Hello! I want to start my classroom using Creative Cloud after an inspiring 3 days of Adobe Max. However, every student with a CC account has the message: "File syncing disabled. Contact your IT admin."I AM the IT admin, at least one of them. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it hasn't done anything. I also assume that this is the reason that no storage information is available. Can you please help me out?

Adobe creative cloud installer keeps on getting stuck. please help

I have a 2019 MacBook Pro that runs like a champ. I installed creative cloud and all of a sudden I was stuck with sluggishness, and slow start up times. I ran the activity monotior found the damn program ran every time I started up. I set it to not run at start up, to not update on its own, and to not sync on its own. Still it was slowing me down! Literally, downlaoded it so I could edit PDFs like all I need to do is be able to imbed links in my research papers, and after weeks of suffering deleted it. I can't beleive Adobe would design a product that runs without regard to the users preference and bogs down the users CPU and battery. I have read online that this is a common expeirence for Mac users, and I even unintalled it and tried again. Let's be real the issue is your program not the thousands of users who all universally experience the same thing. I can't beleive you all would design a product like this, and I wish I could use your services, and update when I am ready and sy

I am failing to set up or login into admin console I am getting this message belowkindly help 

I am on an enterprise account that has 1TB of storage. However, after a recent update something happened because it is showing that I only have 2GB of storage and am now over my allotment. I cannot sync anymore files, either. I have been back and forth with IT and they can't offer a solution beyond "log out, log back in," which fails to resolve the issue. Decided to post this here to see if I can get some help.

Hi, If my employer cancels the adobe teams plan, can i continue to use the same Adobe account based on a free plan or even change it into a personal paid plan afterwards if i use my personal email as primary email? Or is the complete account i use deleted? Thank you. Best regards,T.

Is there an API for managing the Identity items in the Admin Console?  I'm looking for a way to use an API to enable syncing for a specified group from our federated Azure AD domain (see screenshot).  I didn't see anything in the user management API.

Good Evening, Ever since the release of Creative Cloud 5.3.1.470, several users within my organization have been constantly getting prompted to enter an administor password when launching this application. It has also been seen on version 5.2.1.441, but wasn't seen on this version until 5.3.1.470 was released. At first, we assumed that if we simply update all of the users to 5.3.1.470 we would not continue to be prompted. However this has not solved the issue and has resulted in several calls to our help desk regarding the problem. I have also attached images of the UAC prompt as well: 

Hi, There's a note within the Set up SSO with Azure AD Connector (https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/enterprise/using/sso-setup-azure.html) article stating "If you have a functioning SAML-based SSO configured with Microsoft Azure Identity, we recommend that you keep your current setup. An upcoming feature will allow you to automatically migrate users and SSO configuration." We're waiting for this in order to migrate. Is there a time frame for this functionality to be made available?  

Hello, Our school district recently renewed its license agreement with Adobe for all of its Adobe 2018 products and since then, we have been having problems with new installs of the software for users who hadn't already had the software on their machines.  We have 500 licenses from which to play with, and have used 406 of them as of today, so we shouldn't have issues continuing installations on new computers.  However, now that we have new packaged installer files (we were told to not use the Creative Cloud Packager tool anymore), we are being prompted to sign into Adobe when launching the application from the desktop (this was never the case before).  If the local administrator signs into the computer to activate the software, it only allows the software to be activated on 2 machines, but we are supposed to still have 94 licenses to assign.  Why are we having this problem all of a sudden?  Why can't we continue installing the software as before?  How

hi,We want to run Adobe Media encoder on one of our servers to toka some of the calculation load. In our company the servers are typically denied acces from the internet so to enable Adobe CC I will have to request specific sites + port to be openened. I found the network-endpoints document, but it contains an enormous amount of sites, which is not accapteble for our IT security. Where can I fin a list of minimum requirement to be able to run / install / update Adobe CC and media encoder? cheersIvo

Hi When I try install indesign server CC 2019, I get a blank screen. Tried different versions of Cloud software, no luck.  Can anyone provide a solution if possible? Thank you 

tried safari and Chrome and two different Macbook Pros. Error "Failed, network error." Other large, 150MBish, downloads work just fine. Thanks for your advice. 

These free months will come as "Cacncellation Fee" when you end up with cancellation after the free months.  So if you want to cancel, do not accept these perks. And if you cancel at the beginning of the billing cycle, the entire month is still billed, but plan is cancelled immediately. Adobe, you can do better than that.

Hi, when we work with Adobe Cloud Programs (Acrobat, InDesign, etc.) during SSL-VPN, this Programs close automatically within 5-10 seconds. If changes are made the save dialog is shown.Without SSL-VPN the Adobe Cloud Programs works normal.Any ideas?

Hi, the company just purchased and installed Adobe but I realised a former temp opened an Adobe account years ago (therefore she is the Adobe ID, primary owner)  with my current e-mail adress. I am trying to change her name to mine. I've managed to amend details but ended up creating a personal account for myself.How can I change just the name (e-mail address is the same) of the Primary Owner, please? Thanks. 

Dear Enterprise support community,I have deleted my enterprise account yesterday, its done by mistake and not intended,I sent immediate mail, but recipients’ mailbox is full, so its failed to deliver to support team.Immediately, I contacted adobe support team by chat but no solution.They say asper adobe policy it will take 30 days’ time to delete account. After that only I can activate this account.Because of this we are going to lose this project and it will be escalation on me.Please guide me how to activate the same account.That account is provided by client, therefore its enterprise account from a American leading company. Regards,Machendar
