Download & Install

Since Sunday 17 PSE complains about my registration key (which is now 5 years old and in use).I went to support and they were very willing to help, I got a new download, theKeys were checked (also for Premiere Elements, wich showed the same behaviour) but nothing helped. I reinstalled the application from CD with some problems due to MS Visual C redistributable software but got it working again as trial.The keys dont work nevertheless.I asked support for help and proposed to generate a new key for the both programs. The helpful support guy promisied to check that out, but came back today with the message, that they could not help me because, the Software was too old and out of support. Maybe! But: When there is no more interest in such old software (which for me still did it Job) why are the monitoring and restricting the use of it?No support but still strict monitoring, that does not fit together. So, like. What happens is that I go to the Creative Cloud website and click "Download", right? And then, a file: creative_cloud_set_up appears. And then, the first image appears. Then, it loads to the second image. And then, after it has finished loading, it disappears. And I dunno what happened to it. I was waiting for it to like install. But nothing popped up. I start the whole process again. But sometimes, it says that there's like an error. 

Using Adobe Photo Shop cc2020 Pc or Laptop Is Hanging. Why?Please Told me Better Solution.

I cannot sign in into my adove creative cloud desktop app. I get the error that I'm logged off and when I then click on log on I am directed back again to the logged of error that I had. I already reinstalled the program. Didn't work. In this way, I am not able to use illustrator cause also there I end up in a loop of errors. Last week it was still working, now all of a sudden I'm logged off..Can someone help me?

My photoshop elements 14 application is damaged, and need to reinstall it. I tried the website, also tried using my account history but it's not there. I can see it under my products but no link to redownload it. 

If my friend from US gift me a redemption code, that he bought over there, will it work here in Europe ?

I'm wondering if I can get some technical support assistance with using Creative Cloud as it isn't working anymore. It simply won't open along with my other Adobe apps; Photoshop and illustrator. I recently just used these apps yesterday so I don't understand why they would simply stop working. When I try to launch the Photoshop app I will get this System error message: [The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.] After attempting to try to reinstall I find that I can't even uninstall the apps. After research, it was suggested to use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. After following the instructions I was finally able to uninstall the apps. When reinstalling the Creative Cloud it seemed like it would run after installation. Unfortunately, it simply shut down. I tried to run the app but got the same System Error. Hello, im trying to install the adobe creative cloud, Photoshop, Indesign and all of these but I keep getting an error message saying RUNTIME140.dll. I don't know how to fix that can someone please help me? thanks.

Hi,I am trying to update Creative Cloud but keep encountering error code 191.My system is capable of running this new update. 8 gb RAM 64 bit windows 10 and is running on the latest Windows version.Is there something else I can do other than keeping on retrying or trying to contact Adobe direct on the phone. Thanks in advance, any help would be much appreciated. 

How is it possible that creative cloud does not install on my new laptop with Windows 10, I get this error. I have never had these problems installing anything, what the heck?! How do I cancel my subscription?

I`m not able to install my Adobe photoshop elements 14 and my Premier elements 14 from my CD.I bought the sofware from a shop in August 2018 and can see my products under my Adobe account. When I try to install i get the message that the install app needs to be updated. I cannot find ant updates for the install app.Please help.

Constantly get "not found" notices for MSVCP140.dll  and  VCRUNTIME140.dll near end of install sequence.Deleting and reinstalling is not working - that was the only suggestion that popped up. I had the same issue trying install the 30-day trial, so I purchased the software from the Adobe site. Any ideas? Adobe - help me out here!

What up Adobe community! My name is Alexander, and right now it really does hurt when IP, because of this issue I'm having with Adobe. Lol x-D My MacBook's internal hard drive(s) are APFS, Case-Senstive, Encrypted.It's the case-sensitive aspect that makes the Adobe products I purchased, not compatiable, with arguably the best OS to use Adobe on. If I go on MacOS's Disk Utility, and create a volume or partition of the internal hard drive that's not, case-sensitive format encryption, can I get the apps/software to utilize that particular partition or volume? So far when, I try to install CC or Photoshop and the like, it will not let me choose where..... >.> Or can I install Adobe products on an external hard drive? I need some alternative options, lest I have to re-install my entire MacOS from ground zero. Also why is there a conflict with Adobe apps/software and the case sensitive form of APFS Encrypted?! Was told by Apple (not that you can trust

When you try to install or launch a Creative Cloud app and get andy of the following errors,:   While installing- Windows updates from Microsoft required to install this product are not available on this computer. Please install the required updates and try again.   While Launching-  The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from yo ur computer.
