Download & Install

I have Adobe CS6 (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) installed and working on my Macbook Pro running macOS Yosemite.  I would like to upgrade to macOS High Sierra but am afraid that my Adobe CS6 applications won't work after the update.  Can someone confirm for me that they will work properly if I upgrade to High Sierra?I know that there are discussions on this forum about new installations of CS6 on computers running High Sierra, and references to this link: Installing Creative Suite on macOS 10.12 (Sierra).  But I currently have CS6 installed on my computer and want to update my software, which may be a different situation.Can an Adobe staff member help confirm for me whether my currently installed CS6 Suite will work if I do a software update to High Sierra from Yosemite?Thank you

I just re-install my sing purchased lightroom 6 to my new desktop.Creative cloud doesn't work for new lightroom cc or classic, doesn't any any serial number.and download links below don't have the exact application.Download Photoshop Lightroom Adobe Support Policies: Supported Product Versions

How can I install Creative Cloud All Apps on E: drive instead of C: drive?

Je viens de prendre un abonnement, je télécharge Creative Cloud et impossible de télécharger les applications.Je suis sur iMac 2019 OS 10.14.6Voici la phrase que me donne Creative Cloud :Vous n’avez pas accès aux fonctionnalités de gestion des applications.Pour gérer les applications, une autorisation de votre administrateur informatique est peut-être requise.Et sur la page de mon compte :- Applications connectées :Voici les applications connectées à votre compte et votre profil Adobe.Vous n’avez accordé l’accès à aucune application.??????D’après Apple cela vient de chez Adobe et d’un bug sur mon compte ?

Hello.My windows 10 are in Portuguese, but i want instal Adobe Fresco in English.I try change language preferences to English and reinstal Adobe Fresco but still install in Portuguese language..Cant even change creative Cloud to English.

I bought the program and have been using it since 2013. I recently got a new laptop and still want to use these programs, but I can't find any link to download them from? Only links to use creative cloud, I have my Serial number, just want to be able to use the products that I paid for.    Any advice would be helpful, Thanks 

I had the same problem on a PC. After a couple hours with Adobe TS I called Dell TS support and we solved the problem. Had a rouge program in Firefox that was trying to reconfigure my proxy settings. Deleted it. Went into my control panel and deleted some programs that were downloaded in the last couple days. Downloaded Malwarebytes Anti-malware software, ran it to double check my Microsoft Security essentials and all is well.

Hi,    I was asked to fill details to get into Strip but they ask for a US residential address. I tried to find my country but it wasn't there. US was the only option. 

I have no idea why but every time I try to download Indesign it says it has failed. If you have any suggestions please contact me.

I'm trying to update the my software on the Creative Cloud Installer, but it wants me to type in my password. Is this my Mac password or my Adobe ID password? It won't take either of my passwords, and I've had issues in the past with my keychain

I am using all apps in English, because its easier to follow along in various online tutorials. However having a german keyboard layout at the same time, causes me a lot of trouble. All shortcuts are wrongly listed in Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro and therefore I can't use them.For Premiere Pro I found a fix by copying the Keyboard Shortcut File (*.kys) from the German into the English folder. So when the language is English I can use the shortcuts made for the German layout. I cannot imagine, that I am the only one with that problem. I suppose I am missing something, an addtitional way to change keyboard language settings separately. My search attempts were not sucessful, because there are to many other threads about changing language settings and keyboard shortcuts. Hope someone might help me.Sincerely  yours,Ben

I have a Macbook Pro with the new Catalina OS, and the recent 10.15 update.  Since updating to this new OS, I purchase a Creative Cloud subscription and tried installing for the FIRST TIME.  However, the installer keeps getting stuck at 21.5 %.  I have spoken with Adobe on the phone, and they seem to think Apple needs to come out with an update.  And people on the Apple forums think that Adobe needs to come out with an update to their installer.  I have tried installing in Safe Mode, I have tried using the alternative download links provided by Adobe, I've also gone to both Libraries (User and System) to rename Adobe application support folders as "-old" in order to allow the Adobe installer to create new support folders, but nothing works.  Is there a solution to this yet?

Hallo zusammen. Ich habe eine ältere Lizenz für Master Collection CS6 gekauft und diese hat auch funktioniert auf meinem Rechner. Jetzt musste er zur Reparatur und hat ein neues Mainboard bekommen. Seitdem ist meine CS6-Version auf Testversion zurück gestuft und meine Seriennummer funktioniert nicht. Es kommt eine Meldung, dass diese gesperrt wurde. Kann ich das irgendwie wieder einrichten, dass es funktioniert?Ratlose Grüße Stefanie

Hello!I pay for an Adobe plan for more than 2 years, I use it on my iMac.Few days ago I bought a MacBook and I wanted to download Creative Cloud so I can use all the apps in my subscription on new laptop also.But (I suppose) because I live in russia — the website won't let me download Creative Cloud or ANY programs from my plan. It just won't open the download page, even with VPN (before it worked with VPN)…Is there any chance u can help me?Or should I travel to another country just to download Creative Cloud? 😉P. S.I tried to airdrop Creative Cloud or other app-files from iMac to MacBook, but it won't open on MacBook (smart move Adobe haha)Thanks a lot!

Hi! Last year I got the redeem code for Substance 3D. I need to renew my code but I can not get the code because on the website, it says "UniqueID already exists". How can I get the new code?  I cannot find any solution for this. Does anyone have the same problem? Help please. 

So I have been trying to download animate and it just wont download and it says---------------------------The installer you downloaded won't work on your computer. Choose 'OK' to download the installer that matches your Windows. Error Code: 717---------------------------so I download the file on the website and it still does not download can someone help? My student subscription recently ended. Every time I open any application a pop-up appears that says, "We can't verify your subscription status." My options are to "quit photoshop" or "try again." If I select "try again," the same pop-up appears repeatedly. I thought I would just uninstall the applications, but when I open the Creative Cloud app I recieve a pop-up that says, "You've been signed out." I select "Sign in" and it loads for a couple seconds then prompts me to the same pop-up. This is super frustrating because I have to sign in in order to uninstall the apps but I can't sign in. My student discount is gone so now I am paying the near $60 a month for applications I cannot even use. 

I have a 2013 Intel based Mac (I'm poor and can't afford to upgrade) and had to reinstall Mavericks after upgrading from Sierra to Catalina due to Norton not supporting anything earlier anymore. Unfortunately, this led to the incompatibility of CS4. After struggling to get this done I finally succeeded yesterday morning. I started to install my physical copy of CS4 yesterday afternoon and it is STILL downloading! I remember it taking some time to do when I installed it before, but not 15 hours to be only halfway. I noticed the flashdrive I connected yesterday is flashing as though the Mac is reading from it but there shouldn't be any reason for the Mac to do that, and there's nothing on there anyway. Any thoughts? I might have this installed before I get a response but I doubt it.
