My University has been struggling with the automated or unattended removal of CC 2014 Enterprise so we can upgrade our classrooms to CC 2015 Enterprise an not have duplicate programs. CC 2014 was installed using the Creative cloud packager as well.We have been successful in creating a new CC 2015 Enterprise package with the Creative Cloud Packager and it installs what we selected but the older CC 2014 applications are still installed.I have attempted to use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool which removes most of the applications but it leaves Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Extension Manager, Adobe Flash Builder and most of the icons under All Programs. You are then unable to uninstall these remaining apps after the Cleaner has been run. They are no longer in the Control Panel. So I guess my questions is if the Cleaner Tool does not remove everything and there are no other automated ways to remove the items that it misses or remove the items individually prior to running the tool. Has anyon

i have built the package with the new adobe packager that said it puts acrobat and all in the build folder. now I want to deploy the package with SCCM 2012 R2. but was it the .bat file that I need to create to make that happen. I want quiet unattendend install and not reboot for machines.
I have created an AIP on the network, and have 2 different transforms to apply to the same AIP for Acrobat Pro DC.I have used the Acrobat Customization Wizard to create a transform, and want to cache the installer files for future updates. The install works fine, but the only files that end up in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 2015\Setup Files\ directoryare a subdirectory with the GUID, an empty Transforms directory, and an 'Enterprise.mnt', but nothing else. The AIP is an extracted and patched AIP. The MST does include the setting 'Checkbox - ENABLE_CACHE_FILES - YES'msiexec /i acropro.msi TRANSFORMS=AutoUpdate.mst /qrAny help is appreciated!
I bought Adobe Acrobat Pro from Newegg.com - where can I find my serial number?
I have a volume license for Acrobat 10 Pro and Acrobat 10 STD and I want to know how many users can use each. Can someone assist with this? I tried to gather this information from Adobe Chat support but they redirected me to this forum. I can provide the serial numbers. Thank you.
Hi Fellow Acrobat Fans!I tried a couple test deployments of Acrobat XI Pro 11.0.03 by GPO. It doesn't install on a couple desktops, just unistalls old versions of Acrobat X. Only a generic error 1274, 2 and 1603 in the eventvwr's of the Windows 7 desktops. When I try to manually launch the .MSI file I get: Visual C++ 2010 SP1 (x64) Runtime Missing. After installing Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Runtime manually on the desktops, the GPO works. Not sure if this related or a fluke.I didn't see anything mentioned in the Enterprise Admin Guide except the IGNOREVC10RT switch. Have I missed something in the Customization Wizard?? What are you folks doing to avoid this problem? Anyone have suggestions on how to deploy Visual C++ 2010 or ignore it?I didn't notice this issue with our Acrobat 9 or X GPOs.Our fleet runs 32 bit MS Office and we do not use Outlook clients (migrated to GMail) so I don't think these 'application functionality' wou
We have a serial key for Acrobat Pro. I was told it is a volume license key but nobody knows how many licenses are tied to it. I attempted to contact support who informed me that cant help and I needed to post it here. I am the new IT guy and the last guy did not document when/where we purchased it or what email address it is registered under.
I'm attempting to use the latest Acrobat Customization Wizard CustWiz1500920069_en_US_DC.exe to create a custom transform file for an Acrobat DC Standard Classic installation. I can successfully create a custom .MST file but it does not appear that all of the settings are being properly applied. Specifically I have set the "Show reasons for signing" option under Digital Signature and also Disabled All Services under Online Services and Features yet Acrobat is set to save to cloud and show reasons for signing is unchecked. I have attempted to perform the installation using Setup.exe directly as well as calling msiexec and specifying the path to the transform with the same result. I never had any trouble customizing Acrobat 11 or earlier versions using the wizard. Any ideas on what might be happening would be appreciated.ThanksJosh
If I use Acrobat Removal Tool in my old PC, can I install Acrobat X Pro to my new PC by old credentials
I'm trying to create a Reader DC package for deployment to our Macs, but I can't see it in Adobe Application Manager - only Pro is there. Do I have to get a separate distribution licence for Reader?
How do I monitor the data usage in the document cloud?
How do I activate the 20 gb of server space that is supposed to come with my 3 member enterprise team? I only have 2 gb and the sales person, on a call after being told to call sales by the support person gave instructions to go to help on the management page but there is no heading regarding server space on help anywhere.
Is there a way to create a Adobe Acrobat Pro DC package in a .msi format, with the license key information already patched? We use Microsoft Windows Server Group Policy ( Software Installation) to deploy all of our software, and it only runs MSI installer package. With our current setup, we are unable to create logon script to run any .bat or .exe file, so running the License file (AdobeSerialzation.exe) post install, is not an option for us. Unless we manually run it on all of our workstations individually, which is what we would like to avoid. I have tried to use the Adobe Customization Wizard DC to edit the msi file with the "exception" folder, I was able to find the box for "serial number". But I do no have access to a serial number, the only thing I could access, is a pre-created Licensed File, or the Installation package ( for individual install) that patch the software with the License info automatically. But it does not help us with an Enterprise deploy setup. Please help.
We got 8 Adobe Acrobat Standard licenses and using VMware Horizon View with linkedClone technologys. Each time we redeploy the desktops our users get a prompt to deploy the license key.How we can fix this issue? Thanks
is the enterprise solution the way to go for more than 2 computers?
I know there is a check box to not ask again inside the application. I a trying to set it for users when it installs so they are not prompted. The customization wizard only has options to set a default or let app installer decide. I could not find reference to a registry entry for this anywhere.
I recently got an account for our business snow i am trying to instal my 3 licences how do i go about doing this? When i login in to my account i have no clue where to go
I just downloaded Acrobat Pro. Everything I have attempted to edit tells me it is already signed and cannot be edited. This is not the case and I want to know if there is any way to edit pdfs I have already created? I have not signed anything because I just downloaded PRO today and that was not a free option. Does anyone know how to correct this? Thank you!!

Morning,We are currently testing a Citrix Proof of concept and we are struggling with Adobe Acrobat Professional on the base image (gold image).Basically we got have a pool of 20+ desktops (at present) which are spun up from the base image with Adobe Acrobat Professional activated on it, although when a user logs onto a desktop in the pool it displays it as un-registered and goes to a trial version of the product. How do we go about licensing the product in this scenario? Is some sort of Adobe licensing Server like for Windows required? As we will control who has access to the product via Windows AppLocker (this will ensure that only the registered users have access to it).We have also tried to stream it via XenApp incase this scenario was not supported, but the integration with Office Products, etc.. does not work unless it is on the desktop the user is working on.RegardsDave
Originally I had a screen to manage my team. I invited 2 of my 3 team members. I went back to invite the 3rd and cannot find that function any more?
Hi there! I have deployed my Adobe CC + Apps via Creative clouder packager. Eg, downloaded and made my package on one machine then deployed it. i made the mistake of not allowing the user to be able to update the software later on via Creative Cloud Desktop manager. Short of uninstalling and making anew package, how can I change this and ensure that users will be able to update their software?
