Download & Install

Hello everyone, first and foremost, I'm an experienced PC User and I've already tried all the Troubleshooting I found on the official websites of adobe (including deleting the files inside the %appdata%[..] folder, using the Uninstaller that you can download somewhere etc.) I even reinstalled my whole PC because I thought it's a problem on my side - it surely is not. I have a fresh and perfectly working WIN10 version installed now. When I load up the Installer for Adobe Photoshop or Creative Cloud the client wants me to log in on the website. I do that and the launcher opens and the loading circle starts spinning. After a while (around 15-20 seconds) the Website opens again, loggs in again and the launcher opens again. This process repeats itself unlimited times. I've resubscripted after a long time and I am so turned off by this whole Cloud Stuff. I just want my Photoshop to work... this is ridiculous. 

Hi. I have problem logging in to PSE (version 16, bought autumn 2017) after reinstalling the program on my computer. I haven`t found PSE downloads for my older version so I`m trying to use sceen version alternative but it seems to guide me to the 20/21 version anyway. And there my serial number wont work. Appreciate some useful assistanceBest, Jesper

Brand new Dell 5070 Windows 10.Log into account, download Creative_Cloud_Set-Up. Run setup - nothing happens. Watch the task man - shows running, shows 0 for cpu, disc, network. Download Photoshop_Set-Up.Same behavior.Disable Anti-Virus. Same behavior. Did all recommended items here:https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.htmlDid all recommended items here:https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck-advanced.htmlDid all recommended items here:https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html.Used exact same installer files on a different Windows 10 machine.Same behavior.  It simply won't install. A few weeks ago I had to install the same suite on another Dell pc (laptop), and no issues.  What am I missing? Thank you. 

I need to install Adobe InCopy 2020 (15.1.3) on Windows 10, but I don't see older versions there. What is the fastest solution?

all my apps is not working and i tried to restart my computer, unistal creative cloud and uninstaled all apps but nothing happend. and i dont know what to do and i need help asap PLEASE

Trying to uninstall all my adobe products (so I can do a clean reinstall). I ran all the uninstalls along with the creative cloud cleaner tool, but I can't seem to get rid of the application manager files. The tool won't clean: "Fix Host File".

I want to upload a character to mixamo for commercial content. Can I keep it private from other users?

I know this issue has occurred in years past, so the solutions from five or six years ago aren't really relevant, I think. The Creative Cloud icon has disappeared from my iMac's desktop menu bar. I upgraded to Big Sur when it first came out, with no issues, and it updated to 11.1 back before the new year. However, it was just this week when the Creative Cloud icon disappeared. All of that functionality is now unavailable to me. Adobe's instructions for restoring it are unintelligible (no, you can't find anything about Creative Cloud in System Preferences in Big Sur). Any idea how I can get this back? My whole system has recently become very unstable - Finder, in particular - after an install of Epson's drivers for the V600 scanner (supposedly compatible with Big Sur). This might have caused a CC issue? Eitehr way, I'm out of ideas.

Hi everyone!I have my old CS6 Production Premium which I wanted to reinstall after a hard drive failure (on the same computer). After entering product key I received a message that it's no longer valid.Could it be that not disactivating the previous installation (on the broken hd) "kept" my licence active (I had part of the CS6 also installed on another computer, so two possible licences were used)?Is there any way to fix it now? Many thanks to whoever can help!

Hi I bought CC for school & I'm trying to download the programs I need. So far I have only downloaded Photoshop but to even do that I had to repair CC. Now  need Illustrator but it won't download. There's no error message or failed download, just no action when I click install. I've tried downloading other programs & same thing. The page is responding, connected to the internet, I've tried quiting CC but nothing. Any suggestions? Should I try to repair it again or uninstall? 

I purchased the CS5 while in school at Full Sail about 10 yrs ago. I had to purchase a new computer and now unable to download CS5 Adobe Suite because it keeps saying that the developer needs to do an update. How can I update and download the CS5 Suite to my new MacBook Pro?

Since the Windows 20H2 Update the Startmenu Icons have a unified background. It would be great to unify the Adobe Apps. Media Encoder & Photoshop seem to look right. I know this is a bit picky - but I look at these many times a day and it looks simply bad... It would be great if they could be unified 🙂Best Simon

Ever since the new Lightroom update with Classic and the new app I get an empty dialog box that pops up on startup and will not go away no matter what I do. Creative Cloud works fine, but this is a separate box from the app, it also appears as a separate box in the taskbar.  It is very annoying. Any idea how to stop this?

As the subject states, I changed my install directory but every time it tries to install it attempts to put the application on my C Drive still. I can seem to locate where the app is installed on my pc as I was attempting to find any files that may have been installed before it failed but can't find anywhere online the install location for default applications.

Hi, I Just got a new hard drive since my old one is full, so when I reinstalled photoshop I had to change install location ofc, but photoshop keeps trying to download in default location even though it can't. please help.

Purchased CC All Apps for Students - Only get 6 apps instead of all 20?  College class requires Photoshop and Illustrator, which only show as a Trial (7 days) or Buy now.  This is a few days after buying the monthly subscription for All Apps (20).  Please help.

Whenever I open an app from Adobe CC, a blank white box appears. I cannot use any of the apps, when I close the blank white box it shuts the app down. When I attempt to repair Adobe Creative Cloud from the Add/Remove program dialogue, it says my OS does not meet the minimum requirements and that Windows 7 is the minimum. I'm on Windows 10! Has anyone managed to resolve this? This only happened after updating Adobe CC a couple days ago. 

Photoshop won't install properly. I keep getting a message that MSVCP140.dll was not found.

I purchased an annual subscription in October 2016 for 159.00 . To date I have been unbale to use the product. I have tried contacting Adobe several times only to get my call dropped once I am connected to a CSR. (Probably becuase I am using the sales phone number becuase that is the only one I can find) I believe the problem is I had two accounts at one time. One, my personal one and the annual subscription was for a business. Now when I login to to each account it states no products, no orders. I am very frustrated that is has taken over six months of an annual subscription to get an answer but I am hoping someone here can help me.  Thanks so much.

Can someone help me cancel my subscription to Lightroom please? My iPhone doesn’t have the subscription active on my iPhone or I would doit myself. 

I ve downloaded the Adobe Beta to see if it works with my new ARM Laptop (Galaxy S Book).Unfortunatly the testversion was expired direct after the installation, how is this possible?

I want to remove all my old adobe programs. Because of facing troubles with downloading programs and the Creative Cloud.Hanging at 21.5%. In earlier posts I saw you need to use the creative cloud cleaner tool. I downloaded it. Tried to uninstall programms (that doesn't seems to work right either.) And then using the creative cloud cleaner tool. But it doesn't work after a while its not responding. And needed to force Quit the application. Did this now for 5 times, after restarting the computer several times, but it's not responding and doesn't work. Please some tips!! 

Bonjour,Durant plusieurs jours mes application Photoshop, Indesign et Ilustrator ne s'ouvraient plus.J'ai redemarrer mon Mac plusieurs fois sans aucun succès.J'ai donc décidié de supprimer toutes mes applications Adobe ainsi que mon Creative Cloud dans l'espoir de tout pouvoir re-télécharger.Après ré-installation du Creative Cloud, j'ai remarqué que certaines applications avaient disparues.J'ai supprimé le Creative Cloud, téléchargé le Abobe Cleaner, re-télécharger le Cloud, aucun changement.De plus lorsque je me connecte directement à mon Creative cloud sur Safari, mes applications "disparues" apparaissent dans la section des applications à "tester" ou "acheter" alors que je paye mon abonnement mensuellement, je ne devrais donc pas avoir à les acheter.Comment puis-je faire pour retecharger mes applications supprimées ? Si possible sans passer par le Creative Cloud car il semble être le probleme.Merci!

Hello, Please can anyone help Stuck in a loop of being unable to install any Creative Cloud Applications on Windows 10. Previously had Photoshop installed, but was stuck in a loop of login page appearing then disappearing, so uninstalled everything to start again. But now just keep getting 206 error So far i have tried - Disabling all anti-virus and firewalls- Removing credentials from Windows Credential Manager- Removing Certificates from Certificate manager- UsingAdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe to remove any reference.- Rolled back Windows to a previous restore point from Windows Update dated 20/01/2021- Used the alternative installer ACCCx5_3_1_470.zip, this did work once, but still couldn't get logged into Creative Cloud suite, same Error 206. Now when i try installing that again gets to 5% and hangs even after an hour.- Tried "creative_cloud_uninstallerwin.zip" Logs are attached (rename to .zip)
