my password does not work for photoshop downloadI changed my password and can log in but when I try to download photoshop update my password does not work

Hi all. is there a way to use the Creative Cloud Packager with the command line/terminal (on MacOS)? I'd like to automate creating packages, as I need to rebuild around a dozen packages every 2 months. Always clicking through the gui does not seem a very bright idea...thanksSerge

I bought a laptop last month along with a single license for adobe photoshop elements& premiere elements 14. However this laptop was faulty and they exchanged it for me today and informed me that I would be able to download the packages again, as long as I deactivated the version on my old laptop. How do I go about doing this? Thanks

I need to distribute the latest versions of InDesign and InCopy to my development team. It has not been advertised through the Creative Cloud Packager app yet. What is the timetable to making it available in CCP? Is there another way I can get the media out? End users do not have individual creative cloud accounts, so updating through the CC Desktop app is not an option.

I have been having issues accessing all Creative Cloud apps for the past week. Photoshop crashed last week, at which point I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling Creative Cloud and have run the clean tool. SInce that time, I keep getting signed out of Creative Suite. When I try to sign back in, I receive a message that my membership has expired, which is not correct. Hallo,wenn ich ein Paket des Reader DC mit dem Customisation Wizzard bearbeitet habe, fehlt in den Einstellungen die Option "Dokumente als neue Registerkarten im selben Fenster öffnen".Die Option wird im Wizard nicht angeboten und nach der Installation auch nicht in den Voreinstellungen "Allgemein" angezeigt.Wird das Paket manuell installiert ist die Option vorhanden.Auch hilft ein Eingriff in die Registry nicht. Egal wieviel ich HKLM\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC austausche.Auch die Änderung des Parameters: HKLM\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\AVGeneral\bSDIMode zeigt keine Wirkung.Ich verwende den Wizard "CustWiz1501620039_en_US_DC.exe" und das Reader DC Paket "AcroRdrDC1501620039_de_DE.exe".Ist da eine falsche Paketkombionation?Hat hier jemmand eine Lösung?Vielen Dank für Eure Hilfe

We are renewing our Acrobat DC VIP licenses, but reducing the number. I logged in to the team management portal to mark licenses that could be expired and it looks like Adobe already randomly selected licenses for expiration.  I want to choose licenses assigned to other people for expiration. How do I choose other licenses for expiration once Adobe already made that selection?Thanks in advance for the help.

I have a user on Mac Book Pros, that are having issues with Photoshop, Illustrator, and indesign, InCopy randomly crashing or locking up there systems. We gave  user was given a brand new system with a fresh image and install of CC. Issues are still happening. They happen on random files that are on the network as well as some on the local hard drive. Some times they hang opening a new blank file.The user now has a15-inch Retina MacBook Pro (Mid 2015)CPU 2.5Ghz I716GB RamRunning 10.10.5All CC apps are up to date. The crash logs seem show for the above programs as well as the CEPHtmlEngine shows up a lot. Below are some of the logs. We would like to suppress the „Update verfügbar…“ message, when starting the CC Client and we need to deaktivate the checkbox („Creative Cloud-Client laufend aktualisieren“) by default.2. We need to set this setting by default within the SCCM-Package. Which Registry Key or which Configuration-file needs to be modified to achieve this?3. I have a license of CS5 master collection bought by Helmholtz Zentrum München for my personal use at home. I must swap this software (product key [removed-kglad]) to my new PC and cannot uninstall it from my old PC, because this PC no longer boots. Hi Everyone.Just setup a new Adobe Update Server in our environment to update the multiple Adobe CC 2015 products we have. But it seems that the clients aren't downloading from the server.I created a new Windows 2012R2 server to install the AUS onto, and followed the instructions from Using the Adobe Update Server Setup Tool (AUSST)​. Used IIS 8.5 as the web server.I can access the updaterfeed.xml from http://server.domain.local/webfeed/oobe/aam10/win/. The AdobeUpdater.Overrides is also pointing back to the server (eg <Application appID="updates"> <Domain>http://server.domain.local</Domain> <URL>/updates/oobe/aam10/win/</URL> <Port>80</Port> </Application>But when I view the DLM.log file, it looks like it's still trying to download everything from the web. I copied and pasted what worked for me in the past and changed the values, but everytime i run through command line it does not install at all. When i remove the TRANSFORMS switch, it installs just fine. In our enterprise wide deployment we see that in very minimal systems the "ENCRYPTED SERIAL KEY" was not found in registry or in the regid* folder under "programdata". This is not only Acrobat specific but also for CS package. We found this while doing an internal software compliance audit and the auditor mentioned that even though we have enough licenses we should be able to get the encrypted key to check against the actual deployed key.We tried to uninstall, reboot the machine and reinstall the software without any success.Please help me in resolving the issue and Is there any known issue reported on this?We raised a case using chat but they informed that i will get a call back which did not happen yet. We have n office of about 25 people that we are constantly changing computers or adding new hires.  Is there a way within acrobat to see which serial number we are using on a particular computer to keep track of them???

Installed the update to CC Packager this morning. It's crashing out with no error after selecting the software to build package for (Tried both Muse and Audition separately)Enter Directory on home screen. Press Next.Enter Serial Number. Press Next.Select Software Package (Muse 2015). Press Next.*Window Closes*That's it. No error, no downloading of files. Just closes out.Built 6 packages yesterday with no issue. Now, deployment has stopped.
