We've had a 2 year licence for CC Enterprise which we've just purchased a 2 year extension for.  Will we get a new licence key for this or will the existing key remain valid?

Hello!We have deployed Adobe Acrobat DC to our company and most, if not all, users who try to view PDFs from IE (using the "open" option) receive an 'Error 16' error message. We have exhausted all efforts and are hoping someone else out there has experienced this and has a solution. We've contacted support and have gotten nowhere.Full error - Please uninstall and reinstall the product. If this problem still occurrs, please contact Adobe tech support for help, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.Error 16http://www.adobe.com/support/We have tried...Making the user a local admin on their PCGranting full permissions to all Adobe filed in ProgramData and Program Files. Hey,We've got a really weird issue with this combination.  Basically after a clean install of Windows 10 and this version of Reader, after the first successfull launch, we get the following error:Fatal errorAcrobat failed to connect to a DDE server.If I delete the Adobe folder in both the local and roaming part of the user profile, Reader successfully launches again, once, then any other attempt results in the same error.This issue does not exist on our Windows 7 deployments (both Windows 7 and 10 are the 64-bit versions),Any ideas?Thanks

This program is garbage.  Nothing is intuitive, the menus are all gone, it takes clicking several different buttons, opening new windows, just to run OCR and then save as a PDF-A.All of this worked well on all of the other machines in the office Running X and XI.Additionally I install programs on all our office PC's and having to register a stand-alone program to someone's email is a royal pain. We slip-seat machines.I absolutely, positively, hate DC.Can I downgrade to XI?

WTF is this crap? Seriously.Why does my End User need to sign into frigging anything to use this simple pice of software??I have 5 people that use the same PC. So you want to me to register all 5 frigging prop-le so they can create a damn PDF?Stop sniffing GLUE.

HiWe have a device based CCT for Education license. Since we offer work from home options, we need the ability for an end user to work on two devices, non-concurrently. Can we migrate from a device based CCT license to a named-user license? We are okay to pay the price difference between the named-user and device based license. Any help/pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Windows 7, Acrobat Pro XI.I've a number of users that are experiencing a recurring Registration Popup dialog while in Acrobat Pro XI despite selecting the never ask again option.   Is this setting held in a file someplace which may not be getting replicated as part of the users' profile?Thanks,

Hello,My workplace purchased CS3 in 2007 with 6 activations. I have been using it since then. Recently I have received a new machine and forgot deactivate CS3 on the old one. When I installed CS3 on my new machine and tried to activate it told me that maximum activations have been reached and I cannot activate it.I know we currently only use 3 or 4 activations only.Please help deactivate one, so I can activate it on my new machine. Good day,I have successfully created and tested 32-bit and 64-bit Adobe CC packages for Microsoft Windows that I have created using Creative Cloud Packager.The issue I have is that my SCCM distribution point space is limited, I have tried to merge the 32-bit and 64-bit source files.Windows merged the files and folders to create a 3rd "package", and I skipped the files/folders where there were matches between the 2 packages. Hi,I'm trying to move a CS5 Design Std software to a new computer, steps taken:- On the old PC, opened software and then Help > Deactivate. Choosing permanent. When I try to open one of the software's in the suit I get the promt for trial or licensing. So the software seems to successfully been deactivated.- Downloaded the software to the new computer from this site. Download Adobe Creative Suite 5 products The two files under "CS5 Design Standard" for Windows.- After the installation on the new computer I get the trial / license window as expected. But when entering my serial number from the Software License Certificate paper I get a waring triangle and "This serial number is not valid for this product.".- Iv'e been in contact with Adobe Chat support, just saying there is no live support for this product anymore and transfers me to this forum instead.It's a company license for one installation, if I read it right.Complete SKU Description on my Software License Certificate"Adobe Des

I have installed cs3 on my computer.  This was a multiple users license.  When I enter the serial number, it tells me it is not valid.  I have done a chat with support, only for them to send me here - saying they no longer support that version.  anyone know what the problem is and how it can be corrected - or how I can talk to someone at Adobe.

I have been trying to encode H.264 file just under 2 hours... I did the Wednesday show but now was going to do the Thursday Show but it is given me problems.  I keep getting the follow:  - Encoding Time: 01:42:0805/31/2016 09:08:47 PM : Encoding FailedExport ErrorError compiling movie. Unknown error.I cleared the cache file to make premier rebuild.  Still having the same problem... Sometimes a quarter the way in and some halfway or more and I get the error.  I can encode a smaller file with no problem but I don't know what to do.  and I have this project to get though and 2 more to go... I been held up... please help... I can't find anyway to contact adobe.  It says I don't have phone support... I use to not sure why... I pay my monthly.... Any help  Thanks!

We have Adobe CC Enterprise at our University. Recently we have been having issues with people getting the "you already have 2 computers registered with this account" error. It is happening on Macs and Windows. It appears that sometimes when an individual that already has a personal subscription to Adobe CC logs into the Adobe Cloud app to manage their fonts/etc it causes the computer to lose our enterprise license. Once we run the licensing script its fine for a while again. Has anyone had this issue before?

We are just after updating from Acrobat 11 to Acrobat PRO DC. Ever since the upgrade users have been complaining that they are been prompted to sign into acrobat. I have read that by using the "Adobe Provisioning Toolkit" that you can remove this sign-on requirement.However i am having a problem with getting the "Adobe Provisioning Toolkit" as we bought the licenses via a re-seller. I do not have access to the Adobe licensing portal to get the tool.Is this the correct way to remove this sign on requirement and if so where can i get access to the provisioning toolkit?Any help would be really appreciated.

i had the program on a computer that died and now need it on a newer computer, but the serial number does not work as it did before. i got the program while working at a university with a bulk license, and was told it would always work. since the program is no longer supported, i was told i could get some help here, but it seems i need a new serial number or to find one embedded in the software. right now i have re-installed the program, but on a trial basis that will rum out in 30 days. any help appreciated.

The Adobe cloud is a great space to collect all my service tickets.  My techs use an Adobe form, completed the form and uploads it automatically.  The problem is I need a copy of that completed ticket sent to our dispatchers too.  I can't find a way to either auto-forward, or set multiple destinations for the upload.  Any ideas?

Hey there,We are trying to supress the registration login screen for Acrobat DC standard installs on our machines.  I found the command adobe_prtk --tool=Serialize --leid=V7{}AcrobatESR-12-Win-GM --serial=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx --regsuppress=ss    and a couple others that should do basically teh same thing, but I can't find Provision Toolkit 9.0, I tried using the cs6 version of the toolkit, but it didn't work, gave a return code of 0, but didn't suppress the login screen..  We looked in our license portal and didn't see the toolkit listed.  Anyone have any experience suppressing the user login screen?

Hello CC - Family,we want to use CC for teams on VMWare Windows Machines for our concerthouse. The download and installation of the apps was no problem at all but unfortunately after any reboot (every morning) the cc asks for a license login.I've read that problem in the forum but didn't find any solution yet. Am I right here or is there a solution not to hack every mornig the Adobe ID into the system.All the bests Udo

Hi there,When I started to install Setup.exe, it showed failure to install on creative cloud. I therefore passed it and installed directly the "Adobe Acrobat DC DE 64-bit.msi". However the Installation alsways stopped after few seconds. I don't know if I need to buy the license for creative cloud that's why I faild at the first moment. But didn't make sense to me to pay twice for one product. Thus I wonder if my purchase ways complicated the license recognization. I download the "Trial Version first with my Adobe-ID" and I cleaned it by adobecleaner. I purchased the one year license via my Company not my Adobe-ID. In our Company Website I download the Setup.exe and DC-64-bit.msi to my Win10 Computer.I really need your help because I have no idea what's going on now.Thank you so muchBest Joanne Chang
