Upon doing this is just sits there updating and not ever finishing..If i uninstall my creative apps and re-install to an earlier version its works fine, is this a known issue ?
I cannot access my Adobe Team settings. Any help would be appreciated! When I try to I get this error message:We have detected an issue with your team POLIVKA INTL. Please refresh the page or try again later. If this continues to fail, please contact customer support to resolve this issue.
I have Creative Cloud Desktop 4.3.0.256 running in Win 7 64-bit. My problem is I cannot update any on my CC apps until the Desktop app updates. When I let Desktop update, the progress wheel just spins "Updating Creative Cloud Please wait..." I have allowed it to go for hours with no result. I have an enterprise account and am on a fast hardwired ethernet connection. I have also tried this from home, with the same result. I have another machine I recently updated (same enterprise account) with no difficulties.I have uninstalled, via windows, using Creative Cloud Uninstaller, and AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool AND deleted the ..\Adobe\OOBE directory and rebooted in almost all possible combinations, followed by reinstalling Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop. The app always says that it needs an update so it never shows my installed apps or allows me to update any of my CC apps. I am running CC 2015 apps. It has been some time since i have updates any of them. I would like to update them.
Hi all.I've been tearing my hair out trying to identify why I can't get any CCP created packages to install on certain macs.Below is the PDApp.log file on one such mac. The mac is a MacBook Air 13" (Jun 2013, Apr 2014) model, running macOS 10.12.6. It has 4GB RAM, core i5, 15GB free space etc.In CCP, I have created separate packages for each product. With the logs below, I have tried installing InDesign and Lightroom Classic from two separate packages. Both end will launch the installer, run for about 10sec, then fail.I have re-packaged the software using CCP again, with the same result. I have also ensured all other Adobe software on the laptop has been removed, and that there are no Adobe-related processes running on the laptop that may get in the way of the installation.I initially tried the install on the laptop when it was running 10.12, and have tried updating it to 10.12.6 with no improvement. I will have the user update to 10.12 over the weekend, but I'm not convinced that will
Does anyone remember the good old days when we could just install photoshop with an executable and run our volume license script within MDT when deploying computers? Man those were the good old days. Now we have to deal with an admin console, or start creative cloud with an account, install the applications, then run the volume licensing script. These days suck and make me glad that we can just use Snapseed to make our photos pop out a little bit better now. Anyone wish we could go back?
Hi All,Can anyone confirm which addresses need to be whitelisted for Creative Cloud Packager, in order to successfully connect to Adobe servers and download updates? Also, if anyone is able to answer - Does the Creative Cloud Packager require a registered account, or can it run with no credentials required? If it requires an account, are there any licensing considerations? Thanks,Gary

Maybe anyone can help me Are Social Media Tools integrated in the Creative Cloud for Teams?Very short but helpful!
I'm trying to use SCCM 2012 to discover all the systems running Adobe Acrobat, and their version number. I'm using the built in report, Computers with a Specific Product. Among the systems returned I get about 60 machines running Acrobat version 1.0.0.1 or 1.1.0.1. Considering Acrobat 1.0 came out in 93 and was DOS based, this is clearly not correct. Any ideas on what these 60 machines are referring to?
On a VDI environment, after users have signed onto and used DC on two different VMs they are prompted when they log into it on a third with the Limit Reached box and given options to sign out of other machines before proceeding. Do we have the ability somehow to suppress the limit reached box and simply force the option of signing out of all signed-in machines ?
Does Adobe have any information on the best method to use SCCM find installations of Adobe Products, like Acrobat and Acrobat Pro?Thanks,
We have school license for Adobe CC. Have been using it for about 1 yr. I tried installing it on a new laptop and no matter what I try to run I get the following error. I get the following error:C:\Users\Superintendent\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\PV7IQ40J\AdobeCreativeCleanerTool.exe is not a valid Win32 application. The cleaner tool or install packages are return the same error. I have made as number of attempts to install packages that I have created for Adobe CC for teams. The package contains a number of Adobe CC products.I have tried using both the CCPLauncher and also building the package under the Admin Console Portal. With both methods the packages builds successfully. However both methods fail to install the package.I have searched through the various support forums and resources but I am unable to find what is causing the failure.I have built and deployed a new package onto a freshly build computer with no previous Adobe product installed. All attempts have be on a Windows 7 enterprise.Below are some of the errors shown in the PDApp.log file:02/26/18 08:36:18:557 | [INFO] | | ASU | DeploymentManager | | | HTTPConnector | 9128 | The http request returned HTTP_Status:0 HttpCommunicator error:002/26/18 08:34:01:162 | [ERROR] | | ASU | DeploymentManager | DeploymentManager | | | 9128 | Product Media (LRCC, 1.2) installati
Dear all,I try to create a silent install of Acrobat Pro 2017 in order to deploy it via SCCM.If I install msi manually as trial or with licence key, it install Pro version. But when I create a MST file via Adobe Customization wizard DC (with key and offline exception) and use it to install, install works but it install Standard and not Pro version. Is there a way to choose Pro in MST ?Best regards,Robert
This is a hypothetical question of course...The Adobe CLP Agreement allows you to have an Enterprise key for Adobe Premise Products. Simulating an Enterprise Agreement. Thus, if one purchases an Adobe Acrobat Pro license onto his/her device, can they also access it via Citrix? Meaning, the premise license allows two installs/access - would that include that as well? If not, what Adobe Acrobat license offers access to both?!
I have a user that specifically needs functionality which existed in Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro and was deprecated in future revisions. On the Adobe Licensing Website (LWS), it indicates I have product licensing for: Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro - English (Universal) The link to download this software has since been remove from the LWS. Additionally, when I try to download any version of Adobe 9 Pro from another location on Adobe's website (Download Acrobat 8 and Acrobat 9), it will not accept my product key (likely due to it being the English, German, French combined version and not explicitly for English - Universal even though it specifically lists English - Universal as one of the valid language options). Can someone please provide me a link to the software for which I am licensed for. Thank you very much!
Hi All,I am in the process of packaging the latest update to be able to deploy the software via group policy using a msi file.I have downloaded the latest msp file 2018.011.20036 and have slipped this into the last full msi file (DC1500720033) however I noticed it is failing via group policy.I have performed this update may times before but it seems like this update does not work.Has anyone else had this issue?Appreciate any assistance.
So my problem is my executable does nothing to my trial version of Adobe Illustrator and the rest of the suite, it still says i have X amount of days left before my trial expires I would like to know what I can do to fix this problem. Do i need to wait for the trial to end for the executable to work? Thanks
Let me preface this by saying that I have read through about 5 or 6 posts that had this same problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled creative cloud about 6 times. I have tried logging in with the firewall on and with it off. I have gone to the direct download site Adobe CC 2013 Direct Download Links: Creative Cloud 2013 Release | ProDesignTools located here and tried downloading creative cloud from here. Still doesn't work. I go to Clemson University, and we are able to download the Adobe suite for free, but I can't unless I can log into creative cloud. I get to the login page, enter my enterprise ID, and it takes me into a different window where I enter my school username and password. It then loads for about 20 seconds then displays this window. I have been trying to login for the past 2 weeks to no avail. I have tried everything, and I don't know what else to do. Do you guys have any suggestions? (Also, I have tried changing my default browser. That didn't work either.

I have a Windows 7 computer that is not Internet enabled in an area that Internet is enabled. Is there a way I can get a copy of Illustrator onto that non-Internet enabled computer that will never have access to the Internet. I've tried downloading the files from Adobe Creative Cloud (purchased on Amazon and redeemed on Adobe website) and found that when I tested it on a non-internet computer it didn't have the option. I called Adobe and they told me its not possible to do this without Internet. Which is odd....because I read somewhere that you could do an offline activation. Am I missing something? As an IT Manager, I find this a little disturbing and a little ridiculous that I can't install Illustrator without the use of Internet. I need to be able to have this option because not all computers in general have the ability to connect to the Internet. There must be a way this can be done without Internet. .
Hi, where do I find the installer for Server 2016? In version 11.0.20 Legacy Product Release Notes — Release Notes for Legacy Acrobat Products Adobe added support for Server 2016 but I can't find the installer..
Can you disable the Assets,Discovery and Stock Panels in the Creative Cloud Desktop app from the serviceconfig.xml file ?
I used to have all CC 2014 programs and the computer worked fine, since I couldn't always open my colleagues files since they had newer version I wanted an update.I now have an Adobe business account that allows me to download all Adobe programs. I can only install one, for example Ps. When I try to install another program, for exampel, Indesign nothing happens. It is like the first program refuse the others to install. I have used Adobe Cleaner and reinstalled Creative Cloud (by the way, when I try to install Creative Cloud, the app says it needs to update and the update never ends).I have a Macbook Pro 2015. I have erased the HD on my computer and reinstalled data from Timemachine. This didn't help.Regards,P
