Download & Install

I'm on Creative Cloud version 5.3.1.470CCX Process version 4.2.4.1CC Library version 3.9.27.3  16" Macbook Pro running Big Sur and I'm still having the issue when I start up the system and it runs the fan on full speed until I manually kill CCX Process in my activity monitor. I've read that Adobe has released an update to fix it, how do I force an update to get this latest version? 

Does the below message look familiar to anyone?  I've been trying to download all day, getting same response:    

I bought CS6 some years ago, and have the original box. At a reinstall on my new computer, A am told that the software is not original - despite the fact that I am using the serial number on the box.Adobe has stolen a product that has been mine for years, or what?

Can't restart my iMac because" software Adobe Reader X1 is being installed, interrupting the installation may damage the computer" It's been stuck at 80% for 3 hours now and I'm stuck with the message on my desktop screen. I've looked at Adobe AcroCleaner but no joy as Reader hasn't been installed, I can't cancel the installation either as greyed out.  BTW Using iMac with Catalina   There must be a solution to this!

I have previously asked for help with an Adobe Reader app installation 8 FebThings are just getting worse! I wanted to download the update for Zoom...I now have another card on my desk top saying "Waiting for other installations to complete"I can't go back or continue (both buttons greyed out") nor can I delete the card...so stuck twice over.  Surely there is a way out of this?

Hi all, I'm a student and I have free creative cloud. I'm now trying installing on a MacBook Pro Bigsur 11.2 Adobe apps but when I push the botton "install" on the Creative Cloud appears on the screen this message: "You don't have access to manage apps. Permission from your IT administator may be required to enable apps management".I've already installed Adobe Creative Cloud on another PC but my account permit to download it on differen laptops so I think this won't be the problem.  Thank you all Have a nice day Laura 

New design student and regret buying an Apple M1 greatly, but stuck with it. The Apple Authorized Dealer in Asheville, NC said it was the latest and greatest after me being disappointed my 2011 MacBook Pro couldn't be upgraded. Saved me around $1,300 from what I was going to buy online. Regretted it within 30 minutes of purchase. Unopened, they would not take it back. But Apple said yesterday to install "a patch called Rosetta" to help with lock up on Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator."  I am not sure she knew what she is talking about after looking at the same issues you are having. The Apple processor isn't transparent with Adobe platforms from what I am reading and Adode is working on their end. Apple is going to be using their processor from now on. Word to the wise, never, ever buy these "Mac M1s or Airs. Total dogs." They can't be upgraded on memory or anything.

Need help please.  Trying to download free trial on mac, cant update OS any more so need older version of Animate (20.5), keeps telling me installing older version but never goes anywhere?  Please help.  Its for school so need!  Thx

Since Sunday 17 PSE complains about my registration key (which is now 5 years old and in use).I went to support and they were very willing to help, I got a new download, theKeys were checked (also for Premiere Elements, wich showed the same behaviour) but nothing helped. I reinstalled the application from CD with some problems due to MS Visual C redistributable software but got it working again as trial.The keys dont work nevertheless.I asked support for help and proposed to generate a new key for the both programs. The helpful support guy promisied to check that out, but came back today with the message, that they could not help me because, the Software was too old and out of support. Maybe! But: When there is no more interest in such old software (which for me still did it Job) why are the monitoring and restricting the use of it?No support but still strict monitoring, that does not fit together. So, like. What happens is that I go to the Creative Cloud website and click "Download", right? And then, a file: creative_cloud_set_up appears. And then, the first image appears. Then, it loads to the second image. And then, after it has finished loading, it disappears. And I dunno what happened to it. I was waiting for it to like install. But nothing popped up. I start the whole process again. But sometimes, it says that there's like an error.

I cannot sign in into my adove creative cloud desktop app. I get the error that I'm logged off and when I then click on log on I am directed back again to the logged of error that I had. I already reinstalled the program. Didn't work. In this way, I am not able to use illustrator cause also there I end up in a loop of errors. Last week it was still working, now all of a sudden I'm logged off..Can someone help me?

My photoshop elements 14 application is damaged, and need to reinstall it. I tried the website, also tried using my account history but it's not there. I can see it under my products but no link to redownload it. 

If my friend from US gift me a redemption code, that he bought over there, will it work here in Europe ?

I'm wondering if I can get some technical support assistance with using Creative Cloud as it isn't working anymore. It simply won't open along with my other Adobe apps; Photoshop and illustrator. I recently just used these apps yesterday so I don't understand why they would simply stop working. When I try to launch the Photoshop app I will get this System error message: [The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.] After attempting to try to reinstall I find that I can't even uninstall the apps. After research, it was suggested to use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. After following the instructions I was finally able to uninstall the apps. When reinstalling the Creative Cloud it seemed like it would run after installation. Unfortunately, it simply shut down. I tried to run the app but got the same System Error. Hi,I am trying to update Creative Cloud but keep encountering error code 191.My system is capable of running this new update. 8 gb RAM 64 bit windows 10 and is running on the latest Windows version.Is there something else I can do other than keeping on retrying or trying to contact Adobe direct on the phone. Thanks in advance, any help would be much appreciated. 

How is it possible that creative cloud does not install on my new laptop with Windows 10, I get this error. I have never had these problems installing anything, what the heck?! How do I cancel my subscription?

I`m not able to install my Adobe photoshop elements 14 and my Premier elements 14 from my CD.I bought the sofware from a shop in August 2018 and can see my products under my Adobe account. When I try to install i get the message that the install app needs to be updated. I cannot find ant updates for the install app.Please help.

I am trying to find a permanent License to buy From the Adobe Website for a permanent copy of Adobe Suit 2019, since Adobe Creative Cloud is a subscription. Is their any way to buy a permanent version of Adobe Suit 2019, or a older version of a Adobe Suit of Software?

Constantly get "not found" notices for MSVCP140.dll  and  VCRUNTIME140.dll near end of install sequence.Deleting and reinstalling is not working - that was the only suggestion that popped up. I had the same issue trying install the 30-day trial, so I purchased the software from the Adobe site. Any ideas? Adobe - help me out here!
