Hi everyone,I have a student who is logging in with his school account and his screen only shows 3 apps available for download. He needs Photoshop and it's not letting him get it for free. He's getting a Try or Buy option. Anyone else have this problem?

is there a wishlist, ideas board, feature request system for enhancements of the admin console?We customers need more functionallity. How can I request? Who will confirm the development? 

I'm from Russia! I want to cancel my subscription. This cannot be done via the interface. But the support service is also unavailable! I have the right to cancel my subscription at any time. Stop charging me money.

Some help please. For the first time in my 20 years of teaching I have been given the opportunity to have input on the computers that will be purchased for my lab. This is not within my expertise at all. Currently we use Macbook Pros. So that is my comfort level of course. At the time the lab that I have was purchased (2011) Mac was the "way to go" plus we were a one to one iPads for our students. Now we are one to one Chromebooks.Quite obviously my lab is out dated and slow and will not function well with the live in app testing through Certiport and forget using Premiere Pro at all.Our course offerings are driven by industry in our area and student interest. We have a larger population of students interested in audio and video so our new lab needs to support the use of Premiere Pro ect.1) If I make recommendation for system requirements based on the system requirements for Premier Pro will those system requirements be enough to support all the Adobe Products as well as the live in ap

K-12 enviroment, we currently still use device licensing, which has worked well for 2 years and plan to move to the shared device and user licensing for the fall.  However, I'm attemtping to setup art and photography students in our k-12 enivorment to be able to use the 2 months free license. I believe I'm just going to upload the bulk users to a students group via csv.  From testing this out it seems to work fine, though it takes a few steps to create the account for the students. My question is will these licences effect my available licences I currently have remaining. I'm weary of using federated ID or enterprise ID because it seems like it would effect our current license and activated devices. Any guidance would be great. Thanks

I have several students who were given temp access saying that Photoshop is giving them notices that their 7-day trial is up. Any idea what might be going on? 

Hello ,My schools Tech Dept filled out the form to request access for my students now stuck at home, however, they have not heard back. I am sure Adobe is overwhelmed but it has been 5 days since requesting? Should they re-send the request? 

Hello,   I post here because my question is about the same subject. My school has been approved too, I work as an IT so I had no Adobe ID. To test the functionnality, I created one, with my mail address from the school and I only have access to evaluation versions. If I understand weel, I need to add users so I tried to add me to start and the admin console tells me that this address is an adobe ID and that it is recommended to add enterprise ID or federated ID.   I really don't know what is these and We already had 14 on 14 nominative licences used so I don't want to mess with that.   I also saw that we can add domains. Can I add the domain of my school so that users (and maybe me as an admin) won't have anything to do except creating or logging with their adobeID created with the same domain ?   Anyway, thanx for the help.

Hi there- I have just setup and logged in with my staff account, but have been unable to access the Adobe PDF edit from home and other facilities. I am asked to go on a free trial. I appear to be logged in through a personal account not Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise account. Is there a way this can be changed for me to access the Adobe services? Thank you

Hello, I have another quick question, I recived approval from Adobe to add my student's emails as users. Once students emails have been added to my users, can I share the guidelines to download the software or do I still need to wait for further approval from Adobe?  I appreciate all of your hard work and help with this!

Hey Adobe Family,    I am writing as a completely new user and that my College based here in Scotland however i have set up the account as my student email but i am still a "blue" account and not the "orange" type.  When i look at my plans i have no plans to select and fix yet I was told by my College that Adobe and West College Scotland has a deal in place. My Student email ends in " @7120071.wcs.ac.uk " I do not know if this would make it an issue but i would like someone to perhaps be able to fix this issue for me as i am not really savvy with your website. I will repeat this again i have no plans in my account so i cannot change or add anything as i have looked at the changing account steps.    Any help would be great.    Andrew 

Hi ,   I'm a 3rd year student at The University of Exeter in England, I am hoping to get access to the creative cloud which has been made available, but have hit some issues. With Covid shutting down my University completely, its not possible for me to reach any IT staff who could fill out the form for me.   Is there anyway to get around this? I can obviously provide evidence that I am a university student etc...I feel stuck as I need this to complete my dissertation which is due next month.   Thanks for your help

Looking for info about the Free Adobe cloud for students during this crazy time... my students will be stuck at home until April 27. They did not go home with school computers, ipads or laptops. Does anyone know if the free adobe cloud app they are offering until May 31 work on students personal computers at home so they can continue working on projects? 

Is it ok to apply for the at home license if the school is yet to close?I think it would be much better to have something in place in case something eventuates, rather than trying to get it sorted after something happens. Sincerely, Luke Digance 

I'd like to sign up for this program. We are Admin account holders, not IT admins. Is it possible to still apply for this needed program if we are not IT? Thanks.  

I submitted the form for our campus to have the free Adobe CC due to the impact of COVID-19.  I submitted the form on Friday (3/13) and have not received notification of approval or it being enabled.  We started ALL ONLINE classes today - what is the timeframe for having this approved/enabled.  When I submitted it, it stated it could take up to 7 days..  Is this correct?

I need to disconnect my Google account in order to set a password and get going with my Admin Console. When I go through the profile screens to do this, the button won't engage to set an Adobe password and disconnect a social account I previously used to sign into Adobe. Make sense?

Hi,I'm wondering about creative cloud and if it can be used to replace our creative file server. We are a team of three. Is anyone else using it like this?We would need to migrate our whole server up there and it is over the 100gb size included with the plan. Can this be upgraded? If anyone else is using for your team I'd really like to hear from you. There does not seem to be much (or any) documentation from Adobe on using this as a cloud service for business, teams. Thank you 

I have been asked about the temporary access expiration date of May 31, 2020 by faculty and staff who are concerned that it doesn't cover our whole Term.  Is there any discussing or news about extending this date to mid June to cover the schools that are to be away from Labs and Classrooms the rest of the term?  

I am new to the Admin Console. I am 1 of 5 admins for our licenses. I am responsible for 12 of the 37 licenses. Since this is all under one account, for the LAN activations, can there be multiple servers support different quantities or does it have to be one master server for all of the licenses under this account?

I have a lot of users who have work accounts for Creative Cloud. They have logged into their accounts on their desktops in their offices. Now, they need to stay home because of Covid-19. They still need to do their work, but when they try to activate their accounts, they get the message, "The serial number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is already in use by the maximum allowed computers." Unfortunately there does not appear to be any way to deactivate a remote device and activate the home device. Logging in to adobe.com does not have that information. I cannot find any contact for my users to request device management. Please Help,Chris
