Download & Install

Hi there! From my Creative Cloud Desktop, I started an »update all« process, which affected some ten or so apps. Hours later I found out, that all those updates have not been installed on the default drive (where the previous versions were located) but on a different one. Which therefore has no more free space left now ... What the ...!!! Is there some smart way to move them back to the right drive? Or do I have to uninstall and re-install them one by one? Thanks!

What a nightmare. And the worst part is, Adobe Pro failed to instal anyway. How do I get my (Legal!!!) but older copy of DW back?

Hello,When I upgraded to PS 2022, PS 2019 was deleted.I need PS 2019 for plug-ins that don't work in subsequent versions of PS. I have been using PS 2019 all of this time for these plug-ins.I am on a Mac running Monterey.Thanks so much for your help,Guy Perkins

I have done all my photographs in photoshop on my ipad, as it is so much quicker and easily portable, and i have saved them in creative coud. When i go on my laptop in creative cloud i can see the documents in the cloud section but cant download them to my libary. I have tried opening them in photoshop but they still wont go into my libary when opened. How can i download them/ move them into my libary without redoing them. I have over 70 documents to move from creative cloud to the creative libary. 

Today after inadvertently deleting all the older versions of Illustrator while updating to Illustrator 2022, I found out I can't revert it and reinstall let's say Illustrator 2019 which I erroneosly deleted. For unknown reason Adobe CC app doens't allow to reinstall this version. But how can I do it?

I have Mac CS4 Standard (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Acrobat, and Dreamweaver (second DVD)). I've read all the related topics and none of the solutions work. I'm installing CS4 (from a DVD with the (registered with Adobe) serial number on the back of the case) on a new iMac (the old iMac no longer works with internet apps and it won't let me update the system) and when I enter the serial number I get the green "X" for o.k., but then a second later it turns to a red check mark and then shows an error message: "Licensing for this product has stopped working.  Error: 6." What does that mean?!! I paid a lot of money for this software (more than the cost of the new iMac back then).  I'm not paying again for sofware I already own. Imagine buying a car and then 10 years later the car company shuts off your car and says you have to pay more money for the car you already own!!! How do I fix this? Thanks. Richardp.s. Hello, I need to have an older version of illustrator installed to run some plugins. Has the ability to install previous versions disappeared? I need 25.2 which is still from 2021 so - not that old.

No updated version available for CC InDesign in my CC Desktop ; but I know for a fact that they're up to a way more recent version. Keep having to convert partners' files back to previous version. It's been over 2 weeks with these discrepancies. When/why? P.S. And the Support from Adobe is VOID. No contact info, no chat, no nothing. Just a bunch of circular links. Very, very frustrating (but I guess my mere 1000 $ of subscription per year is peanuts for them). 

Hallo,ich habe eben meine Cloud Apps aktualisiert und mich gefragt, ob das gleiche Problem entsteht, wie ich es vor einer Weile schon mal hatte. Denn da hatte ich auch manuell die 32 bit Version von PS nachinstalliert, die ich nur für meinen Scanner brauche... ein alter Canon Scanner, der aber immer noch reibungslos funktioniert. Für den gibt es das Twain Plugin, das man immer noch runterladen kann. Aber jetzt ist halt mein PS 32 bit wieder deinstalliert worden. Jepp, den Haken für alte Versionen deinstallieren hatte ich angetickert gelassen, weil ich das ausprobieren wollte, ob es damit zusammen hängen muss. Wobei sich mir irgendwie nicht der Sinn erschließt, wenn es ein Update gibt, warum dann ein anderer Teil der Software deinstalliert wird, der ja eigentlich nicht gemeint ist. Zumindest meinem Verständnis nach... 😉However, ich finde jetzt aber keinen Download Link mehr, worüber ich die 32 bit Version von Photoshop laden kann!? Wäre super, wenn mir dabei jemand helfen k

All pages showing how to uninstall Adobe Applications Manager (here and elsewhere) assume I have Creative Cloud. I do not. So it does not appear under the Windows Programs and Features or on my uninstaller. I have CS 6. It somehow got installed after a fresh install of my OS (Win 10 pro) followed by CS6 and updating it. Obviously since CS6 is no longer supported I do not need it since there is nothing else to update. Thanks in advance.

Hi Bob.  I have updated to High Sierra and I'm trying to reinstall Illustrator from my Time Machine backup and I keep getting the message "Configuration Error: 5" I have the original software CD and it was registered with Adobe at the time I purchased it and I have a link to the CS5 Design Premium files I bought but I don't want to open them because I don't want to overwrite my entire existing CS5 Design Premium softwares, especially Photoshop. Can you offer any help please?

I have to buy a new Mac and I want to be sure to have a strong PC in order to support the Creativ Cloud 2021-2022Please list me the processor and all other technical features...Thanks

Hi,I am trying to install the Creative Suite CS6 on my Windows 10 Laptop, but when I enter the serial number I always get the same error message:"Die eingegebene Seriennummer ist ungültig. Versuchen Sie es erneut. Wenn das Problem weiterhin auftritt wenden Sie sich an den Support." I am using the same licence on another Windows 10 PC without a problem and the chat support also told me that the serial number is correct. Hello,I looked at multiple threads but it looks like I can't find the answer...I have two computers, one for video (A) and one for photography (B), sometimes I need to export on one side and do photo stuff on the other one. I understand that I can't logically use the same app on two computers at the same time.If I take the full plan with all the apps, is it possible to use Premiere Pro on the computer A and use Photoshop on the computer B at the same time ?Thanks for any answer 🙂L.

Last year each team was granted a one-year Creative Cloud Membership -- but I'm unsure how to claim this:  Is this something that all of my team members can redeem? Or are we limited in licenses?   I was unable to find installation instructions or a way to redeem the membership. had NO previous problems until the last few days, have tried adjusting file permissions, have downloaded and used the cleaner tool etc from other support topics. But I can NOT get CC to update. Premiere, Illustrator and AE do NOT download or install due to the file permission issue with adobetemp, but Audition, Photoshop install fine. PLEASE help. 

I'm currently using the Adobe CS6 collection, and I am receiving several messages about not being able to connect to the Adobe servers. I have tried all of the suggested Adobe troubleshooting suggestions and nothing works. It tells me to sign in, and when I do, I'm told either my computer is offline or it's the clock. Neither of those are true. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I keep getting this error while trying to install the adobe illustartor. Tried everything and nothing helped any ideas, solutions? 

I have windows 10. I purchased Photoshop Elements 2021/2022 a few days ago. I have installed Adobe Acrobat DC, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Spo2 Assistant. Photoshop Elements will not download and install. It says it isn't compatible with my system. It seems to think I have windows 8. It says to install the mecessary files.. What files? It also doesn't recognize that my pc is connected to the internet. I have tried everything I can think of. I may ebd up having to get a refund if I can't use the program. Please help

I bought this in 2011, many laptops ago. I now have need for this (at the time) expensive software, and do have my license key. Talking to 'technical Team' they tell me I can upgrade to a monthy plan, or go away.Is it possible to use the sw I purchased or is the reality that an outright purchase from back in the 'old days' ! is just not valid. I ran Lightroom 6 on two mac computers. I reinstalled Mac OS X from scratch on both computers without deactivating / log off in Lightroom.Now I want to install LR6 on the fresh installed computers and a message says that this serial number (license key) is already used by the maximum allowed number of computers.Since I don't have access to the old installations I cannot log off from lightroom and I cannot find any place in my adobe account where I can see / deactivate the computers where LR is installed.Any Idea is highly welcome !Thx and regardsGuenter
