Download & Install

I've just bought the Adobe Master Collection CS5 for Mac.I've downloaded the software but when I try to start the installation, it doesn't work.Is there any incompatibility with the M1 cpu?There's any other way to install the software?Thanks for your help.

hi! i have windows 7 for OS and i`m not able to install new Adobe products, cause they ask for windows 10. is there a way to dowload older versions of desktop CC and illustrator in order to try to use them on windows 7 ?? thanks in advance 

I've been stuck trying to update creative cloud and xd.  I've tried everything recommended, repairing, uninstalling the application, and the error indicates that the folder doesn't exist (but it does). I have no idea how to update this anymore?

Hi, I'm looking for a way to install earlier versions of Adobe apps, specificly Photoshop.I would like to install the 2019 version if possible. There are many features I liked more in the previous versions that are now gone. Does anybody know how to do that? FYI, I'm working on Mac. Best RegardsLauge

Is it possible, legal and workable to install and use Adobe Creative Cloud software (PS, AI, AE and others) on Microsoft Azure VM? (provided you have access etc, etc)

After I click "Install" button, the install begins and makes it to 4% then stops and says "Retry". It provides no error code or no reason why the download has stopped. I have made sure there is more than enough storage for the download. I have closed out and retried but the issue persists. Has anyone experienced this and what did you do to fix it? I'm paying for an application I can't even use and I'm not too happy about that.

Ik probeer al een tijdje Photoshop Elements 21 te installeren op mijn desktop computer. Na klikken op "Nu installeren"krijg ik meteen de melding Foutcode 44 Installatieprogramma Kan essentieel bestand/map niet maken. Aantal keren opnieuwgeprobeerd met zelfde resultaat. Ook Firewall uitgeschakeld, maar nog steeds zelfde foutcode. Ik heb meerdere Adobe producten (Lightroom en Adobe Photoshop elekments 14). Nooit problemen gehad met installeren. Weet iemand een oplossing?

I used to work as a graphic designer and on a website. I retired 4 years ago, and only use the product on my older Mac for creating graphics and flyers for the nonprofits I volunteer for. As a retiree, there's no way I want to pay Adobe a monthly fee for products I use two or three times a year. Is anyone aware of a workaround for starting up software that I BOUGHT, and for which I own a license? I appreciate any advice you can give me. Thanks --Julie 

My old laptop's drive became completely corrupt about a fortnight ago. Nothing I did could revive it. I obviously couldn't remove my copy of Adobe Creative Design Premier 5 from the old laptop.I bought a new laptop to replace the old one, but it doesn't have a DVD drive, so I downloaded a copy of my  Creative Design Premier from my account on Adobe's web site.The problem is that on installing the software from the USB flash drive it fails with a message to insert Disc 1.Is there a workaround for this? 

I created a new account, logged in, and paid, but Photoshop didn't run, so I'm going to delete all of them and reinstall them. How do I completely delete everything? Please help me.

Hello I tried installing from creative cloud. It failed. I retried, it failed again the same way. I restarted and retried again and it failed the same way.  here is the error log: Exit Code: 7 Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. Dear community,after a recent CC desktop app update the processes that adobe runs in the background appeared as apps on my mac (pic related). Why is this happening, and how can I delete them? Best,Nik 

Adobe tech has crashed both my computers last time the rep logged in took control, did a lot of changes in Windows system, and did updates after a reboot, windows would not reboot paid 500, euros to get both computers back - basically reinstalled everything, all my music production software, microsoft and adobe but the issue still remains Desktop updates fine, when I open CC it sees updatesLaptop says update, looking at the latest version it is two versions behind now.  At the last call before my vacation (which I am still on for another week) .. they said wait until 1 Aug when updates roll out it should work.  All the tech issues you see Adobe, like deleting files, uninstalling creative cloud etc,  the only way to get updates is manually uninstall the app then reinstall then it is the right version, I have done this 30 times on the Laptop but it is annoying and wastes time plus I lose settings doing it this way, all my brushes, preferences etc are all gon

We recently purchased Adobe PDF student version and as it seems it is not downloading onto my computer.I do beilieve that its not downloading due to the fact that my computer is bot a 32 bit computer its a 64 bit. Is there any one that may be able to guide me in the right direction of being able to install all the programs I've recently paid for. Thank you in advance.

I tried to update my CS6 to 13 as per advise from Adobe help desk. Unfortunately I got stuck right at the end,  as the installer encountered a problem. Installer failed to initialize. Please download Adobe Support Advisor.If only it would be easy. I can't find the download and the link sent to me by the help desk tells me that I want to install non genuine software.I am getting really frustrated now, after spending hours to get Photoshop working again.Any help is appreciated.

My old computer died and need to get photoshop elements 14 on my laptop. I continue to get an error messages when installing and after add my serial number. Not sure what else to do. I'm using windows 10 currently.Appreciate any help.Thanks

Hi all,  I was at a corporate meeting attempting to present a gallery of photos I had taken, when suddenly Lightroom requested I sign in. I pressed sign in, and it said "loading", showed a new pop up with 4 squares circling, and then it said "Your software is incompatable with Adobe products, please update" and force closed Lightroom. I tried in other programs, with the same issue. I know for a fact that I am updated. I tried restarting with no change. Every Adobe app now does it and I cannot get anything to work. I am fully logged in on the creative cloud program though which doesnt make any sense. For reference, I am running the most up to date version of Windows 10 as well as all browsers and CC apps. Never had this issue until yesterday. I have a limited amount of time to submit these photos and this is now completely blocking me from doing so. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance, Dylan   

I'm currently unable to get Creative Cloud Installer to get past logging in with this error:JavaScript is disabled. Please enable JavaScript and try to sign in again. I believe I have the latest Java installed and running well on my fully updated Windows 10 on all my browsers. So I'm a bit stuck. This is possibly connected to my original problem whereby Premiere, After Effects and Lightroom were unable to connect to Adobe for verifiying my account, so basically locking me out. Photoshop and other apps still worked fine. So I'm attempting to do a fresh install of everything, but am now stuck at the very first step!     

Impossible de télécharger une ancienne version CC sur mon macOS Sierra. La méthode indiquée dans le lien suivant n'est pas à jour car dans l'onglet"..." , seulement "En savoir plus" est proposé. C'est une boucle sans fin. Quelqu'un aurez une solution ou bien c'est une malice de la part d'Adobe ? Merci d'avance?
