Hello,Today I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro DC so I could merge PDF's.  I am trying to combine files but keep getting the error message - No PDF file was created because Adobe Acrobat encountered an unidentified error.Please help!! 

As a VIP administrator how can I determine whether a user assigned a license subscription is using the product? If the identity type is Enterprise ID is there any type of logging such as within content logs to indicate when the assigned product is accessed? I am looking for a way to determine if a subscription can be reassigned if not being used, and to save on the cost of renewals.

After I signed in, I keep getting this error. Could anyone help me how to fix the issue?

I am a web design teacher and due to covid our IT department was able to get us the home accounts for COVID19. I logged in to do this and unfortuanelty it prompts me with a 7 day free trial then to buy and not a free verison so how do I get the free trial on my account. Help!

Having this issue all week! We have worked with Adobe technical support all week, still not solution. Any change I attempt to make to a file automatically gives the "...owner exceeded storage quota" messageFYI, I am a user on the account, and no one else in the group sees the error (or my changed files). Adobe support keeps saying the issue is on the account owners end but no errors are showing on their system. We are at 71% capacity. Deleted files are already cleaned out. lots of free space.Again, we have NOT reached storage limit, we are at 71%. Please help Adobe, we have tried many times with your tech support all week, and still not working.We have already done the following;- killed all sessions for all users- logged everyone out and back inWhat's left to try? Is Adobe abandoning the Creative Cloud?

Dear ladiens and gentleman,i have a questions which the support could not answer.We have a citrix environment with a couple of hundred users. We want to have 4 users using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017. (We bought the licenses)Issue is the following:In citrix once installed all the users will have adobe acrobat pro 2017 available on their citrix desktops.How do we manage that only for the 4 users (each have their own license) citrix is available and for all other it is "disabled".I know that for other software there are admx templates where u can disable the program for some users and for some you can activate it and manage the keys also via the gpo or a template?If someone has done something similar or is using admx templates (for win server 2016) please let me know.Too bad that the official support was of no help.Best RegardsSeb

I have just lost access to all our business accounts Adobe Stock credits and purchase history. Also, all our plan billing history has been wiped. I have invoices as proof of payments and looking for some resolution. Support doesn't answer. BestRobert

Hi I tried installing adobe premier but when it asks me to sign in it goes to the enterprise sign in window which just blinks and closes. Anyone else have this issue. I am using a mac.

Hello, I am attempting to leverage MS Intunes ability to deploy packages to MacOS computers. To make a long story short I have been able to sucessfully perform this task with other applications for example Google Chrome for MacOS. I have been having trouble with the Admin Console created MacOS package.  As a result I opened a ticket with MS tech support who provided excellent customer service and investigated the problem.  MS advises that the .PKG file is missing a "packageinfo" file.Can Adobe fix this issue or comment?I did speak with Adobe chat support.  The gentleman only seemed to care that the package would install manually which it does and would not entertain this as something worth looking into.  Hopefully, I'll have better luck here?  Fingers crossed.Thank you,Tony H.

Converting and Appending Emails to PDF no longer appears to be working correctly. This issue has been on going since the beginning of February 2019 for the organization I work for. Here is the framework of the issue.User has Outlook open.User right clicks on a single email and/or highlights multiple emails and then right clicks on selection.User selects convert to pdf or append to existing pdf.Acrobat begins converting/appending to pdf.Then 3 of the following issues happen.Adobe locks up and crashes, corrupting the pdf it created during the convert to pdf job, or corrupting the pdf it was appending to.When I say "corrupting", I mean it leaves a tmp file instead of a pdf file. This is not good from an appending standpoint because the original document that the user was appending to is now a tmp file. The file then has to be recovered from backup.In some cases, you can actually right click on the tmp file, and open it with Acrobat. Acrobat then restores the PDF and you simply need to sav

I am a high school teacher and my school received the link for the free 60 day subscription for my students but they can't access it when they log in with the link. They do not get asked for their school name.  They only get the seven day trial. Can you help?

Nobody at adobe support knows what they are doing, it's amazing this hasn't hit their bottom line and they haven't fixed it yet.  I guess when you own an industry, you can give terrible customer service.

At our school in the Netherlands, the students need to work at home till july. Will Abobe offer the same  (great) conditions for our students after May 31ste? I certainly hope so.    

Hi,   In relation to the new Terms of Use for Document Cloud storage that have been published on 16th April 2020, as an admin of our company team license using Adobe Acrobat DC, I understand we can now administer our users cloud data. But it's not clear to me how that is done. I have been through the 'adminconsole.adobe.com', 'documentcloud.adobe.com' and 'assets.adobe.com' pages but I can only see the administrator data. No way to access others other team members data.   PS. The email pre-warning of the new Terms of Use said we had accept the 'Terms of use' but my colleagues and I have not seen that.   PPS. Phoned support and not a happy experience. Passed round for 10-15 minutes then left on hold for 15 minutes.

I'm looking for written learning packets in PDF form that can be used for 11th and 12th grade high school students. Most of my students are from inner city schools where they don't have internet access and are only being handed out Chromebooks -- that can't install Adobe CC 2020. Is there anything out there or on the Adobe Learning site?

Hello, I am looking to implement SAML SSO between adobe and our Azure AD instance.  When going into adobe admin center, I go to settings but see no option for Identity.  Therefore I am unable to move forward with setting anything up.  Any idea why that setting is missing from my admin center?  I am system admin for our adobe instance.  We have Adobe Creative cloud as well as Adobe Acrobat standard. Thanks
