Download & Install

Hi,My Creative Cloud Desktop showes me an available Update to PS v21.2.5, but i priviously upgraded to v22.2.1) Is it a bug or is this update v21.2.5 still neccessary? PS is working fine as i can see.2) How can i disable showing this update? Installing it, could cause errors i guess. Thx cheers Hannes

I use reader pro maybe once a month. I've disabled all adobe related items from Task manager > start up. Yet 99% of the tiem when I don't even want to use adobe I get this when I start my PC up: It's reasons like this why pc's slow over time. How can I disable these until I actually want to use adobe?OS: Windows 10 Thanks

Hi there,on my desktop, i installed Acrobat X Pro years ago with a bought license. Today i got the abo with LR and PS and creative cloud app offers me an update of Acrobat Pro to DC. DC is not part of the photography plan as i know.I'm wondering what happens to my license if i update Acrobat X Pro to DC? Is it then just the trial or my still my lifetime license as DC? Thx Hannes

I was given Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 & Premiere Elements for my birthay. It flatly refuses to work from thr DVD stating the Serial number is wrong! This is despite the fact I have, in desperation, tried both the numbers on sleeve. Ive been in to 'Help' but as far as I can see Ive done nothing wrong. I'd deleted my earlier version and all windows are closed - I really can't see what else I can do. After hours trying I'm most disillusioned with the whole proram but more to the point feel my family have wasted £100 + of their hard earned cash. I think maybe the thing would be to return it and ask for a refund though I can't see that happening. What Id really like to do is just use it to pep up my photographs for my Photography for Fun Group so I'd be grateful for any advice. Many Thanks

I know that I am an old user, but I would like to re-install my good, old Photoshop Elements 12 into my new computer. I have the serial number, of course. But I wonder if there is any possibility to find a download link for that?

Yesterday I singed up to Creative Cloud and downloaded Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5; they both installed correctly and work great.When I bring up the Creative Cloud desktop app under 'Home' it states that I downloaded Lightroom 5, only that!Under 'Apps' it doesn't show either Lightroom 5 of Photoshop CC but further down the page it gives me the option to install them both.Why is Creative Cloud not showing Lightroom 5 and Photoshop CC?Thanks

I had to uninstall the CC App to get my Premiere Pro to work again a few weeks ago. Since then I CANNOT get PS to get past 8% download before it fails. Premiere, Lightroom, Media Encoder, all seem to download and work fine. I get no error messages to accompany the failure and I have clients waiting I am on Windows 10 64bit. Any suggestions?  Ian

HI, Ive just subscribed to creative cloud. Lightroom download and installed without a problem. But Photoshop gets to abou 8% then says 'installation failed' can anyone help? Thanks 

My CC Photoshop failed to update. I got a message from BitDefender that says "The file C:\adobeTemp\ETR7343.tmp\1\Application\MPS.dll is infected with Gen:Variant.Ulise.162272. The threat has been successfully blocked, your device is safe." Is this why the install failed?

Hi, I really help someone can help as I've had very conflicting unhelpful advice directly from Adobe support. I upgraded my MacBook to Catalina 10.15.7 and now all my Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 has a 'no entry' sign in white. I've tried downlaods that don't work and because I nolonger have a CD drive I can't reinstall the discs. Can anyone advise, would really appreciate the guidance please, Catherine.

Update bleibt bei 85% hängen, FEHLERMELDUNG 11; Mehrere Neuinstallationen,gleiche Meldung-Bitte Installieren sie die Software neu Fehler 11, Bin am Durchdrehen. 

When I try to export a picture it comes up with the errror "an internal error has occurred: assertion failed" what can I do to fix this?

Is there a way to download older versions of Adobe Illustrator?

Ich habe ein Adobe CC Paket erstellt und auf einem PC installiert. Jeden Morgen nach dem sich der Benutzer angemeldet hat, lässt der PC keine Bedienung zu bzw. braucht zwischen 2 Klicks bis zu 5 min. Auch der Aufruf des Taskmanagers geht nur langsam, man kann dann aber auch nicht sehen, welches Programm ggfls Trafic macht, da auch die Aktualisierung einfriert.   Irgendwann nach 1-2 Stunden ist der PC dann fertig mit der Selbstbeschäftigung und dann läuft alles.Was genau macht das Adobe CC da? Wenn ich mich mit einem administrativen Domänen-Account am PC anmelde, besteht das Problem nicht. Bei einem Domänenbenutzer läuft die CC nicht.  

Hello everybody, I just updated my Ps to 22.2.0 but creative cloud still recommends updating to the older 21.2.5 version Any ideas of why this may be happening?Am I missing something? I cannot ignore or delete the suggestion for the 21.2.5 version. Tnx in advance for any info.    

I have been paying every month for creative cloud but I am not been able to use apps. It ask me to pay again for the apps like Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.

I've reinstalled CS4 on a new computer from the DVDs, but the serial box keeps a red cross and I'm unable to activate.Meanwhile, I've also tried to deactivate the license on my previous computer but I keep running into the 'Unable to connect' error. I don't it's the issue anyway because I don't have the "too many activation" messageI've contacted live support and they've sent me here.

Hi,        We have purchased Volume License Subscription for the Adobe CS6 software package, we have license keys for both Windows and MacBook version. Currently, we are able to install Adobe CS6 software, able to license the product during the installation processes also but after 30 days, we are getting a Trial Finished error (screenshot attached).  we tried to license the software again using our license key but we are getting the same Trial error again. Hi there, I don't suppose I can locate my serial number any other way unless I registered my Adobe Photoshop Elements?

When I tried recently to install my CS6 it was not possible "the serial number is withdrawn"I do not believe that my CS6 serial number should be invalid. I bought it in 2012 registered in immediately on my account and there has not problems after - probably 5 - 6 reinstallation since on different computers. You can see my registration on my account - see the print from Account Products attached.Also at my conversation yesterday with the help desk I was given an offer, and I was promised to get it on a mail. But it has not arrived. Conversation attached
