Hi everybody,I have a situation where I have a gallery that we show internally with our work peeps. We want to be able to see this gallery with a particular tag showing before we post to the client. However, we don't want the client to see it.So rather than adding and image tag for 7+ images then removing it everytime, I thought it'd be great if I could somehow access CSS to show and image from the URL string by adding a variable reference. Like...www.mygallery.com/gallery.html&showIMGtagClass=trueIs that possible somehow if I have a CSS class referring to a <div><img></img></div> ??

I have a client, who is the only one who cannot see their own website from within their bank of company computers, everyone else can see the website, even them if they use a mobile or home computer, so it points to their IP address being blocked by their own website domain?What I want to know is how to check if the domain is blocking their own IP. I have their IP I just need to reference it against something in the Plesk Control Panel but I don't seem to have the relevant 'tools' include d,so its probably a cut-down version of Plesk I assume.Is the only way to check with the hosting company?No idea when it comes to this techie stuff, outside of my remit.CheersOs

I'm not doing this right and don't find an answer anywhere so need to come here...I have made a hotspot on a page so viewer user can click on and get an email link. I've tried filling in some of the hotspot blanks but none of those work. Also, while I'm at it, I don't like 'default' email programs and usually want to communicate with the outside world using my gmail account... I'll bet that others have preferences other than default also. I'm not sure if there is some clever way to allow the user to choose another email app than default and use that with the link... that would be peaches if possible, but if not, just clicking and getting the default email app would be fine. As it is, I'm getting nothing but an error 404...

Last months Dreamweaver updates introduced a problem with CSS formatting, they randomly remove spaces from  calc(), then calc stops to work and a site could be broken. Any solution to this?

I have a template and want to add a page, it has 4 pages.Home About Services ContactI want to add a new page FAQ, in the same format at the About page Is the only way to do this, to manually search for every entry/code named:  About and copy is, then rename the new copy to FAQ ?Or does DW have a system/function that will do that for me ?

Please -I don't know how to get help with this issue.  I've seen several posts, but others seem unconcerned about it, and bug reports get no responses.When I open a file with the extension .php,  e.g. index.php, and choose Apply Source Formatting, absolutely nothing happens!This used to work fine, but quit when I went to DW CC.  I am currently using Dreamweaver CC 19, build 11193 on Windows 10. I don't know if there is some option I need to change, or if this is by design, or if it's a bug.  I submitted a bug request, but it was not responded to and I can't see how to follow up on it.  The documentation seems to imply it should work.Anyone have any advice or suggestions for moving forward?Bert Onstott

I'm using DW CC 19.1.  "Format source code" has simply stopped working.  Nothing indents at all.  My code validates clean and works fine, and my format settings are set to "indent with 4 spaces".  But nothing indents.  Any ideas?

If I have the following formatted as it is as I don't want any extra spaces inside the textarea:<textarea name="someVariable" id="someVariable" rows="10"><?php echo $someVariable; ?></textarea>I want to do code formatting on entire document but it turns above into:          <textarea name="someVariable" id="someVariable" rows="10">               <?php echo $someVariable; ?>          </textarea>which adds unwanted white space inside the textarea field. It adds a line break, 3 tabs, line break, two tabs inside the textarea. I was reviewing my website:  www.yellowstone.co when I noticed a space before a comma.  I went in removed the space and saved the page.  I then uploaded the new page with the correction.  What I got was a totally messed up webpage and I am pissed!  I have been doing this since 1995 and have never had a software on it own add or change code and screw up a website.  This is totally unacceptable and very very frustrating!  Adobe has to fix this right now big time!  Help!  This is the new DW 19.1 build 11240.

Hi! I am trying to Save "Find & Replace" queries that I use in Dreamweaver all the time (vs. copy/pasting them every time). I found answers on how to do this in CC 2017 and 2018, but I tried to apply the same techniques to CC 2019 and it appears the option isn't there (ie. show hidden features in the prefs file). Is there a way to do this in CC 2019? The panel is very basic and doesn't show any Advanced options or give me a "Advanced Find & Replace" panel, so I'm not sure if this is possible to do, or if I'm not looking in the correct place.Thanks!

After a recent computer crash, my PC had to be replaced. The good news is that I have a backup. The bad news is that I had to reinstall the entire creative suite.I'm trying to find out where the information contained in manage websites is stored. I had a bunch of websites with passwords, server names, etc. stored on the old system and would like a quick way to recreate that information in the new system.Anyone?
