Hi,yesterday I installed a Mac version (Box) of Adobe InDesign CS5.5 and I wanted to update InDesign to the latest version 7.5.3.But Adobe canceled the support for older versions and the good old download links don't work anymore.Can someone help me and provide me the file AdobeInDesign7_5_3_Patch-All.dmg ?Many thanks in advance!Florian

I cant open up creative cloud. its just a blank screen. and theres a pause button on the icon.  And my PS is running slow   help!

I recently reset my computer so I highly doubt I have any malware blocking my installation.    The other day I tried to install Photoshop, and after I was hit with an installation error I clicked "try again" and it worked no problem. I thought it was odd, but I saw it worked so I didn't think much of it. Yesterday and today, I've been trying to install Premiere Pro and XD but after I get to 5-30% I'm hit with an installation error that says "Code 113" and it's labeled as a fatal error.    I read through some of the forum posts and I see it has something to do with my internet connection to the Adobe servers. My question though is, why was I able to install Photoshop no problem, but it seems like I cannot install anything else.    A few side notes: 1) My landlady is insane and "downgraded" our internet to something even worse than we had before. Hello, after a nth installation of windows 10, I still encounter the same problem: Creative Cloud cannot launch the apps, the apps must have admin mode to start. With the help of Adobe, and many uninstallations and reinstallations, the problem remains: the apps crash as soon as they start because they don’t have enough privileges and can’t change the preferences the apps need. So I help myself by starting as an "administrator" but it is not ideal. If someone can help me it would be great, thank you!!

I am trying to install Adobe CC in order to install Photoshop and Lightroom next. The window prompts me to Chrome in order to auto-sign in and continue on with the installation, but after the confirmation that the sign-in was successful, nothing happens on the program itself. The wheel spins a few times and then, relaunches Chrome to sign-in, state that the sign-in was successful and repeat the same process a few times and then showing an error 206 which I tried to fix as stated in the site to no result, unfortunately.

Trying to download and this comes up, installed several times and this keeps coming up? 'adobe creative cloud is needed to resolve the problem.however, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the creative cloud from 'http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp'

Hello I found adobe keys at 3 euros on aliexpress is this really the adobe premier pro software ? Or a counter way ?    Even if it's a real license   Does Adobe allow this kind of practice?    I'm waiting for your answers    Thank you for your response

Hello, I wanted to download some old adobe apps, so I entered the adobe site to see how to do it and it goes to preferences> apps, and then down it shows settings there is anybody else that got this problem too? do you know how to solve it?   Thank you,Ariel

I have just purchased a new Windows 10 desktop computer to run Lightroom and Photoshop. I am currently unable to install Creative Cloud to download them. I am repeatedly getting the message that it's taking longer than usual to load. No error codes. I have tried relaunching, quitting and relaunching, uninstalled and reinstalled, checked the Get Help pages and completed all suggestions but to no avail. Seems to be a regular issue judging by the forum posts. Would love to stay with Lightroom & Photoshop but need help getting it set up.

Hi communityOn my mac (Late 2015) with macOS Sierra Version 10.12.6 I cannot download all the apps (indesign, photoshop, co.) I already informed myself on the adobe help pages, but in my creative cloud i don't have the possibility to download older versions (like it says on helpx.adobe.com). I already deleted and installed the creative cloud again but this hasn't helped.It says just that I have to update my computer to a new version, what is impossible with the late 2015 mac.Can u help me with my problem?It's super annoying, that I can't download the apps, cause I pay for the monthly abo.Thank you!

Hi everyone,Does anyone else have the problem at login, that Creative Cloud takes too long to load and requests user to reload?Or am I the only one experiencing this problem.It's not a major problem, as some seem to experience, but it is irritating.I've been on chat with Adobe to reconcile this; it's better than it was but far from perfect.Dread to think what Adobe Max will be like.Anyway! Have now disable auto load at login to see if this improves anything. 

I have a Mac that is in great condition, but the software will not update past Mac 10.13. I am unable to download XD because the minimum operating system is 10.14. Is there an older version of XD for me to download? I have tried to find the olders versions on Creative Cloud app, but te app shows only the latast version, how can I solve this prooblem?

Hi,ich habe mir die Testversion von photoshop geholt, ich klicke auf Jetzt loslegen und dann lädt der Computer und auf einmal heißt es: Safari kann die angegeben Adresse nicht öffnen. Ich brauche bitte eure Hilfe!!! Ich weiß nicht woran das liegt und Adobe kann ich auch nicht fragen, was doof ist.. Ich bin dankbar für jede Hilfe! Danke!

Bonjour,J'ai lancé une installation de Adobe Photoshop Elements sur un disque et lors de l'installation, un message d'erreur 120 apparait pour me signaler qu'il n'y a pas assez d'espace sur le disque. Il y a pourtant suffisament d'espace sur le disque dur en question. Comment dois-je procéder pour que l'installation fonctionne ?Cordialement. 

Bonjour, J'ai un poste en w7 où j'ai plusieurs applications dont creative cloud desktop qui se lance mais charge indefiniment. Je n'ai donc pas accès aux applications pour mettre à jour quoi que ce soit.J'ai reinstallé adobe cc desktop mais rien ne change.. une idée ? merci

Recently, I had to uninstall and reinstall Creative Cloud and Adobe Animate 2019 as I couldn't uninstall Creative Cloud without deleting Animate aswell. I reinstalled Creative Cloud and when I installed Animate again I noticed under the other versions tab there was no option for Adobe Animate 2019. And I REFUSE to use Adobe Animate 2020 or 2021 since the UI is terrible. Is there anyway I can get all the prior versions of Adobe Animate so I don't have to suffer with the new UI?
