I am at a college where we need the students to share ongoing projects. They need an open lab where they don't have to log into an individual Adobe account, but can sit down and use the software on a video project that another student is working on as well. What license allows a team to all work on the same project, a shared Adobe login?

Adobe recently had an update mid-day on Monday, August 15, 2022, that cause many of our team to lose access to our shared files including many XD files. The update creates multiple profiles under our Adobe account that uses our work email. The update itself does not make any sense, to begin with, and we were not aware that such a change was coming.  We have a few open tickets for various accounts with the same issue, and there has been no acknowledgment of the issue they have caused our entire team nor ETA as to when we will gain access to our files. I really hope that if Adobe makes such an update, it should have been tested thoroughly, communicated well in advance, and ensured that we, the customers, do not suffer from lost access to files. We are still waiting for a resolution with no solution in sight.  Still waiting for a rollback, a solution, or someone to explain to us what happened.

I have an extra Photoshop licence I want to cancel. How do I do that? Chatbot at support died out and couldn't respond to this question. From UI point of view a suggestion: add a button into Admin console "Cancel subscription".

Hello team,I would like to know if there are any country restrictions for Adobe products. Our company is officially registered in Ukraine and we purchase Adobe products through VIP program.  Some of our employees working remotely from Poland. Are they allowed to use licenses in Poland, that were purchased in Ukraine? In addition, our company has branches in Poland, Bulgaria, Brazil. Should we purchase licenses separately in each country or in one of these countries?I found information that there are territorial restrictions:VIP Program guide: «VIP Members must purchase for the country where their team members reside»FAQ «Use of licenses outside of the identified deployment region is acceptable in the case of occasional travel. However, we expect that primary usage will be in the deployment region identified at the time of purchase»Please provide us with the exact link to the official documents regarding territorial restrictions. This information is required by my legal department.

Hello,We have an AEM instance in AWS on EC2 with the datastore on S3 as specified in the white paper. We want to simplify our DR strategy by leveraging the relatively recent feature of AWS S3 multi-region access point to access the datastore. Among other things, this would enable an automatic recovery of the application in case of a failure of the S3 service. However, 2 critical questions remain:Would this architecture be supported by Adobe ?Is this architecture functional ? We have not had the chance to test it yet (soon) but if the S3 connector is not compatible, there is no need to go further for now. A few weeks ago I received my belated new MacBook Pro and promptly migrated all my data across from my old 2015 MBP (everything worked fine on it). All the Adobe CC software came across. I soon noticed that I was unable to update any of the software. After looking around for a solution I have uninstalled All Adobe software with the Creative Cloud Uninstaller & then also used the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.  I then tried re-installing Creative Cloud, which was succesfull but can not install any of the individual software. When I click Install button I get "Waiting" which goes on indefinitely. When I click on Cloud activity on the top right I can see that – Updating Creative Cloud 0%, which never changes (I assume that Creative Cloud needs updating before any software can be loaded, but it never advances beyond 0%). A few more things that may complicate the issue, I am a School Teacher (I teach secondary Technology) and I've been informed that I have access to A

So I have a student account and it has been awesome for getting some of my work done but I will be returning my school laptop for the next few weeks and won't have access to the email I used, I know when I have gone to update stuff, etc - it has asked me to log into my email for security but I was wondering if I changed the primary email address to my personal email account would this affect the student discount I am receiving??

I don't want to be charged for a membership but I can't figure out how to cancel my trial.

Hi TeamI have a serious issue with Dell Latitude 5591 .I am working with Adobe products (PS-Premiere- After effect - illustrator -Animation ..... ) with 32 Giga Ram (Crucial- 2666). While working on the laptop specially with adobe products. suddenly the below screen happened . I can't figure out what exactly the issue. But I installed a new windows with a new licensed applications .and still happened many times suddenly. Please i need your support.

Hello,My employer recently changed our company account due to a merger and as a result I am no longer able to login to my previous one when using the community discussions which I had been doing since 2019. Since it used the same email as my new Adobe CC account, I'm guessing there is no way to access the profile I had originally used since they closed that Adobe license, am I safe to assume?Thanks

Bonjour, depuis plusieurs mois mon application Creative Cloud sur mac rencontre un problème à chaque tentative d'ouverture. Elle me demande de me reconnecter sans cesse et ce message apparait à chaque fois que je clique sur "se connecter" (voir photo ci dessous).Savez-vous comment faire ?J'ai déjà essayé de la désinstaller et la réinstaller simplement et ça n'a pas marché.Je n'ose pas désinstaller toute ma suite adobe par peur de ne plus pouvoir installer les applications que j'ai déjà (Photoshop, Indesign...) Merci d'avance

A few weeks ago my files cloud files somehow got placed in a "personal profile." My personal profile does not have any paid subscriptions in it according to PS. My business profile has a full paid suite as we have a coporate account for all employees. Now I can't open any of my files in photoshop or the other softwares because it says I'm not a paid subscriber.  Please help. I can't work without access to hundreds of files that are stuck in this personal profile.  I have tried sync and download options for the files the files but it won't let me do anything. I can see the files, but can't do any actions on them.  Thanks

Buen día, no puedo instalar las aplicaciones, me aparece que no tengo acceso a la gestion de aplicaciónes en creative cloud, y que es necesario el permiso de "TI" para poder activarlo. Me molesta porque hace unos meses pague por 4 meses la suscripción y nunca la pude utilizar porque necesitaba actualizar mi laptop y la actualización no me llegaba. Pero tampoco podía cancelar la suscripción. Y ahora que esta actualizada y quisé renovar la suscripción, no me aparecen los programas para descargarlos. Intente contactar a algún asistente vía telefonica pero a los números que llame no estan disponibles o no existen. ¿Alguien me podría ayudar por favor?

Hi there, I had subscribed privately to Adobe Lightroom and I am paying the monthly rate. Recently I have been given a Creative Cloud access from the institution I work for which gives me free access to Lightroom and other apps. Am I still going to be charged for Lightroom? How do I solve this? Thanks for any help.

Is there a limit on how many times you can reassign a license to a different email account in the admin console?

I login to the Adobe website with my account that is linked to our Enterprise Plan. One page says you don't have a plan and are a free user - the next page says you have an Enterprise user!? I just want to reinstall a font in Photoshop and it won't let me. There's no phone number or email to contact... because you don't recognise my Enterprise plan! 

I am trying to access the creative cloud app plan which my college provided for us, but when I login it says I do not have acess to my enterprise ID. I am using the correct school login so I do not understand the issue.

My school recently changed the email extension. I can no longer login. Here is my tried login process:1) Press on Adobe ID2) Type in my old email extension (Adobe doesn't recognise the new one)3) This brings up my own school's loginner4) Enter the login details with my new email extension (School doesn't recognise the old one)5) Adobe: "another user is currently logged in. Clear browser cookies and restart your browser"(I tried doing that but with no results)   

Hi,So our current account owner has left the company, he still is the owner of the account and all the assets.I am the new In-house designer, so obviously need full ownership. What is the best solution to this.Thanks,Brendan
