I have installed Adobe Creative cloud and the admin of my company has input the credentials. Despite doing this several times, the download simply won't work. The system says the installtion is already running, but it is not usable. I don't have any error messages it just doesn't work - can anyone help please?

Hi,I see that all Adobe Stock licences, including the Enhanced and Extended, have a clause that says 'May not distribute as a stand-alone file.' I would like to clarify what this means in practical application. Our department puts out articles on Fifth Story, and each article needs one stock photo. The article and photo are downloaded from Fifth Story together as a zipped package by whoever is interested in publishing them either on their website or in their trade newsletter or mag (usually, it is industry-specific stakeholders). Is this considered stand-alone, even though it is part of a package that says the image can only be used with the article and not other uses of the image are permitted?If it is, what other types of licences (not mentioned on Adobe's website) could give us the rights to use it as described above?Thanks

Hi,My current plan is "Creative cloud with all apps" with monthly payments.I would like to know if I could switch to annual payments before the renewal period, which will be on 25th October 2023 (now it's Nov 2022). I've reached out by mail last week already when I was still in the 2 weeks refund period in case of cancellation but I've not received any reply and missed this now. If I cancel now, I will only be 50% refundend so this is no option. All shared links in this forum does only lead to another forum and I did actually not get any help with this! Any help is appreciated, thank you!Alessa

Hello,we have installed the Remote Update Server (AUSST). We have alredy alot of members in our Adobe organisation (70). Until now all the members got there products manually installed by an admin. We have reached a point on that we would like to test our AUSST. But we could not find any possibility to test it without to touch all the 70 members.  Is there any possibility to test it with only one member from the Creative Cloud Center? Thanks in advance.Best regards

How can I change from normal payment plan to student payment plan? 

Hello all,   I have had in the past subscription with adobe - that has ended over a year now. Recently as I am a student I got a full access plan from my uni. When I open adobe from the website it shows all the apps that are included in my plan for free but when I open the desktop application it does ask me to pay. I have deleted, or at least I believe I have, all the previous files and the applications but still I have the same issue. Also I did try to download an application from the website but for some reason it comes up a message "Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid."  not sure how to fix that either.   Any help would be much appreciated.   Thank you,   Dimitra

Hello community.I work in a school, we still use Adobe Photoshop Elements 12. It's an old version but it works perfectly well and suits our needs.While following this guide: https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/x-productkb/multi/silently-install-deploy-elements-ccp.htmlto get a silent install msi created it advised me to visit the adobe licensing website to download Creative Cloud Packager. I've searched all through the licensing site and I cannot find a download link.The guide also gives a link to the Admin console which is aedash.adobe.com but that site cannot be reached.I know that the packager is no longer updated but I should still be able to download it from somewhere?  

I was troubleshooting 'error 49' updating issue when during the process I got logged out and couldnt log back in, any help would be greatly appreciated. It's an enterprise account.cheers

How can I change the recipient address of our invoices?

My Adobe Account name runs through the organization I'm in, meaning I can't change it in my account settings. Though despite the organization having my correct name in their registry, my Adobe Account name has not updated and is still wrong. Is there any way to fix this?

We are paying monthly for a license for Create Cloud All Apps.  We're a non-profit organisation, and the person who was using the license has now left.  None of us who remain seem to be able to access the admin console to reassign the license (it says we don't have permission to log in to the console), and the previous user account appears to have been deleted now.  How do we get access back to the license please? 

My corporate creative cloud license got expired. What happened to my files? I bought new license now. Can I access my old files after I get new license? 

A user in my company got married and changed last names. While logging them in to make the change, we inadvertenly created a personal account under the email with the new last name. We deleted this account, but are now unable to change the email address for this user to the new address, because it shows that this email is already taken.  The delete occured on 8/30, and it is now 9/6 (~3 business days). Is there a waiting period before the address is released from the deletion so we can add it to the company account? Any help would be appreciated. 

How do I change my logonname, that is used when I make comments i documents?

Hi,I don't know where to start because this is extremely frustrating and messy.On August 29 while logged in on my company Team account (which has Acrobat kit only) I thought I could use my personal debit card to add Illustrator to my suite. Payment went fine and I got a confirmation order. However, I can't access or use Illustrator. It seems it has ended up on this obscure second Adobe ID (the one I'm posting from) that's somehow attached to my Team account, but I can't really log in to it, only randomly sometimes on web, not on creative cloud app or phone, mostly when I sign in I end up on my company Team account ID. I have already lost two months of the subscription. I have no idea what's going on but I want to know how it can be fixed. At this point I'd prefer to move my Illustrator subscription to a whole new Personal account/Adobe ID because it's my own private personal debit card paying for it...Kind regards
