Hello.My laptop is broken.I paid for it, but I haven't used it for three weeks.I know it will probably take longer to repair. So I want to cancel my subscription because I can't use Adobe Premiere Pro.Futhermore it can't be canceled because it's purchased under the school name how much I look for it.Please help me! Account owner is me. but I don't know how to cancel.

To keep track of Adobe Licenses issued it would be helpful if there was a notes field within each user's account within the Admin console, which would allow me to enter the purchase order details. This would helpful when transfering licenses.

We purchased additional licenses and products under our VIP contract but it has been 4 days and it is still not showing in our Admin Console to allocated to users. What is the problem?

Hi there,   I bought Adobe CC in NOV 11th and aimed to use only 1 month.   I didn't know about the auto - renew policy. So my old school account closed a while ago, and I've been trying to access Creative Cloud on the Windows computer that I used with the old account. I started college, and logged into my new school email on the adobe website, but it can't connect to the Creative Cloud app. It's stuck in a loop, "You've been signed out; please sign in again to continue using Adobe apps." and when I hit the sign in button it just refreshes and then shows me the same screen.  I've already uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, and done a couple other tricks on here and it hasn't worked yet. 

Hi, a few months ago I used my educator Email to create a CC account with the educators discount. In the last month, the organisation I work for has "taken" this email and assigned it as a work privillage level account. This means Central IT have ownership of this account and I cannot use my Creative Cloud account, nor can I change or cancel it or change billing or other data. (I have paused payments as that is what my company told me to do...) They advise me that they cannot do anything about it and to contact you but that is very difficult. Could you please help as I have been billed but cannot use this account! I would like to just perhaps chage to a different Email address and continue accessing the service on my current discount plan. Please help me Thank you

The school IT department says I should be able to migrate my asset but I get this error when I hit the Migrate Assets button in the final step:Contacted Adobe support team but received a reply like this: I'm afraid we are not able to swap Enterprise IDs on our end, including student accounts. If the Student Asset Migration tool does not work for you, please contact the Enterprise Support here for additional help and guidance on how to proceed: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise.html So it leaded me here.Tried multiple times. Did not work till now. And the dumb thing about the migration portal is that each time it requires you to create a new account through it, even you fail a new account is still created and next time you try you have to create a new account again.Can somebody help or recommend some helpful paid web builders so I can rebuild my portfolio there and ditch Adobe?

HelloI have a huge problem. Enterprise from which I have an adobe plan had troubles and I got cut off from adobe plan and adobe creative cloud. I have the access back but instead of option to log to my personal account and company's account, when I log in it directly logs me in to one account when  I have plan, apps and everythings, but every file I had is gone. I chcecked my desktop folders and everything but none, everything is gone. Is there a way to get my files back? Or only one file which i had only on my adobe creative cloud bc i didint make a desktop copy. It was adobe XD file. Thank you for your helpHave a nice day 

My Photoshop licence been renewed by my company yet it still says "Trial Expied" in Creative Cloud. Reloging does not help.

Hello everibody, I have a personal account under an enterprise license.The Enterprise doesn't have an admin console, so I can't ask for direct support.My plan is "Adobe for Enterprise" and in the account web page plan results regularly active and valid.I can use web Acrobat Pro app.The problem is that CC desktop app reports "expired subscription" and doesn't give me access to Pro features, so I can't use desktop Acrobat Pro app.I followed all FAQs on Adobe website, but i didn't find the solution.Anyone can help me?Thanks 

Documentation says "With the updates to Adobe Creative Cloud storage, you have full control and visibility of storage across your Creative Cloud applications. The storage quotas are flexible for end users up to the amount of storage purchased by the organization." I do not find this to be true in practice. I have five individual accounts with 100Gb each, but 500Gb that should be shared. Users are being told that they have used all of their available storage but there is plenty available in the pool. Whole time thinking it'd be ludicrious that IE of all things was causing our build to be incompatible with CC installs. But sure enough, when I lost my sanity after the 30th image build and just isolated IE and put it back on the image, the installer worked.   The installer you downloaded won't work on your computer. Hi,So I would like to get my account deleted. My account is linked to an Admin Consel but when going in there, I cannot remove myself as a user from the Admin Consel and thus cannot delete my account. Can someone somewhere help me with deleting my account?Thx...

Hey!  I have an ongoing subscription that I wish to cancel. When I follow the steps listed in the post here: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html?promoid=61PM7X11&mv=other.html I get to a screen shown below.  and under plans and invoices, it show me this: I assumed that there was no ongoing plan, that is has been cancelled, but the next month I was billed again for this. Is there a way to cancel the plan? And also if I could get a refund for the additional month I paid? I tried to cancel it before, but now I have paid 2 months of unused subscription. 

Hi all. I've been struggling a bit of late with deployments I've built using the Admin console when deploying on Windows. I've been using the same method successfully for a long time, which is to install deployments using a service which runs as the SYSTEM user, to install the .msi from the deployment build, using the /quiet switch. Up until recently, this method was working fine. I'm not sure of what the cause is, but at some point it seems that somehow the Windows installation gets corrupted somehow, after which I can no longer install Adobe deployments, either using msiexec.exe or using the setup.exe from the deployment - either through the service or manually. Once in this state, no matter what I do, the .msi install always hangs, leaving a hung msiexec.exe and setup.dat. There are no errors in the .msi log file, it just ends at these lines; MSI (s) (BC:AC) [16:16:55:569]: Executing op: ActionStart(Name=CreateShortcuts,Description=Creating shortcuts,Template=Shortcut: [1])MSI

Is it possible to transfer from shared devices to named user license?

Hi,At the beginning of this week (13/11-14/11/2022) me and my team members received an email that our Creative Cloud account was no longer accessable. We all have a creative cloud entreprise license that was not stopped.Despite we received this message, we can access our creative cloud all apps but...shared files folder = emptynotifications history = emptysharing new files = only accessable via link in the email, nothing is visible in the Creative cloud app or on the creative cloud web What has happend with our accounts, they seemed to have been 'reset' and not being able to share files in a proper way is realy blocking our colab way of working. Is this a known issue? We mainly work in Adobe XD and I saw there was an update > bugs to fix?

Please let me know all user's audit log for over 90days to record current users and removed users in this year. eg)Jan. 2022 - Nov. 2022

What happened to Adobe support? I have had an issue for over a month now where I cannot assign one of my licenses. I've had several tickets opened that have gone no where. I have had emails asking for a good call back time wich have been answered but no call back has ever happened. This is an unacceptable level of support. Does anyone at Adobe even care about the end user anymore.

My whole team is having a 504 error on our Creative Cloud App and when trying to install Adobe XD. How can we fix this?

My CC desktop app has a messasge at the top of the screen that says "Restart Creative Cloud for Teams subscription" even though I'm a member and administrator of a CC For Teams with an active subscription. All the apps work but CC thinks I'm not legit. 

Hi, I am a student and i am already payed the adobe package so i wonder if the adobe profolio is included in this packages or do i need to pay extra? I hearded that u pay one time per year, not per month, is that correct?  And another thing, i have already pay this package and i saw that u have good offers bc of black friday. I wonder if i can get this offer and pay less per month? Does it work or does it only work if u pay this package for the first time?  Best regard,Johanna
