If I need to buy software to make DVDs and blurays and don't have photoshop menu linking I will now be forced to learn other ways to make my discs and menus, and Resolve is very easy to use for basic video work. Looks like once I get a new disc authoring software working to my liking I could save $636 per year! Adobe, are you listening? Please don't force many legacy users to leave you.

11 september I bought on the Adobe site "Adobe Premiere Elements 2021", after installing I try to activate by serialnumbers I'v got by email from Adobe but when I try to activate I get "wrong serialnumbers".What do I wrong???

Hallo,seit neuestem hab ich das Problem, sobald ich ein Adobe Produkt öffne, kommt die Meldung, das meine Testphase abgelaufen sei und ich soll mein Produkt lizensieren. Wenn ich meinen Key eingegeben habe und mich angemeldet habe funktioniert es soweit. Fahre ich den Rechner runter und starte ihn neu und öffne erneut eine Adobe Anwendung kommt wieder das Dialogfenster, das meine Testpahse abgelaufen sei. Bitte um Hilfe.

I have followed the instructions to download Photoshop Elements 8. The product is registered. First the zip-file and then the .exe-file. Is it possible to put a billing data different from the card holder? I need to put my company name and address in "billing to" case from the invoice but I just can put the cardholder name.

I have recently got a new Mac. I have tried on multiple occassions to download photoshop/bridge/lightroom. Each time, it 'downloads' until the icon shows 100 percent, then just reverts to the download icon all over again and I have no programs!Weirdly, it did not happen with DC Acrobat.I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling creative cloud multiple times but to no avail Someone, please please tell me what the hell I am doing wrong and how I can get my programs I am running Big Sur v11.6 Thanks

My new Mac did not come with a disc drive, and I'm trying to reinstall my Adobe Photoshop Elements 8. I was able to get a dmg image link from technical support, but when I download it and click "Setup", I'm given an error: "Setup" needs to be updated.The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information. Does anyone have any way of fixing this? I don't want to have to buy a whole new photoshop for this. Thank you!

I have used both of my licenses (two products) on new computer rebuilds. Both involved simply wiping the drives and reinstalling Windows fresh. No deactivation or uninstalling.

I have access to the backup files and the registration code, but I do not remember the email used, is there a way to resolve this please? Hello Forum. Until very lately, I have been using a perfectly legal, activated CS6 Master Collection on an older Macintosh, and everything was running fine.As of today, the collection's programs suddenly asked for activation. I started the offline activation process (because online activation is knowingly not functional under Mac OS 10.14.6), but could not load the activation page. Each time, I get "Site couldn't be reached".Last time I activated that suite was just two weeks ago on a "new" old Mac Pro workhorse.I really need to activate my suite again. Can anybody give me a hint about what is wrong, here?

I am new to this, up till now i have just been working on my PC, but I would like to be able to take my laptop and work from it as well. Do I need to download the programs I use such as Illustrator onto my laptop in order to work on documents? If so can I install on more then one device?Thank you

I have unintentionally opened more than one account.  I paid for a year subscription and wish to only be in that account.  I am asked for passwords in order to do anything such as move around download etc and I can not find the correct ones - it seems like there are multiples or different ones for different products. How do I combine?Keridak.

This morning the Creative Cloud App is not connecting to the Adobe website. looks like there are two updates that are needed, but I can download and install these, due to above connection problem. Try to uninstall Cloud App but it will not uninstall because Photoshop is installed. Can't uninstall Photoshop becuse Cloud App Can not connect to Adobe, and until it does it is showing nothing orther than No Internet error. I have internet. Time is correct. GPU driver is correct. What fresh hell of an application is this nonsense Adobe are peddling.

I am a current user of the Adobe CC suite and all of the programs included with said suite work just fine. I periodically run a program called CCleaner that deletes old cookies, temp files and whatnot from my system in an effort to prevent those from getting out of control size / storage wise. Every time I run the program, I have to re-sign in again if I launch any Adobe Product. My question is:  Does Adobe CC utililze some form of Browser Cookie or set a temp file somewhere when the sign-in is authenticated ?   If so, I can tell the cleaner software to ignore specific cookies, folders or files, but I would like to be a bit more specific than simply excluding the entire Temp File directory as it tends to grow rather large rather quickly.  Identifying it ( and thus, leaving this file intact ) means I wouldn't have to keep signing in everytime the program is run.

Hi, Adobe,I really want to disable the CC notifications that aren't related to updates or other application-related news.I'm not interested in creating a free portfolio or digitizing my hand lettering. I have my own simple little business that isn't related to any advertisements pushed through the CC interface. One year of tiring advertisements proved this. Can we have for example a red dot when something is important and a cyan dot when advertising? This way the IT and the marketing teams can be both happy...

I have resisted for years signing up for the Adobe Creative Cloud subscription because I intensely dislike the subscription model for software. However, I was all ready yesterday to sign up for the Photography subscription and then happened upon this in the terms:Should you cancel after 14 days, you'll be charged 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month's billing period.In other words, even though I selected a monthly payment, I am forced to sign a contract for a year that would penalize me if I cancelled my subscription whenever I wanted to. That was the last straw for me. I never clicked on the Agree button and immediately deleted the CC software from my computer. I have been an Adobe customer since Photoshop 1.0. I will still continue to use Photoshop CS6 as long as I'm able to, but after that I will no longer be an Adobe customer. I am on macOS 11.6 and am trying to install Adobe CC. Uninstalling the Creative Cloud desktop app, and then reinstalling it results in error code 1 at 0.5% installation. Running the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool, and then reinstalling CC also gives error code 1 this time at 1% installation.Reinstalling the Creative Cloud desktop app using an administrator account doesn't make a difference.Creating another account and then installing CC on it works but I want to use it on my main account.Thanks in advance.
