypass this problem?My windows version is 1809 with no updates available and CC require windows 1909 and above...Any help will be appreciatedTHANKS!

i bought a adobe special offer from my school, adobe cc for 30€ for 3 years. i received an aktivation code via email but my problem is that i dont know how i activate this product key. Please help

i can't download older versions of Photoshop? there use to be an option to download older versions but it seems to be gone? 

I have elements 2018 running perfectly. I downloaded the 2022 installer and ran it. When it had finished installing I get a 16 error. I corrected all the permissions as per the web instructions and uninstalled the program. I ran the installer again and this time got "unable to launch the program automatically. Pleas equit and run manually.  error code 199". I checked the error page and there is no such error number.Permissions are still showing full accessSLStoreProgramData\Adobe\SLStoreAdobe PCDWindows 32 bit:  Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\Windows 64 bit: Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ Adobe PCD\Where next?

How i can install that previus version, in my creative cloud does not apear, i can only install 15.0 to 22.0In my job we use 14.9 and below, subtitles are a problem with the new version.

I had to have my windows 10 resinstalled (same verison as before so nothing new in terms of OS), but now can not longer activate my cs3 suite online or over the phone as the phone numbers given no longer work.  I appreciate cs3 is old but its perfectly apt for what I need it for, and paid a fair price for it at the time (over £1600) , so do not want to pay for upgrade.  Can you let me have a new serial number or help me activate my current one again?

So I bought InDesign and simply can't install it. As in, it doesn't seem to exist. I downloaded the installer, which installed Creative Cloud (ugh), and in CC, there simply is no software called InDesign. Not in "All Apps", not in "Graphic Design" not anywhere. How am I supposed to install this thing?

Ich besitze ältere Versionen von Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 und Adobe Premiere Elements 10. Könnte ich diese beiden Programme jetzt noch installieren und nutzen? Betriebsystem Mac OS Monterey Version 12.0.1 oder Windows 10.

My creative cloud doesn't open it says "loading takes unusually long". Nothing happens, no reinstall helps, no reboot helps. What's wrong? And why do I even need that Creative Cloud when all I want to have is Photoshop on my PC?

Hi everyone, thx for help in advance… Needed to install previous version of InDesign – 2021 rather than 2022. Found this page from Help & Support, so that seemed to be OK. The problem is : in the menu I do have "learn more", do have "uninstall", but do NOT have any "other versions" option… so cannot install previous version… See below how it looks on my device (in french) :  … and how it should look (in french also) : How it should look in english :  Maybe I have some wrong parameters somewhere ?Thx again !

So, I have the new M1 max 16 inch MacBook Pro. Adobe doesn't work with the new MacBooks apparently so I guess Adobe is saving me money since I have to go to a lower cost alternative. Adobe you really should get your act together on this if you want sales. 

Ik kan lightroom 6 niet activeren omdat hij nu bij opstarten aangeeft dat mijn serienummer al op het maximaal aantal computers geinstalleerd is. Ik heb lightroom opnieuw moeten installeren omdat lR6 niet meer opstartte. Dus kon ik lightroom niet deactiveren.Hoe los ik dit op?
