I think I could once hover over their cover images and select, "don't show me this in future" or something. Can't do it on Windows or Mac—in Firefox or Safari. Is it a temporary bug?Thanks,John

It do managed to sign me in BUT the installation process is very very very slow.After a few hours Photoshop is at ~78%It's something new and before that I had no problems, also on this SAME computer!

Hi everybody,Since yesterday it is impossible to sign in the desktop CC app. An error message says "You've been signed out" Impossible to identify your ID, try to reconnect with your Adobe ID... (message translated from French).When I hit sign in it has no effect, it stays on the the same screen.Now I have error messages for my installed apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc...)I have downloaded the latest version of Creative Cloud Desktop and I tried to reinstall but it didn't work.I tried to uninstall and it didn't work neither (Applications are used by CC...)I tried to follow the process deleting the content of the OOBE folder without success neither!This is my tool, I am stuck.I am on Mac OS Sierra 10.12.3, Creative Cloud is up to date

Hi. Can you tell me why the download button in After Effects is not available to me? I updated my macbook's operating system to the latest one. The laptop is 1 year old, so it's almost new. What could be the problem?

I changed the language from italian to english, changing the: it_IT content into this:after_effects_it_IT.dat.oldThis is the Path  C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects 2025\Support Files\Dictionaries Problem is, it looks fine until I open the effects. Main effects folders are all in English BUT the actual effects are in Italian. Is it just a bug? Glad if someone can help me out. Thanks a lot in advance!

I want to use my adobe programs on the new computer. But when i sign into the same account on my new computer, it only gives the option for purchase and free trial.How do I get my programs from my old computer to my new one?Provided are screenshots showing what they look like on both computers.btw:1. I checked all of the "activated devices." there are none appearing, but i still have access to programs on my old computer 2. The programs were aquired from my school paying for them, but they went to my personal gmail account, not my school account3. Despite having access to all adobe programs, the account is listed as having a free membership.

Hi, I wanted to be able to change only the language to ENGLISH after effects 2020 mac. Other Adobe programs in Spanish.

I had a version of adobe acrobat I bought and had on a now old computer.  I tried using the old serial number for my new computer and it says it is already in use.  So I bought a new license but every time I open the Adobe Acrobat app, it shows the old serial number and won't accept the new serial number.  i tried uninstalling/installing and restarting with no avail.

I am getting configuration error 16, and the solution is to change permissions on the Adobe PCD folder... however, I don't have that folder. And before you ask, I also missing the SLStore folder...

how can i get it to me new computer? 

I just downloaded the Adobe program. I am a previous user. After downloading and agreeing, it required a sign-in. The pop-up page was blank. So I re-downloaded and did the cycle 5 times... no way to sign in on a blank pop-up page. There is no one to call or NO HELP available. Can you help me? It appears I paid for a non-operatble product... Thank you for your time. 

I purchased Photoshop Extended CS5 Win ESSD UE back in 2012 as a teacher. I have since retired and no longer have access to my old email address I used to create that account. I have the Ser. # but have no way to login and redownload the program.

Hi, I have tried sudo chmod 1777 /tmp/, but: chmod: Unable to change file mode on /tmp/: Operation not permitted. Can anybody help me? I need to do my homework... Thanks a lot. 

My After Effects 2023 23.3 that I have been using for ages is now gone, and it is only a gray question mark on my dock.  I have tried finding it in Creative Cloud but when I go to "older versions" it only goes back to AE 24.0. My plugins are not compatible with anything but AE 23, somebody please help me find a download for AE 23! 

So i switch to original adobe yesterday but after i installed Adobe Creative and open it, it says my system operation incompatible on all apps, and i check my version of laptop its Windows 11 24H2, and i checked the system requirement my system is always up to date, i update my drivers (i am using RTX 3050) and i checked the Adobe Creative Cloud right click on properties the Compatible Button it not checlist and i click on apply on all users its still not checklist. i do whatever its says on the youtube on tiktok and i ask chtgpt to to help me it not worked. Can somebody help me with my problem? i have some logo project undone, pleaseee 

I've got CC that can be installed on 2 machines. One is my laptop, the other my desktop. Every single day, after every restart actually, Adobe tells me to re-activate my desktop's license because it is already in use by my laptop and......my desktop. So for some reason, my desktop is seen as a new computer every single day.Why does it not recognize my desktop from the day before? It's exactly the same computer, same name, same hardware, same software, nothing changed.Any tips more then welcome.

I had Adobe Acrobat X Standard installed on 2 laptops. One laptop has crashed and is no longer in use and I deleted all information on that laptop. I have recently purchased a new laptop and I am trying to install Adobe Acrobat X Standard on the new computer but I get a message telling me that the Product Key is already installed on 2 computers. However, that is incorrect because I deleted the Application on the crashed computer and it is now only on one laptop.  I logged into my Personal Profile on Adobe to manage the account but it only showed 2 computers which includes the new computer.  The one that crashed is not showing in my profile so I don't know why it is still saying that the Application is on 2 computers and therefore I cannot download on the new computer. I am unable to contact anyone at Adobe to assist me with this problem.  Does anyone have a recommended solution for me? Please?  Thank you in advance for your assistant.

I have my disc for Acrobat XI Standard.  Just got a new computer and there is no disc drive.  Since this is an old version, I am having an issue getting a downloadable file to reinstall.  After hours trying to get information/support, hope I can get some guidance here.  Every link support provides is to buy a subscription for the newest versions.

I still have CS6 on two systems.I had to swap the hardware on one (for a CC installed in parallel). Unfortunately, the CS6 license went up in smoke. It no longer accepts my serial number because the maximum number of licenses has been purchased.Am I out of luck because I didn't release the license beforehand? Could I do this if I temporarily insert the SSD into the original system?Any other ideas?The hotline just told me that CS6 is no longer supported. 

My CC is set to English Tomech Ivrit, but every time I launch an app (usually InDesign) it automatically starts in Hebrew. I've tried everything (even uninstalling and reinstalling) and can't figure out how to change it. Please help!! Also, on Adobe Stock, every time I open it it automatically opens to/il/ but I'm not in Israel!! It doesn't work to change, and the currency is also wrong. Please help!
