Пытаюсь установить Lightroom Classic и вылезает эта ошибка. Creative Cloud последней версии, Windows 10 Pro. Как исправить эту ошибку?

Hi, I've been trying to open Creative Cloud on my MacBook for the last month and it comes up with "unable to reach Adobe servers" and ""not connected to the Internet". I've tried a few things that I've read online like checking if I'm able to reach the Adobe servers through a link which then presents the 2 logos. That all works fine. I also don't have any Internet connection issues. I'm currently running OS High Sierra 10.13.1This problem is really starting to frustrate me as the only way I can find of downloading any software is through the Creative Cloud desktop app.I know this issue has been picked up in some other threads but the answers there didn't help.

To Adobe support staffI bought Lightroom 6.14 as an downloaded upgrade to Lightroom 4. My hard drive crashed and I need to install the upgrade again but Adobe says it is not available. How can I get it back? I have processed thousands of photos with Lightroom 6.14 but did not export them. How can I recover this work without spending more money? 

Just got my new M1 iMac24 running 11.4. Pulled it out of the box, migrated my data from timemachine, then tried to install Creative Cloud. It will not install. Have spent hours with both Adobe and Apple and neither have yet to figure out how to fix it. Both have used remote support to work on the computer and have not figured it out. Both have been very good to work with. I just need it fixed so I can go back to work. Evidently there is a specific security issue with OS11.4 and Adobe. Fortunatley I can continue to run my old iMac for now. 

Adobe Document Cloud plugin for SharePoint works well when used for Azure AD users (internal). Option "Open in Adobe Document Cloud" doesn't show up in browser when tried the same option for Azure AD guest accounts (B2b). See attached the screenshot. Plugin is registered and shown under Microsoft My Apps. https://myapplications.microsoft.com/ 

The CS2 I've worked on forever is no longer availabe on the adobe download link: adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs2-product-downloads.html?promoid=19SCDRQK   I understand it is no longer "supported"  the cool part is that is doesn't need support to work :))   I have my serial numbers and the representative at adobe said I could post here and someone would email me the download link so I replace CS2 on the computer we had it on originally.   Can someone help me with the link for download of CS2 . I have the serial #   Help?? shannon

HI all, I have searched and sorry for not being a pro at this...I have worked successfully from my CS2 for years (and years) . . . . not wanting to upgrade, because I am a dinosaur.  We have done the adobe download online with support when we have to change computers or do maintenance all the way up to 18 months ago (still using my CS2).  I have others (as others on my team want to work on the newer versions ex CS4). But know the links no longer work and Adobe will not help me get this sorted out and recommended I reach out to the "community". Can someone help me with the link for download of CS4 . I have the serial # Help??shannon

Will Adobe ever release a version of creative cloud for Linux users? The market share of Linux distros for desktop OS's is growing and we all know that editing video is almost impossible with a tablet. (If you can edit a complex project on a tablet more power to you). Windows even has said they want to move to a subscription service for their desktop OS. I use windows 10 only for my creative cloud suite and smartsounds sonicfire pro software. I do not think anyone is happy with all the spying that windows 10 does and the means you have to go through to TURN OFF ALL the services. Then again are they really off? The time is right for Adobe to start developing a linux based CC suite program, even if they could get it to work with WINE that would be a first step. The CC suite is already in Unix for mac so moving the code into a Unix-like system should not be to difficult.

Yesterday, my PC wouldn't connect to the Creative Cloud. It kept telling me to check Firewall settings & the time/date on the computer. All was ok, but it still wouldn't work, so I turned the Firewall off. Still wouldn't connect. Eventually got advised to uninstall & reinstall. Uninstalled, & still wouldn't connect. Now telling me it was error 206. Had an IT Engineer work remotely on the computer & he couldn't find the problem. So I turned the Security programme off. Still won't install. Ive tried multiple ways, lost a days work, all my files & work have gone, can't open any of the apps now. & there isn't an easy way to contact any support there. Brilliant.

I tried to install lightroom 6 from my account page at Adobe.  It dowmloads the program but when I try to run it I get the error "installer failed to initalize.  Download Adobe Support Manager".  There is no such program any longer.  How can I get this program to install again?

I know there have been other post similar to this but they are either really old or not specific to my issue. I am running the latest Creative Cloud Suite of programs. If I look at the C:\Program Files\Adobe there are 33 GB of files in there. In C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe there is another 22 GB. So All total I am looking at CC taking up over 50 GB of space. Please tell me this is not normal and there is something taht can be done to reclaim disk space. Thanks in Advance

Hello, I have issue with closing the application with error message. I transfered my application from lion 10.7.5 os to High Sierra 10.13.6 os using migration assistant. When I quit the Indesign, illustrator and photoshop the program quit unexpectedly, as following details. what should i do to resolve this issue? Should I just ignore the issue?

I've been using Elements 11 for years, suddenly, it wont run on Big Sur. However, Adobe is running Apps in 64 bit, why cant I open Elements 11 on my iMac? Nice support? There is no support, it seems as if, the ony way to get support is to download there cloud app. I have no need for that, I just want to use the App I bought and paid for, its in my account, there is no-one to assist with this.Awful, no support whatsoever

Consigo fazer o download do Ligthroom mas não abre e não consigo instalar.

I updated Creative Cloud about 1 week ago and since then I have had 3 popups saying that Creative Cloud is not updated nor installed and I need to have it repaired, and the newest version installed. After doing this it tells me Creative Cloud is updated.Why is it doing this? Also without going through this procedure I am having function issues with my PDF's.Once completed things seem to be okay and then the popup comes back and I have to go through the same procedure. This is very frustrating and I am not trusting that the information I am working on is being protected properly. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, i need help before i go mad.  My last two installations of elements were on hard drives which have now be written off. I had another installation on a very old computer which I have now uninstalled.  BUT I can not  use it on my new (borrowed) machine. It says I have too many other applications open. I cannot close them as the hard disks blew up twice (getting some of my money back as obviously faulty ).It is impossible to talk to anyone real at Adobe and I am not tec savvy. (old person).

I am curious if I will lose all my old software with this update.
