Download & Install

I have a laptop that is both a personal and work computer. I have the photography cc plan tied to my personal email address I use. My job wants me to use a cc account they pay for tied to my work email address. The work account is for using InDesign. Is it possible to be signed into both accounts on the same computer at one time? If this is not possible, am I safe to sign out from one account then sign into the other and go back and forth between personal and work related applications?

I heard Adobe CS3 is now available direct from Adobe as a free download, is this correct and if possible can a link be provided

I see this has been discussed before but not with my particular situation.   My Mac is a 2012 era iMac and can only run Catalina (without an Open Core Patch). I had no issues using my paid version of CC with slightly older versions of PP, AE, ME, etc. until a few months ago when my HD crashed. Now, I have a new HD, back on Catalina and am trying to reinstall my apps. Unfortunately the current version of CC,  says ALL of the video related apps are NOT COMPATIBLE with my system and gives me no options for earlier version downloads. And yes, I clicked the box in settings to show older apps.   I have read on here that recent versions of CC only include one older version of each app but I don't even get that option.   Weirdly, I tried open core patch on the same Mac and was running Ventura for a bit. When I did that, the version of CC I downloaded (presumably the same one I have now) showed me various options for older Premiere and other apps, and I was able to download

I am facing an error - "The server is not responding. Please check your internet and try again". I got good internet. The application is up to date, tried all the solutions mentioned in the community discussions. But still can't able to figure out the solution. Can anyone please help

Bonjour, J'ai payé un abonnement mensuel d'indesign depuis le 02 décembre 2023, et l' installation du logiciel sur mon ordinateur est toujours impossible....il m'a été présenté qu'indesign apparaît dans ma formule, mais une fois sur le creativecloud le logiciel n'apparaît pas dans les logiciels de ma formule. De plus, j'arrive à télécharger le "dossier d'installation" depuis le mail que adobe m'avait envoyé, mais impossible d'installer le logiciel en lui-même...J'ai tenté vraiment plusieurs moyens....que faire ?Merci d'avance. PS : Lorsque je clique sur "commencer" dans le creativecloud, cela ne me mène pas vers indesign, mais vers des images adobe lightroom etc...je ne comprends pas. 

Hello,My creative cloud has been stuck updating at 87% for a while. I've restarted my computer, reinstalled CC, used the CC cleaner, and followed other instructions on other forums. Nothing is working. I am on Windows 11. I had this problem before, but it was because I had a VPN, but I turned off my VPN and all my malware stuff. The picture below is just showing my problem.Thanks.

 Please help, my After Effects kept crashing so I decided to reinstall. Now everytime i try to install it pops up with this.

I recently bought the student tier of Adobe and wanted to get started doing some work on videos and pictures since I have that software in my school and I feel familiar with it, but today when I tried installing Photoshop as my first software I got stuck at the Creative Cloud being stuck at Initialization and requiring me often to repair the installation or just start from scratch by uninstalling it and reinstalling it again or even reboot my pc, all these didn't fix my issue and I also tried using the LogCollector and the Advanced Uninstaller, but to no surprise, they didn't work 😞 I run Windows 11, and I have a 5Gbit Internet connection, I meet the requirements to install the software, can anyone help me?

Hello,   I have a problem with Adobe Photoshop CS6. I want to remove Camera Raw because of need extra space. Folder is in here C:\ProgramData\Adobe. I dont want to remove by hand. I use Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to uninstall it. Tool says "successfully removed". Hell no, it is still there! 1.5 GB folder.How come the program prepared by the software developers of such a large company cannot handle the task of deleting a simple plugin? Additionally, the plugin's uninstall option is not available on Creative Cloud Destop.Consantrate on user experience please?! I am gonna remove it by hand.

Does InDesign 19.01 work with Big Sur 11.7.10? I can't get Indesign to open on my Mac Book Pro. InDesign just keeps not responding and trying to open but never opens.

Photoshop suddenly stopped working, so I uninstalled Adobe CC and Photoshop. Now when I try to reinstall them both of them says I can't open the application because it is not responding. I have restarted my MacBook Pro 2023 multiple times. Please help😭😭  

Hi,I have the original CD for insalling ADOBE CS4. It was installed on my old computer, and now I have a new computer without CD reader. I was able to install the first CD (application 1) through "setup" bur when I need to change the CD to the 2nd, It does not recognized it.Hoe can I finish the installation?thanksshai

I have trouble downloading apps on my new laptop.I was using all the apps via Creative Cloud on my previous laptop but I can't even download them on my new laptop. I know the 6-number serial code and I already have a previous account but I can't just download them. If I log in to the Creative Cloud, it just says that I need to buy the plan. How do I solve the problem?

Hi out there: I have a MacBook Pro (a couple years old) and have the 13.6.1 Mac OS installed. I pay for the annual app use for Adobe Acrobat X Pro. I downloaded it and when I try to open up the "Adobe Acrobat X Pro installer.pkg" (to install the app) - a small window pops up stating “Adobe Acrobat X Pro Installer.pkg” cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.I looked up online a way to use "terminal" to temporarily block this action, so I can install Adobe Acrobat X Pro, but am not sure if I should use the other Adobe app known as "Adobe Acrobat DC".  Any advice/inputs would be appreciated - thanks!

Hello, I have been trying to change where my apps are being installed, all my apps are being installed on the c drive where i dont want them and every time i go into the prefernce settings to select the drive i want them on i keep getting a pop-up message saying "cannot install to root path" i even have in the microsoft windows settings to install everything to the drive i want but adobe just will not let me choose where i want these installedthanks

I cannot install Acrobat pro. I already installed Photoshop witout any problem, from Creative Cloud. See screenshot attached. I already waited for more than 1 hour.?Internet connection is wotking ok.

If only I had known! I am on Mojave OS and uninstalled CC apps to make temporary room. Then shocked to discover I could not re-install. Of course I'm on a project deadline. I am looking for InDesign 16.4.? download (and Illustrator). Is this hopeless? Adobe support suggested posting here to see if anyone has this for download. (They used the word regenerated). I am afraid to update my OS while in the middle of this project in case that gets complicated too.  Thank you for any help or ideas! I posted this to a thread but just figured out how to create a new post so please forgive newbie etiquette.Juliana 

I'm trying to download a free trial of illustrator. When I open the Creative Cloud installer, it prompts me for my username and password. I enter this info correctly (I am absolutely sure) and it won't accept it. Has anyone else had this issue?Thanks

Hi, I can not update Illustrator, it starts updating up to 84% and then stops. But other apps are OK to use.

Hello!I currently have Photoshop CS5 installed on my 64-bit Windows 7 Desktop computer, and I was planning on upgrading to Windows 10. The only thing holding me back is I'm not sure if Photoshop CS5 will work on Windows 10.So my question is... will Adobe Photoshop CS5 work on Windows 10?Thanks,Bill

Buenas! Bajé Adobe Creative Cloud a mi macbook pero cuando comienza a instalar de pronto me sale un cartel que dice "Tu sesión se cerró. Volvé a inicar sesión para seguir usando las apps". El tema es que cuando doy clic a iniciar recarga y no pasa nada. Intenté eliminando la app VARIAS veces y no puedo solucionarlo. También intenté teniendo la sesión abierta en chrome y safari pero tampoco. Ya leí todos los manuales y videos en YT y nada. Alguien que le haya pasado?
