The user object retrieve by the UMAPI has a "status" attribute on it..  status: string; A user’s status with the organization. Only “active” users are returned by Get User Information and Get Users in Organization. One of the following:“active”: Normal status for a user account in good standing.“disabled”: Disabled temporarily - user is not allowed to login, but is not removed.“locked”: Disabled permanently - user is not allowed to login, but is not removed.“removed”: The user account is being removed. How is status adjusted / calculated? Is it possible to set that status via the API?   ("status" does not seem to be one of the keys supported by the update() method in the python library..) We're trying to integrate provisioning with our institutional identity management system, and some of the other states could be useful in our provisioning and deprovisioning efforts? Liam

I have to create a segment on Adobe Analytics through the segment builder.The reference dimension is "cities". I have a very long list of cities so I can't use the logical operator "equals" and "or".I would like to use the logical operator "equals any of" or "contains any of" but with the dimension "cities" is not present.Can you help me?Thanks

Hello, after installing Adobe XD the programm Language is Chinese. The Language-Selector is greyed and so the language can not be changed. Althoug the settings in the Adobe Creative Cloud are set for English (International)

Hi I am aAdobe CC user with a organization and adminstration working system.Due to Covid-19, we all are working remotely and need to udate Adobe CC apps but its notallowing admin to connect and update without sharing Admin Password. Admin can't share the password and also not able to authorize updates on already installed Adobe Applications.Windows 10 User. Please guide.urgent & Important.New Delhi, India

We have several users of CC products but our users are not allowed to be admins on their machines. Their Adobe products are all far out of date. I need a system where I can push the updates remotely to them similar to something like PDQ Deploy. I've read up on Adobe Remote Update Manager but it doesn't seem very clear cut as to what I'm supposed to be doing. The instructions are not very helpful. I created a package for Acrobat and downloaded it but I have no idea what I'm supposed to do with it or how I run this remote update manager software. Apparently I need to install it on every client machine? How? Where is this installer? Is it in the package I created? If so, I need to sign into every machine and run this installer and then I can access them remotely to update them? How do I do that? What do I run on my machine to make this connection? There needs to be a better step by step guide that explains this process clearly.

I'm quite new to AUSST and I'm trying to implement it. I have following questions: Can anybody please explaine how RUM decides which update is necessary? Also how does AUSST verify that the Update is in his storage? How is it possible if I setup an fresh AUSST and start RUM there is no Update shown. 5Minutes later i recheck direkt with the adobe update servers and see there are 10 Updates. This is not good. PS: The setup-process of AUSST is not the best. Initial-Sync for only 250GB of files took me over 3 days and then there are many errors (remaining aamd-files etc). Also the Incredemental-Update is not the best.

Our yearbook staff uses Dropbox as their collaborative cloud solution for their InDesign, Photoshop, and Lightroom files with our current deployment using Device Based licenses - no login to CC required.We must get our apps up to date and are moving to SDL.Is anyone else out there using Dropbox in an SDL deployment?Any issues or problems that you have run into?I appreciate any feedback so I can keep my yearbook advisor happy and not have to change the staff workflow.Thanks in advance. 

I manage desktop support and these tickets seem to come in waves. Users are confused about having to sign in. It's fairly simple to straighten them out, but they do want to know why this happens. Please educate me on why/when users get prompted.

i want to cancel my abobe for teams membership.I dont use the apps apps it has and it still takes the membership price every month from i dont have access to my admin console, my email, i dont know my serial number or invoice i used by school email to get the student package but it doesnt have the apps i need my school doesnt allow me to access my mails or admin console PLEASE HELP!!!!

Cant seem to find any up to date information on this. But when trying to download Creative Cloud to my Macbook Pro (10.15.4) it gives me error code P22 and says "Cases sensitive drives not supported". HELPPP

Hello,Today I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro DC so I could merge PDF's.  I am trying to combine files but keep getting the error message - No PDF file was created because Adobe Acrobat encountered an unidentified error.Please help!! 

As a VIP administrator how can I determine whether a user assigned a license subscription is using the product? If the identity type is Enterprise ID is there any type of logging such as within content logs to indicate when the assigned product is accessed? I am looking for a way to determine if a subscription can be reassigned if not being used, and to save on the cost of renewals.

I am a web design teacher and due to covid our IT department was able to get us the home accounts for COVID19. I logged in to do this and unfortuanelty it prompts me with a 7 day free trial then to buy and not a free verison so how do I get the free trial on my account. Help!

Having this issue all week! We have worked with Adobe technical support all week, still not solution. Any change I attempt to make to a file automatically gives the "...owner exceeded storage quota" messageFYI, I am a user on the account, and no one else in the group sees the error (or my changed files). Adobe support keeps saying the issue is on the account owners end but no errors are showing on their system. We are at 71% capacity. Deleted files are already cleaned out. lots of free space.Again, we have NOT reached storage limit, we are at 71%. Please help Adobe, we have tried many times with your tech support all week, and still not working.We have already done the following;- killed all sessions for all users- logged everyone out and back inWhat's left to try? Is Adobe abandoning the Creative Cloud?

Dear ladiens and gentleman,i have a questions which the support could not answer.We have a citrix environment with a couple of hundred users. We want to have 4 users using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017. (We bought the licenses)Issue is the following:In citrix once installed all the users will have adobe acrobat pro 2017 available on their citrix desktops.How do we manage that only for the 4 users (each have their own license) citrix is available and for all other it is "disabled".I know that for other software there are admx templates where u can disable the program for some users and for some you can activate it and manage the keys also via the gpo or a template?If someone has done something similar or is using admx templates (for win server 2016) please let me know.Too bad that the official support was of no help.Best RegardsSeb
