I am able to install the CC application and Lightroom and Photoshop on Surface Pro 9 5G (Windows 11 ARM63) but I keep seeing errors (CRLogTransport.exe unable to start correctly 0xc0000007b) and CC cannot update and both Lightroom and Photoshop do not work. Does anybody know how to fix this issue?

Hello, We have recently migrated one of our file servers to Sharepoint,  and implemented the Adobe Document Cloud app so that users can access their PDF files using their desktop applications.  Unfortunately we are running into an issue with some users who are using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020.  It seems when Acrobat Pro 2020 is set as the default app in Windows,  the "Open in Desktop App" button does not work.  From my troubleshooting I was only able to get the button to work when Adobe Acrobat Reader DC was set as the default app.  This is unfortunately not a good workaround as users cannot then edit the files in question.  I am wondering if there are particular settings needed in order to fix this,  or is this an intentional issue since Acrobat Pro 2020 is not a cloud based product? I have attached a screenshot of the button in question.  Any assistance in this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Si je fais "continuer" et que je me connecte sur mon compte adobe stock je vois bien que le template est bien acheté. Cela peut-il venir que j'utilise une adresse mail différente sur mon compte première pro de celle de mon compte adobe stock ? Merci pour votre aide 

We have recently discovered that several end user devices within our network have been attempting (successfully blocked by firewalls) to establish an outbound connection to an external IP Address (49.236.204.101) based in Malaysia. This is activity that we have not seen before so our cyber security team have investigated as we have deemed this activity as suspicious. Although this IP is considered not malicious on popular IP scanning sites like VirusTotal and AlienVault OTX, we have come to the conclusion that this IP is malicious due to having open ports used for Remote Access Tools on port 32754. All of the devices attempting to establish this outbound communication are performing similar activity: InitiatingProcessCommandLine: 1) "node.exe" "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud Experience\js\main.js" or 2) "node.exe" "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Creative Cloud Libraries\js\server.js"InitiatingProcessParentFileName: 1) CCXProcess.exe (SHA1: d94828ea51500a1042

He comprado una licencia Creative Cloud para un estamento oficial (Gobierno) y no me deja administrar la licencia cómo siempre lo he hecho.Compro la licencia desde mi departamento para poder asignar a un usuario su uso y mis controles de administrador no me parecen en mi consola como antes.¿Cómo se puede solucionar este problema? Gracias

Hello all,   The issue I'm facing is that after my office renewed their subscription, all my libraries and files saved on Creative Cloud storage was lost. I have approached the chat support and they advised us to follow the steps here https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/using/asset-reclamation.html#sa_src=web-messaging However on following the steps, I was unable to retrieve my files. Hi, I'm an admin on a team that migrated from Adobe IDs to Business IDs about a month ago. I expected that once the whole team was converted to Business IDs, we'd be able to create team libraries (as opposed to shared libraries), but the option doesn't seem to be available anywhere. I can't create a team library or migrate our current individual/shared libaries into team libraries. A team with Business IDs should be able to create team libraries, correct? Is there some kind of setting that needs to be enabled?

I have been given access to another company profle than my own. They have a subscription for Adobe Stock but when I log into Adobe Stock with that company profile I cannot download any images, i.e. there seems to be no subsrciption plan to which I have access. What should I/the admin at the other company do?  

I dont know the details but the email from which I am writing now used to have a different licence/plan (within the same organisation)I suddenly today got an information my plan has expired... I informed the company I work for - they said "that is strange, here now your email is assigned to our team account and you have all licences"Great 🙂 - but libraries are gone and I understand they probably were assigned that other licence/plan (?) I never had the chance to export them and my question is - is there any way to get them? Who to contact? Help

Hello,I would like to check with you about any performance issue in adobe analytics tracking in Android app when Tag need to trigger on previous page when visitor visit back from current page. In adobe analytics tracking in Android app, currently we are using onCreate/onCreateView function to trackState for page tracking. Is my understanding is correct about page tracking in onCreate/onCreateView of previous page can't trigger the tag again in Android app when visitor visit back from current page? To trigger tag on previous page, do we need to write trackState in onResume function? If we write trackState in onResume function, is there any impact in Android app's performance? Any recommendation for how to implement this? Thank you.

Hi, so, I just graduated from university. The student discount for the Creative Cloud runs of course with the mail adress I got from university. But that mail adress won't be valid anymore soon, and for some reason I also can't just switch it under account settings to my regular e-mail adress (that is not uni-related, I mean). What I am concerned about is, what happens if the account is connected to an invalid mail adress? I'm just worried  about my website (Portfolio).  I would also have to switch to another subscription since I can't afford the Creative Cloud with the full price.  So - what do I do? Will Adobe e.g. contact my secondary mail adress if my primary one does not work anymore? 

I've already installed and used premiere, and its listed under my installed apps in the creative cloud. but now that i'm trying to start a new project and need to open the app again, it literally won't open. i've clicked the open button but nothing happens. do i need to update the entire creative cloud? I'm worried that any updates won't be compatible with my mac. Help would be greatly appreciated, project is a school assignment due this week. 

I'm having an issue creating a plist to use for packaging a Macintosh Acrobat DC Pro installation.  We need to turn off the cloud and updating features for our enterprise. I've created the plist, but it doesn't seem to be taking effect on installation.

My college pays for us to access photoshop etc and when i log in within the building it will let me use the apps. However, when i go to log in on my laptop at home it shows me the apps within my plan and my saved creations but will not let me access them. I don't know whether to try downloading them on my iPad but i'm afraid it might charge me and I can't afford to pay £20+ to finish some homework. Is there anything I can do?

Hi all, I 'm trying to use Adobe Sign in our Sharepoint site but although I can install it on sharepoint it state there's a problem with my license. I was checking our education account and it says we are entitled to Adobe Sign. Hi there,  I'm hoping to get some direction to permanently cancel my subscription to Adobe. I'm a student and accessed Adobe's services through my institution. I cancelled my subscription in August and received a confirmation email of the last date of my membership. However, I am still being charged monthly.  I'm hoping to get a refund for the 5 months of overcharge since my account doesn't display a plan though I can't seem to find a helpline to access a support team. Hope to hear back with some advice :))

Hi, Adobe is not repsonding to my email, their phone in my location is inactive and the chat option does not even appear. They just keep sending me emails that the invoice payment did not work (which i want to contact them about). Is there any was I could receive any form of basic customer service from this company?

Is there a way to download the png of the file that is being viewed in the revision(beta) app through the link? 

I am trying to take the Adobe Premiere Pro certification exam through Certiport and it asks for a Group I.D. number. How do I find this number? I think someone in my district created one at some point. Thank you!
