Download & Install

I have tried all links, messaging, phone numbers and all support options point back to submitting a ticket. I have submited multiple tickets over the last week and NOBODY is getting back to me. Even calling the main phone support.... people ask that I submit a ticket??? I have lost $1000's in lost jobs due to clients not being able to see my website. I can't even login into the myportfolio.com page. It just shows error messages and "my account is not available" ???? Can anyone who reads this please help?

I keep getting a message telling me I have 10 updates available but when I open the Adobe to update it tells me Not Compatable.  1st - Why am I not compataable.2nd - If I am not compatable, why does it tell me that updates are available. Thanks!

I use my CS6 only a handful of times a year for personal use, so am not interested in upgrading to CC. Is there a way to be able to use my CS6 Win software to my new Mac? Is there an upgraded version I can purchase? Or maybe extra license fee without upgrading to CC? 

Hi, I have a Creative Cloud All Apps plan however I'm not able to download/install all the apps ie. Dimensions. Currently running the latest version of macOS Big Sur 11.4 and all my apps are up to date.  See screenshots of intalled and available to install apps attached. Anyone has insight in this issue?

Really struggling to get this installed on my laptop.  Keep getting the following issue:  "We've encountered the following issues: This application cannot be run from a network drive. Please copy it to a local folder and re-launch it.  (Error Code: 71)". Can anyone help please?

The thing is I tend to play some games on my PC, normal free time stuff, but since I installed the CC applications I needed for university, this idle task called 'Adobe CEF Helper' keeps my CPU up to the 30% of its capacity (collectively) and the performance of those have gone way worse since then, but if I could end that task, not only my games but most of my other processes would run a lot smoothier. I think I have an understanding of what the task does but no one is too clear on that so I'm going to straight up ask this:Can I end the Adobe CEF Helper task so I give space for other processes?Thanks in advance.(Edit: grammar)

Hi I need to reinstall my Lightroom (I purchased version 4), but after I log in on my profile, I find the software I have purchased, but it says that the installer is no longer available. How can I get the installer for the software that I purchased? -Tomas

The chat system is closed at 7 am Sunday, although it says they are open 4:30 am Sunday - 5:30 pm Friday.HELP!!I selected Illustrator, then went to "Pay now".... The amount is  zero because our institute has an institute-wide license so individuals do not have to pay.In this interaction with Adobe I had never, so far, been asked to enter Visa card information. I am moving/have moved my old CS 5.5 from my old PC to a new one.  I had no problem installing and  updating the software, but when it came to deactivating the license on the old computer and activating it on the new computer, nothing worked.  Not terribly surprising, this process is no longer automated for something so old, sooo after much poking around on the web I found a link to customer service on-line chat. The conversation started out quite well with "Ravi".   He understood the problem, and said that he had sucessfully deactivated the software on the old computer, but we couldn't get me successfully connected on the new computer.  Attempts to log-in and activate failed with an error message about not being able to start my Adobe CS Live subscription. Hi I right click on the Media Encoder app and "SHOW PACKAGE CONTENTS" does not appear. Is there anything else I can do? Lisa

When I try to instal Photoshop and Illustrator this error comes up - Error code 176: Unable to install on a network drive.I tried changing the intall location a few times but it didn't solve the problem. I don't get the error when intalling Acrobat DC.

Hallo Community,ich habe das Abo für alle Adobe Apps aboniert jedoch steht nach dem Downlaoad der Desktop Apps, dass dies nur Testversionen sind obwohl ich dafür ja eine Lizenz habe. In der CC App steht nur die Option "Jetzt kaufen".Hatte früher das Foto Abo, dort lief alles Prima.Habe schon probiert alle Apps zu deinstallieren und wieder installieren- ohne Erfolg.Auch habe ich mich schon mehrmals ab- und wieder angemeldet bei der CC-App.Bitte um dringende Hilfe da ich ansonsten nicht auf meine Arbeit fortsetzen kann!Danke!!!

hi 2 days ago I paid for a student plan and they already charged my bank account but I can not use my adobe programme and it says they are on free trial period and it will stop in 6 days . what should I do ?

Today In-Design CS6 would not start - MSVCR100.dll was not found. On restating computer the CS6ServiceManager could not start-System Error with same file not being found.

We have two licenses for Adobe CS5 which were installed into two of our older systems. We want to permanently deactivate those licenses to install and re-activate them on two new systems.However, when we try to deactivate, Adobe wont connect to its website to finish the process. After looking at all possible solutions, the plausible reason is that our network administrator’s proxy setting are blocking Adobe. We need assistance in unblocking that and deactivating the licenses.
