Hello,I have created several deployment packages lately via the Creative cloud packager. They are deployed via SCCM and when both InDesign and Illustrator have been working fine while Photoshop kills the Explorer.exe under the deployment. The explorer.exe does not come back automatically and have to be started via task manager.I also created a package that includes several programs, among them Photoshop and the same happens with it.Note: Photoshop do complete the installation and are working correctly. Is there anyone that have encountered this problem before, and do anyone have a solution for it?
We have an Acrobat DC 2015 deployment (Classic Track 15.006.30355 currently) packaged and deployed via SCCM. Installs the 30033 base and then patches it with the 30355 update. In the middle of last week we started seeing installation failures on new systems. Eventually tracked it down to the fact that our newly imaged systems now come with an updated version of the Visual C++ 2013 redistributable, 12.0.40660. It looks like this update was released sometime in December and got rolled into our image. When you try to install the 15.006.30033 base, it doesn't recognize the new version and prompts you to try to install the VC++ 2013 12.0.21005 which is bundled with the install. That fails since it won't let you downgrade the version. I saw earlier that there exists an "IGNOREVCRT64" switch for the install command line--is this a viable workaround or will that disable parts of the program since it assumes that the VC++ is totally absent? Has anyone else seen this, and found any other workaro
Hallo, habe ein Team-Abo alle Applikationen und kann Lightroom CC nur als Testversion installieren. Wie kann ich das Problem beheben?
I am having issues with Adobe Reader DC compatibility for Windows 10 1607.On newly imaged clients Reader crashes after ~30 seconds.I think that this has to do with Microsoft Updates for Windows 10 pushed in the past couple of months. It doesn't matter if the install files are pushed via SCCM or downloaded from Adobe Website.Once the Reader is installed the only way to keep it from crashing is to turn off bProtecedMode DWORD Value or delete it out of Registry.I can not do that due to STIGs.This is a GPO that is pushed to all of the machines and is tattooed in registry due to security measures on our network. Is there a fix for this issue without disabling Protected Mode? Also, I have found that enabling the compatibility mode for the USER to Windows 7 fixes the issue, but enabling the compatibility mode for ALL USERS to Windows 7 doesn't fix the issue. I did this via GUI and Command Line.Command Script that I used for Current User (WORKS)REG ADD "HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\Cu

Hi,I have a client who is an Adobe CC for team administrator who appears when he wants to log in to an administrator account to assign users ,After logging in Adobe ID ,prompt verification code verification failed. However, the normal login is no verification code, and did not enter the verification code.I tried to change the browser, restart the computer and change the computer login, but still the same.Is this a Adobe ID question? The following error screenshot, sorry only Chinese.from Shanghai,China
"An error has occurred during download. Please try again later." I have tried every possible permutation of the advanced settings on the Packager, removed and reloaded Adobe Application Manager, removed it completely, because the first thing the Packager does is to install the Adobe Application Manager, so my question is, why in the world is the Packager trying once again to retrieve the Adobe Application Manager, and why would an error occur during download of something that is already downloaded, and stopping my install? 3 days of this is beginning to wear on me. Thanks.
having same exact issue with multiple machines in our environment.
Hi,We are unable to add Users as there is no '+' button to add them. I am logged in with full systemadmin access.Any ideas? This is very frustrating. Thanks
We recently began using the Adobe Acrobat 11 SCUP catalogs to update existing installations of Adobe Acrobat Pro 11 . These installations were part of a system image that was manually updated to the version of Adobe Acrobat Pro that was current at the time which was 11.0.20. It's been reported that several systems that previously had been Adobe Acrobat Pro 11.0.20 had received an 'upgrade', but were now being reported as having Acrobat 11.0.02. I've confirmed that this is the reported version seen in the SCCM audit and by direct query of one of the systems. However when I check file version on the system, the version of the Acrobat.exe file is 11.0.20.17. The install date on the systems with this issue was on 11/24 if that helps any.It appears that there may have been an issue with the version detection. Do you have any information about this? I've pulled the updates until we can figure out what happened. We are using the Adobe Acrobat 11 Updates Catalog for SCUP available here: http:/

In our company, we'd like to lock some features on our deployed CC products like Photoshop or InDesign.Neither Adobe documentation nor Google could help me. Is it even possible? Seems like every example was only related to Acrobat.Already used following docs:Online features — Acrobat Customization Wizard DC for WindowsLockable Settings Preference Basics — Enterprise Administration Guide Thanks!BRPatrick

We are needing immediate assistance, without sales pressure, selecting the correct products for a MAJOR national level project requiring products that are HIPAA and HI-TECH compliant. This includes patient portals, document signatures and more. Does anyone have a connection to an Adobe Enterprise Product Specialist that can connect with us to assist us? I have tried phone support but get transferred all over the place as no one seems to have an answer for us. We know Adobe has a solution for what we are looking to do, we just can not find someone who can help us. A central point of contact is what we need. If you can assist, please let us know!(I am running out of hair and am to young to be bald!!!)

Hi,I'm trying to install AUSST on Windows Server 2012 R2 with IIS 8.5, though I can't get the thing to work!!!I've followed the instructions from Using the Adobe Update Server Setup Tool (AUSST) though I'm doing something wrong. All the updates have been downloaded to the directory 'c:\AdobeCloudUpdate' (just over 80GB). I've created a new web site in IIS to point to this directory as the root and set the permissions for the local 'IIS_USERS' group to read, list, etc.I've followed the instructions to add the file types to the 'Handler Mappings' at the server level, changed the AppPool to classic and updated the 'C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\config\web.config' file with the add path veriables for the 5 file types. When trying to browse to the 'updaterfeed.xml' from a client computer using the full URL of 'http://co-au-01.contoso.msft/webfeed/oobe/aam20/win/updaterfeed.xml' I get an XML page cannot be displayed error.I have created a 'AdobeUpdater.xml' override file and ad
