BonjourJ'ai mac os big sur et safari et je n'arrive pas à installer creative cloud et ligfhtoom ... ca tourne en boucle, plusieurs page safari s'ouvrent en disant que je suis autentifié mais ensuite ca ma dit que je ne peux pas installer car soit je n'ai pas de connexion internet (alors que je suis bien connecté) oui que les serveus ne sont pas disponibles.Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider ... en français si possible

What means Errorcode 131 during Update Photoshop Elements 2021 ?

I had creative cloud/Adobe Bridge installed last week and it worked fine for a while. This week, I started to have some issues with software. Some of my programs have disappeared.  Haven't figured out how many more have.  But the funny thing is that I download Bridge again and start the install and it starts to install Cloud, it finishes, it disappears, then the Bridge_Set-up.exe disappears.  I'll do a search through my computer and it won't be anywhere. Not even in the trash.  It's acting the same way Flash would act.  You download Adobe Flash and install it and the executable file disappears.  I've downloaded Bridge about 10 times now and tried to install it and it happens the same way over and over again.  I downloaded Cloud by itself first and it acted the same way.  Can't figure out why this is happening. Not that I like Bridge anyway but I barely got a chance to try it out before it disappeared.Any ideas?

I would like to cancel my plan but there is no cancel plan button and ask me to contact adobe for the cancellation but I have clicked so many times of"contact us" and it just keep showing me the tutorial page.Please,I need help!I would like to cancel the plan immediately.I have send a message to Contact Customer Care but i did not get any reply.

HI all. I currently have the photography bundle (LR & PS) and InDesign and now I may want to switch to the all apps plan. I've already prepaid a yearly subscription to my current programs and was wondering if the pre-paid amount would somehow apply to my new all apps subscription? Otherwise, I'd be sort of paying for the same programs again.

I have not upgraded to Catalina because I still have a number of 32 bit apps. Most of them are adobe products. What is the best way to uninstall these files. FYI I have the 2019 versions of various adobe products. I uninstalled the old version(v14.0) photoshop using a third party tool(god I should not have used that...). But it still remains installed, as the Creative Clouds Desktop says. I tried uninstall it in cc desktop but it didn't work. (Is there something stuck in REGISTRY??) shows error 136Here is the loggingExit Code: 1 Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. I have PS Elements 11 disc with serial number, and just got a new laptop (2021 Dell XPS Intel Core i7, 2.60GHz, 64-bit) with Windows 10 Home.  When I installed my Elements 11, the app windows and text are miniaturized, and cannot be enlarged by changing display settings for text or app size.  The app window can be enlarged to full screen, but the text, tab labels, etc, are so small, I cannot see them.Everything was normal sized in my old laptop.  How can this be fixed?

Hello!Due to unforseen spontanious combustion of my work laptop, I'm stuck working on a much older machine that can unfortunately only run up to Windows 10 vers.1511; this being incompatible with the latest version of Photoshop, and other such applications I need. Due to the age of the laptop, Adobes advice of update your windows version obviously cant apply, so I was looking to install the 2020 versions instead, however the official guide on instaling older versions of apps seems to display options I dont have? I have toggled the display older apps option, as seen below But when checking for this example Photoshop, I still only get this? I'm currently paying for my subscription, so any help would be much appreciated!

Whats up guys, almost every day i load presets for Premiere, Photoshop, After effects and other things so i need to know if i will buy new pc and download there adobe programs from my adobe account will presets and works be saved?

I use a mobile broadband connection that I have cancelled. I do not have enough data left to download anything from adobe any longer.I need to uninstall all of this creative suite wo downloading anything at all.I need to know how to uninstall wo creative cloud app. I have ZERO opportunity to use the internet and I have to install some programs for another use and creative suits has taken all my disk space.  

Quick recap: Windows 10 March update hosed my PC and I had to do a complete reinstall of Windows 10. Luckily, all my personal & work docs, & most applications were installed on my SSD drive, so I didn't lose much. I have reinstalled CC but it doesn't recognize the existing installs of  CC apps, even though I changed the install path to the same directory. I am reinstalling the apps I need (no big problem) but I can't use CC to uninstall the 2020 versions of my CC apps. Any suggestions? Would like to free up that space on the 2nd drive.

Hi, have been unable to install the illustrator app. Error message "Installation failed.Unable to move the file. Rename the file and try again". 'Learn more' link redirects to an ADS folder (with customHook,resource subfolders and ADS.pimx and Adobe Desktop Service.exe.Any help appreciated!Thanks

I bought Adobe Creative Suite 4 many years ago and am still happy with it, despite being an old version. I recently had to wipe my computer and am now trying to reinstall it but I keep getting a message saying that my serial number is not valid - I have typed it in several tims now and am sure I am using the right number - surely I should be able to reinstall a product that I have already bought!?Any help much appreciated

Back to part of Hamlin's original question, and mine as well. How will the "activation servers" know that I have opened two of the same apps, or two of the apps from the suite, at the same time, if one or more computers are not connected to the internet?

I am unable to download any trial or anything at all and it is giving me error 113. I have tried the fixes given in other forums like disabling the firewall entirely, switching to new wifi, disabling anti virus and even resetting the whole pc on a fresh install! I am still getting the same error. This never happened before and I really need help. I tried using an online installation and while extracting the zip from online it gave me error 0x8000405: Unspecified error. Any help would be appreciated.

Can anybody tell me where I find the Adobe Italian VAT number?? I don't know where to look for it.. Thanks a lot! 

I have been getting Error Code 113 while trying to install a trial of Premiere Elements for the last day, and none of the suggested fixes have changed anything. I have a very strong internet connection, I have tried turning off and on antivirus and firewalls, I have reset my hosts file, restarted my computer, burned sage, and cursed the computer. I'm pretty sure Adobe doesn't want my money, but I thought I'd ask this forum. Help?

Does Adobe still sell licenses  for coldfision 2018, 2016 and CF11? if so where can i find the install files for these, the DL link is mising from adobes site. you can get the add on service and API but not the main server... 

Hello everyone,From the looks of the FACEBOOK site coments, I'm not the only one this is happening to. I made the mistake of signing up for a TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION of the new Adobe yesterday, was trying to edit a pdf file that I had.So far these buffoons have sent me verification codes about 35 times...only problem is...NO CODE! I've checked my spam files etc...all the normal stuff.  No f'%^&ing code. Not only that, but now, whenever I open an old pdf file, I get the same message "Verification code".I'm called their "customer service" (surely a euphemism!) three times...after waiting on hold, they sent me to another department to fix the problem. Only problem is - the number was busy.How do i get this crap off my system?Thanks in advance.

I purchased Elements 10 a few years ago and would like to upgrade to Elements 11. I have downloaded and installed 11 but it will not accept my serial number from Elements 10. Do I need a new serial# for Elements 11 and if so do I need to purchase Elements 11?
