 Hallo, verzweifelt versuche ich seit Tagen ein Intel-PlugIn auf meinem neuen MacBook mit M1-Chip zu installieren. Eigentlich sollte die Meldung "zum öffnen von App musst du Rosetta installieren . Jetzt installieren" erscheinen so wie ich das verstanden habe, allerdings kommt die Meldung nicht. Wie finde ich heraus ob mein Photoshop nun mit Rosetta läuft bzw. wie installiere ich Rosetta? Das Häkchen im Safari Browser "mit Rosetta öffnen" habe ich gesetzt, ebenso habe ich alle de- und neuinstalliert, allerdings funtioniert es immer noch nicht das Plug in zu installieren. Ich verzweifle. 

Creative cloud using 75% CPU, illustrator at 350%, photoshop at 100% !Not able to even design an icon or resize an image in photoshop.  My CPU fan is running at max speed right after opening any of these apps. Getting super iritated with adobe apps day by day. Tried all possbile solutions:> Uninstalled & reinstalled everything twice using cleative cloud cleaner app> Tried resetting illustrator preferences> Tried disabling font sync > Signed out & reinstalled everything from scratch> Tried opening illustrator without the creative cloud app opened.Please someone help!

I purchased Adobe CS6 Master Collection Mac in February of 2013 for $2,133 (I can furnish the sales receipt and order number) and I have been using CS6 ever since. In the years since 2013, whenever I upgraded to a better computer, or replaced a defective computer, I have always been able to install CS6 on it and activate it with the serial number provided.   Last week my Mac Pro failed (dead power supply most likely), and since there is no economical way to repair it, I replaced it with another one. I used my CS6 DVDs to install CS6 on the replacement computer, as I have done before in other such cases. But this time, when I typed in the license number, instead of the software being activated I was presented with an Adobe web page that informed me that my serial number is invalid, and that and I may be trying to register pirated software.   I would like to know what caused this error, and what can be done to correct it. I've tried talking to support but they always end the chat before the actually help me. I have the full adobe suite but I only use LR, PS & Sp. Does anybody know how to downgrade?

However, realized that I am not ready for the jump to the CC storage and would therefore prefer the 20 GB (9.99 US) option.When I try to switch my subscription from my account at Adobe.com, I do not receive the option for the 20GB plan anymore.I do as follows from my adobe account at adobe.com:Plans and Products > Manage Plan > Switch Plan.When I reach this page, I do not get the option to downgrade to 20gb. Adobe support was elping me last night, but call got cut off. Then I contacted them today and they say there is no support for CS5... I think it was almost done... it is now showing up in folder on 2nd computer but does not work. 

If I purchase the annual plan, paid monthy can I opt out at any time before 1 year?

I'm trying to purchase all apps for teams for creative cloud, when I go to the page and click buy now it redirects me to the admin console where there is no option to purchase... and when I try to leave this organization it tells me I need to give admin to someone else when there is one other person in the org with admin so I have no one to give it to, which means I'm literally just stuck in this organization which has apparently had a canceled plan... very confusing.  Who would have known adobe would make it so hard for me to spend money?

Při instalaci Creative Cloud se mi zobrazí nejprve okno. Systémová chyba: Kod nejde spustit, protože se nenašel MSVCP140.dll. A pak okno. Systémová chba: Kod nejde spustit, protože se nenašel VCRUNTIME140.dll. Už jsem to celé odinstalovala tím programem, co mi nabídla nápověda, a pak restartovala počítač, ale děje se to stále dokola. Máte někdo zkušenost prosím?

Error: 214 is displayed during the update(Version v 5.5.0.017) of Creative cloud.Therefore, Creative Cloud cannot be opened

CC used to offer a variety of previous versions of the software, so I never felt like I had to have "auto-update" on. I guess now I should do that, except the newest versions are all incompatible with my system. I can't upgrade my system right now, so I am stuck with some faulty software unless I go through a long chat with someone. I would like to make a request that Creative Cloud offers the latest version that is compatbile with a user's system, rather than their current version and a version they can't access because their system is a year old. Thanks

Hi, i had to change the computer and i need to reinstall the premium version CS4. The new pc has no cd player, is it possible to download the CS4 version somewhere? I have the serial in my Adobe profile, but I need to download the files otherwise I wouldn't know how to install the software.

Hi, Adobe people!I have been complaining for the past however long that I keep getting the message"Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem, but it missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy from "https://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp" with the options to either quit or repair.I have repaired the file about 10 times, uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times(once by uninstalling everything(I mean, EVERYTHING- Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop- EVERYTHING)). I have also ran the Creative Cloud Cleaner. But all to no avail.When I contact one of your customer care people, all they do is ask me to repeat this entire thing over and over. I have left a review to that as well in the mail, but it's clear that you people don't care.Instead of helping me solve the problem, they only care about my graphics card. Good morning, Here'a an odd question. I have Adobe CC installed on my PC for work (I work remotely). It has Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat. All the stuff I use for work as my graphic design. We'll call this Account W (work). But at night, I don't just want to be a print designer, I want to be a 3D artist and animator. So I have an personal Adobe account that I subscribed to Adobe's Substance $40 plan with. We'll call it Account C (cool). I installed this also on my PC. Is there any way I can use all of these programs on my computer without logging out and logging back in again to Adobe CC, switching between Account W and Account C, each time I switch gears? Thanks!

I'm a user of Elements 2020 and a former user of 2019. Today, I bought Elements 2021 and tried to load it on Windows.  After SLOWLY crawling up to 10%, I closed Firefox and suddenly the install stopped.  I didn't think I needed to keep Firefox open, but maybe it needed me to be logged in?  Or maybe it was a coincidence?  Anyway, I logged back into Adobe in Firefox (even though it seems unrelated) and restarted the .exe file.Now every time it gets to 2% installed, it konks out with "Connection Lost: We are unable to reach Adobe servers.  Please check your internet connectivity and firewall settings, then try again. (Error Code 113)."Clearly, from the fact that I can post this, I have internet connectivity. And there's certainly nothing that I changed about my firewall or virus protection (Kaspersky) from the time I got it to 10% (like an hour ago) til now.  I've tried rebooting and that didn't help.  I've tried downloading the exe a number of

Can I have my account on 2 desktops? 

My partner has a Windows 10 laptop and I really don't like it, I have a Windows 8 Asus laptop that I really love. I have absolutely NO interest in windows 10. Is there another way to still use photoshop on Windows 8? 

How can I download an older/previous version of photoshop onto my desktop? My MacBook air doesnt supprot the newest versions, but I still need the app in some capacity. The internet says it should be easy, but there is not an option to download older versions from what I can tell. Please let me know!

I am trying to update my adobe apps using Creative Cloud (on Macbook Pro 2019 running Big Sur 11.3.1) and I keep getting a message saying: "Save your work and close the following programs before continuing:-Adobe CRDaemon-LogTransport2" I have tried fresh installing Creative Cloud but keep getting the same error.  I have also gone into my Activity Monitor and force quit all Adobe CRDaemon apps but still get the error. 

after affects install stuck at 90% .. i tried to close creative cloud .. restart my pc [ am using mac ] and re download it again still stuck at 90% .. tried to dowload from the site same problem 

Hello,  I looking for the same issue on the forum but I don't find anything, I hope I didn't miss it...When I am launching Photoshop, it loads, loads, loads... I got the work desk in background, the news screen above and the rainbow cursor... no other way out, Photoshop is stuck. I upgraded my OS (Big Sur 11.4)Photoshop is well updated tooalready try to uninstall/reinstallalready try to find "Préférences/Adobe Photoshop <version année> Paramètres/" but no folder in my librarymy laptop specifications seems to be ok (Intel core i7 duo / 3,3 GHz / 16Go ram / Intel Iris Graphics 1536 Mo)InDesign & Illustrator work perfectly... I am really blocked and I would be so glad to have your help... Thank you very much,
