Hi,   we've been trying to install a photoshop zxp with ExManCMD and we're recieving this error: Failed to install, status = -160!   Is there documentation availble somewhere so I can debug this? Cheers, Dan.

This happens on several different accounts on this one computer. Client itself does not populate with apps so I have no way to install. I have used the cleaner tool 4 times. Still have issues. Any thoughts? 

I have a computer I work on that I have install permissions but when I use those permissions I don't have Web Access. how do I get dreamweaver installed if I can not run a browser but when I am a regular user I get this is security settings getting in the way... soAdmin account = No web    user account = no permissions what is the fix. 

Hi, I am wondering if there is a HTML based (or non Flash)  Reader Extensions page instead of the Flash based interface.  We will be no longer supported Flash in the browser and need another way to use this service with a non-flash based interface. http://servername:8080/ReaderExtensions/Welcome  

Hello,I don't know why the last update to 2020 version, dont uninstall the 2019 version. Can i uninstall manualy the 2019 or not ? Tks for your help.Greg from France (sorry for my english)

Trying to update to version 2020 without having to uninstall 2019 first.  I push the new version via managed package and it almost finishes then starts reverting all products back to 2019.  Anyone seen this before?

I am having trouble accessing the COVID EDU access for my school. I was notified by my school to login utilizing my school email for access on April 1st, but I am not able to have access to the free creative cloud at the moment. I beleive the problem is that when I login with my school email, it is designated as a "personal account" instead of a "company or school account." Currently, I am only seeing the free trial version of Creative Cloud and not the full version. How do I go about fixing this?

I received an email from Adobe that I was approved to load my students into the admin console.  I have added a test student and signed in to creative cloud as that student, but the apps say require permission or learn more so they cannot be downloaded. Only a couple apps indicate they can be downloaded.

I've configured an AWS Transfer SFTP server and I tested the connection with FileZilla and macOS SFTP client. Both of them worked fine with public key authentication, but Dreamweaver drops error. The key has OpenSSH format and I generated it with ssh-keygen. Server info: 20.1 and 15211 build. Error message: An FTP error occurred - cannot make connection to host. Your login or password incorrect. Is there any workaround or solution to this error?

Recently I got an email  stating that We are updating our Terms of Use effective April 16, 2020I do not have any personal content on creative cloud. But I use Adobe XD and all of my files are saved on Cloud document. Would there be any impact? Do I need to do anything any backup or something? I am directly working on a cloud and I don't have backup anywhere. Please advise. Thanks in advance

When I use SHIFT + ENTER to add a "soft return" to a line of copy in a paragraph, it adds an indent instead of justifying the line. How can this be corrected? My document is Justified formation.

Hi community, I'm the administrator of both the company's Adobe Spark account and Website, I had created our annual report on Adobe Spark couple months ago and added it on the website. Couple days ago, I enter to check it on the website and it's gone ! I double check on Adobe Spark and it's not there either !! and I have no clue of how it got deleted ! it's a very important document and there's no time to make a new one. PLEASE HELP !

How can I make these updates automatic? 

Hallo,   an einem Unternehmens-PC besteht das Problem, dass ich nach jedem Neustart des PCs an der Adobe Creative Cloud abgemeldet bin und zunächst E-Mail-Adresse und Passwort der Adobe-ID eingeben muss. Erst dann ist der Zugriff auf die Anwendungen möglich.   Ich habe dazu verschiedene Hilfestellungen im Internet durchgelesen. Keiner der Tipps hat mir weitergeholfen. Liegt es möglicherweise am Proxy?   Vielen Dank!

Hello Community!   I've been looking through documentation to find the proper way to propogate Named licensing to work with Citrix Machine Creation Services (MCS).     Ive looked here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/package/help/deploying-acrobat.html and here: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/VirtualizationGuide/citrix.html#named-user-licensing and can't seem to get the syntax right to install Adobe on the "master" server which allow my slave servers to properly run each users license when they're using XenApp Desktop sessions.    The setup.exe that's in the installer package doesn't seem to like "Setup.exe /sALL /msi ROAMIDENTITY=1 ROAMLICENSING=1" command line settings.  I'm sure I'm conflating things so maybe someone can point me in the right direction?        

My son is trying to complete his graphic design class online during SIP. When I asked his teacher if the school was setup so that my son could access Creative Cloud via Adobe's generous program to give students access during the pandemic, he said no. That as a private school, they were excluded from the offer. Is this true?

My college (Fort Hays State University) has provided enterprise accounts for students and faculty to use since classes have been moved online. However, when I try to use Adobe Acrobat DC, it states that I will be starting a seven-day free trial and will have to pay for the service after that seven day period. Is this not a service offered through the enterprise account or am I doing something else wrong? From all I've seen, this product should be included so I am unsure why I am getting this message.

I am trying to access the admin console in order to assign my student with the free account that Adobe is offering during this time. However, when I signed in it says I do not have access to admin console. I am the IT director/Computer teacher at our school. I called in to adobe and Kapil could not help me as apparetnly no one can help when it comes to the admin console issue. He suggested I submit my questions here for all the world to see, which does not make me happy. I do not know why Adobe does not have some sort of email option or place to call when needing to ask questions which seem fairly easy for a professional company such as Adobe. However, lessons were due today and I am still unable to access the accounts to asign to my stuents. Please help!

Hello, My classes went online and I want to show off. I have some fun honors students redistributed in Portugal and NYC who would like to edit with me in Premiere.  The school has a Covid EDU access for students but they have to pay $35 a month to access Teams and annual seems the only choice. Can we all just try it for a month? My account seems to provide it for free... but I am the Prof and I want some joy to come to the school and the students. If we can't get Teams access free for 3 studetns for a month... can we get it for one month... and not have to pay too much for a year just to give it a try in an independant way? Hi, is there perhaps somethign wrong with CC? I cant seem to do anything on there. It hangs all the time and I cant reinstall it. I want to uninstall it, but then i have to uninstall all my apps and I'm worried it wont work again. Please help.
