Change plan for student one. Hey everybody, I have already a Photography Pack; with Photoshop and Lightroom. I got in school to learn graphism. And I'd like to get the All Apps with the student discount. When I try to change my plan, they suggest me the All Apps for 34$ Do you have any ideas how can I change to get it for 19,90$, without cancelling my current Plan, for which I will have to pay the termination fee ? My computer was stolen got a new one and I have my lightroom 5 code and now the download is now where I contacted Adobe rude as hell and no help anyone have the download?

Hi, I have a question about the student eligibility purchase plan for all Adobe products for my PC. First off, I am relieved to know that the pricing plan isn't as bad or frightening as I initially thought (19.99/month); however, that leads me to my next question about the eligibility.  I am currently a first-semester graduate student, and I guess for some of my classes, I'm required to use Adobe. Which unfortunately I do not have free access to on my own PC, unless I go down to my school and borrow the computer labs (which are a major hassle to me because I barely get any work done under the limited hours of the school labs). But anyway, if I'm considering purchasing the student plan, I would like to know if I would still be able to access it even after I graduate in about a year or so? Basically, what I'm asking is, would I still have access to Adobe for, let's say, work-related purposes, if not necessarily for school-related purposes? I just instal creative cloud and try to instal Lightroom Classic CC.However, it shows "trail ends" and I need to purchase it.I am confused about this situation.Anyone have a similar experience or any solutions?Thank you very much.

Almost daily I have to reinstall Creative Cloud App after Lightroom freezes and dies.    I don't understand what is going on.    I have Windows 10 a brand new Acer computer bought from B&H supposed to work great with CC.    Yet there's a constant problem.

I've changed my password three times thinking perhaps I keep forgetting it, even though it's only been a minute since I created it. I've given up on that idea. But every time I enter it, the dialog box pauses, shakes, and then still asks me for username and password. Any ideas why this is happening?

Salve, gli ultimi aggiornamenti di CS vengono caricati con lunghezze estreme, dopo 8 ore di aggiornamento di Creative Suite era ancora al 50%. Cosa succede? E' un problema mio o è un problema condiviso anche da altri utenti? La mia wifi funziona con 5G e nessun altro package ha questo problema. Uso Mac 10.14.6.

Seems others been concerned over complications with directing installation of apps on other directory. Has there been any improvement since 2017 or still same problem?

Hi, I'm trying to update creative cloud and my other adobe apps. It always stops at 14% and i've tried numerous solutions found online, even adobe support couldnt help me and i had to install everything using direct links provided by adobe employee through live chat. It's getting really annoying. I can't install or update anything through adobe cc. I want to buy AI also, but i just cant be bothered going through hours of just getting one app to work.  Can someone pleeeeease help?

I am trying to install Illustrator CC on my Wacom Mobile Studio 16 with Windows 10.When I run Illustrator_setup.exe a new window opens and the little spinny dots just spin forever.I did not have this problem on my windows 10 desktop.The only thing I have noticed is the window that opens shows the Microsoft store icon for a moment.  I do not remember this happening on my desktop. Anyone else have a similar problem?  

I have published magazines online through InDesign, and permit access through a paid portal on my website. One of my customers has said he can't access the magazines when using a VPN. Is this normal or is there a fix? Or should I not trust someone trying to use a VPN when accessing paid content?

I just created an Adobe Account and installed Creative Cloud - which was not on my computer at all prior to this. But it's saying my free trial has expired. How can a trial for a program I've literally never used be expired?

Using Windows10, I have been a subscriber to the Adobe Photography Plan for several years.   Lately I've been getting a pop-up that reads "Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem.  However, it is missing or damaged.  Please download and install a new copy of the Creative Cloud fom http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp.   Going there, that, it reverts to adobe.com/creativecloud.html.  There is no indication of how to download a new copy of Creative Cloud....just a list of apps I can buy.  I have clicked "Repair", but the pop-up continues to come back. I'm not having problems with Lightroom or Bridge, but Photoshop occassionally freezes-up.  When it does, the only way to close PS is to go to Task Manager and close the progam.   How do I download a new copy of  Creative Cloud?  

Im trying to install my Adobe CS6 Master Collection on to a new Mac (macOS Catalina version 10.15.7) I keep getting this error message when trying to install “Install” needs to be updated.The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information. I cant find how to contact the developer? Has anyone else had this issue/fixed it? I tried to use my serial number to redeem the produts through my Adobe account and it told me the serial was invalid?? 

Hi - Peter from Brussels calling.I have the following situation. Have a official copy (still have the serial number label) of Design Premium CS5. This was on one of my old (2012) Macs running when I needed it (not much) ... InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.Now this Mac is dead. I found another older Mac on which I could re-install it. I cannot use my BU, since the OS of that Dead Mac is different from the OS of the replacement Mac.But I need desperately to be abble to open the files made with this CS5 version (documents saved in the cloud)I logged-in to my adobe account to download the original Adobe license (a +3Gb file).The download went well .. But in the next fase (installing) ... It gets stuck with a message : "Install can't be opened. You should move it to trash" .. Can Anyone Help me with a sollution?Thanks ! 

Trying to Activate 7.0 without a connection to the Internet, Got to the point of getting a Response code but need a Request Code!  How or where do I get a REQUEST CODE??
