I have a computer that cannot be connected to the internet.Adobe advises in its support pages under Offline Activation a number of steps to activate the software.Step 1 is1. Follow the installation or product launch screens until you see a link that says "I cannot connect to the internet" or "Having trouble connecting to the internet". Click the link and follow the instructions on the subsequent screen to initiate offline activation. Instructions there will tell you how to generate a Request Code.However, version 13_LS16 of Photoshop which I just downloaded does NOT offer such a link during either installation or launching - just a continuous loop of "Retry" a connection.Two calls to the Support Center met with incorrect information. Neither person knew that CS6 can be activated offline. In the past I have used tjhe Call Center successfully to exchane REQUEST Codes and RESPONSE CODES to install earlier versions of Photoshop. Clearly, the Call Center staff need training.How do I get to

Hi, I have a similar problem with deactivating Adobe CS4 which has already been described. Following the next steps to solve the problem, I wanted to reset the activation counter on the Adobe LWS website. The problem is that on the Adobe Licensing Website I get the message: "Adobe does not recognize you as an authorized user of this web site. Please contact Adobe for assistance.". I am logged in to the account where I have registered my Adobe package. So I wrote a support request in the chat in which I was redirected here. Please help. 

I have a friend who is having the same issue with trying to install on Mac. It stops and says not enough space but he has 250GB  can't figure out why it's not installing.   [Branched by moderator to new topic.]  

Hello I have bought LR 5.0 some time ago.  I also upgraded it to 5.5 during the one year service period.  Now I need to re-install is due to LR failure to register again after a crash.  Do somebody knows were can I download a legal patch ? I am having problems to log in with the second computer.The error which appears is related to a failure with the Internet connection, but the network seems to be working fine.Any suggestions to what could be happening? 

Hi, After updating the Creative Suite I have now Photoshop 2020 and 2021 as well as Bridge 2020 and 2021.Do I have to keep both or should I delete the older ones? Both work perfectly OK.I just update, can I avoid these 'new' installations? Many thanks,Dorine

Good Day, I have two separate subscriptions with adobe. One subscription is "Creative Cloud Photography Plan" and the "Creative Cloud Single-App membership for Adobe premiere Pro".I signed up for adobe premiere in 2015 through my paypal account while it appears the creative cloud photography plan was signed up for in 2016 ( I did not sign up for this plan to begin with ).Initially I thought the amount that was being withdrawn from my account every month was for the adobe premiere pro service, so I went in to cancel my account and found that in order to cancel the account I would have to pay an ADDITIONAL amount. After further investigation, I realized that not only have I been double charged for the creative cloud services for the past few months, I had been double charged SINCE 2016. I could not believe it. I live in an area without high speed Internet. I have been using cs5 for years and would like to upgrade. I was recently told that if  I downloaded photoshop it could be used without internet. So I purchased CC. I just cancelled it because it would not work without internet. Why is this not doable?

Hello, I had a copy of creative suite that I'd bought from Amazon.  I got a popup yesterday telling me it wasn't genuine, so I filled out the reccomended forms and paid for an "everything" subscription.   All seemed to be back to normal for a few hours.   I went to lunch and Creative Cloud Desktop updated all the apps while I was gone (yes, I initiated the update).   Now none of the Adobe products that I paid for (twice now) will not run.  I click "Open" for photoshop in the Creative Cloud Desktop and the photoshop launcher window shows up for about 2 seconds then it just goes away with no error or anything.   What is the deal with this software?  Was the illegetimate warning just BS as well and I paid a second time for no reason?

Adobe CC apps and processes congest resources for at least 25 minutes. After our systems fall back to 0% disc utilization, the use of Adobe Photoshop CC triggers the issue again. Adobe Photoshop CC eventually haults all functionality of our systems.How we found the issue: While several of our systems were starting up, we took a close look at the task manager. We discovered over 10 Adobe processes flooding up our system resources. As a result of seeing so many processes, we systematically showdown each task. Upon watching the systems hit 0% utilization, we decided to test a theory by uninstalling Adobe CC. Attemp[ting to install PSE 2021 on windows 11.  Installer hangs at installing 0%. Installer is being run as admin. The only way to clear the installer window is to alt tab and kill the process.

I'm receiving this error message when trying to install the latest version of TCS downloaded from Adobe's website: "Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system." Windows 10 and all browsers have been updated. I followed the instructions for editing the registry (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/global/update-operating-system-and-browser.html#fix-error) and rebooted, but nothing happened.

I have been using the PSE11 software for a few years now.  I had to do a factory reboot of my laptop and I cannot get the PSE 11 CD software to work and a friend who is an IT person couldn't get it to work, either.  Can I get online to get it downloaded to my computer using my Key Code? I have CC set to sync to a folder other than the default destination. The path is MBP/volume/users/me/applications. Here is where my creative cloud files folder is, and some of the applications.  I have double checked CC preferences, and my sync folder is setup to MBP/volume/users/me/applications. However, all of the apps with purple icons (video and audio editing) no longer like this folder. There are older versions of them in this location, but the updates are going to the following path MBP/HD/Applications. When I open the CC app these same applications are under "Availabe in your plan". Which leads me to beleve that CC isn't even recognizing them as having been downloaded. So I deleted Premiere Pro and Media Encoder to see if I might reinstall them. They continue to download to MBP/HD/Applications. If my sync folder is MBP/volume/users/me/applications, why are some apps downloading to MBP/HD/Applications?  

I have downloaded today but after setting it as my default PDF viewer. When i select a PDF, select edit, then try to change text, it just loses the PDf and reverts to a previous screen i was working on.Why might this be?

I've changed the install location to install photoshop from my local disk (C) to my external hard drive (D) there is 879 GB free on the hard drive. Yet i still get the error code 120. Can anyone help?

Olá, estou com problemas pra instalar o adobe cloud no MAC OS HIGH SIERRA. Tenho uma imac late 2011, que só atualiza até o high sierra. Como precisei formatar, estou com problemas pra reeinstalar os programas do adobe cloud, como o XD, que já estavam com problemas antes, pois não atualizavam. Como faço?
