I have The package containing AcroPro.msi and in the same folder is the Abcpy.ini. When I deploy the package to a computer it installs successfully and shows that it has picked up the username and company name but not the serial number.in the Abcpy.ini;***************************************************************;OEM Installation Options;***************************************************************[OEM Install]ISX_SERIALNUMBER=1111-1111-1111-1111-1111-1111USERNAME=jtillman@napier.medway.sch.ukCOMPANYNAME=NAPIER COMMUNITY PRIMARY AND NURSERINSTALLDIR=Is there any special switch or command I need to add in to make this work? I am deploying on an RM CC4 network. So I have an install command box in the package properties where I can add in command switches. Thanks.

Good-day,We have a 2012 R2 RDS farm (6 servers) which has approx 300 users all using Adobe XI. To get Adobe to function correctly we have to set Compatibility mode to XP SP2 and disable protected view. Is there anyway to do this in registry for all users as we currently need to go to each and every user.Thanks....

Hello everyone,I have a project that I have been working on, but have not found a solid way/answer. I have two Mac labs, that have CC 2015 installed on the machines. I can invoke the RUM fine, and it checks/installs updates. What I am trying to do is automate this process. I want to have terminal open, type: sudo RemoteUpdateManager, hit "enter," type: "password," hit enter. I want this to run every Saturday, at 4pm in each mac lab of around 25 machines each. this is the process to check and install updates on a mac. However, it is not as easy to run a scheduled task on Mac as it is on a PC. I do have a n internal adobe server that each machine is talking to, setup AUSSTHas anyone done this, or do you know a way to do this? I have tried using automator, but each time the calendar alarm launches, it says automator had an error, and closes/stops the process. I am somewhat familiar with Mac, but really a PC man. If anyone has a way to do this, please let me know.Thanks in advance,RH

MacBook Pro Retina 15" (Mid-2014) running OS X 10.11.2.  Administrative user account.   No other applications open.I successfully created an Adobe CCP 1.4 device license installation package for CC All Apps for our users, but when I attempt to install the package it always hangs at approximately 40% of the installation with the installer displaying "Running Package Scripts" for about 1 hour.  The installer eventually does finish but it seems odd that it takes consistently so long.   Is the installation package for the CC all apps supposed to take this long?   It is a large installer (~22 GB).  The temptation for many will be to try to kill the installation since it takes so long and seems to be stuck with no sign of progress.  The progress bar doesn't move for about an hour until the installer displays that it has successfully done the installation.  We'll just have to have do the installations on extended coffee break or lunch.I l

I have build some packages, and none of them, will go through the install process. It starts up, and the welcome sreen comes up with "please wait, Windows configures...." and then it hust stops with out any warnings/messages.Please help!

Let me start by saying I'm new to using CCP (first time). Background, I've been tasked with deploying various Adobe applications within our enterprise. I downloaded the packager, selected my applications to include Acrobat DC and attempted to decipher the various online instructions provided to successfully deploy the products. My confusion comes in the manner of either having to use the Execption folder or simply using the "setup.exe" in the build folder in order to deploy my applications. One online document states that if deploying Acrobat DC you do not need to use the exception folder, but use if for other applications. I'm trying to deploy using SCCM and with little or no end-user interaction as possible. I must say I'm confused at this point. Any and all help with be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

The user got by mistake a named user package installed of Adobe CC for teams. The user should have a device package. The system administrator have removed the named user installation using Adobe clean up tools for CC and when the correct device package is installing “gathering required information” the scale goes half and then reverse.   What could be wrong?

Hello Community,i have Special Question to Licence and Installation..I have to Install Acrobat Standard AND Pro on the Same Terminal Server (RDSH)  i have just a few licences für both Version. Is it allowed to install both versions on one Remote Desktop Session Host? i would work with GPO Item Level Targeting an place the Shortcut of the Licenced Version on the Users Desktop. Other User get the other Version (Shortcut) when the are in another AD Group.Is this allowed? i guess not but i have to asked to be absolutly sure. Thanks very muchskykitchen

I have 24 AOO licences of Premiere Elements 13 that I need to deploy with SCCM.I have created an .msi with AAMEE as I was told by Adobe support. Next I tried to create a prov.xml with the following command:adobe_prtk.exe --tool=VolumeSerialize --generate --serial=xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx --leid=V7{}PremiereElements-EMT13-Win-GM --regsuppress=ss --eulasuppress --provfilepath="path to desired folder"I get Return Code = 14. I am running the command prompt as administrator. What have I done wrong?

I have just installed Acrobat DC on a users machine. I am able to run it OK on my login (a domain admin account), but they are unable to open it at all (tried as a regular user and as a local admin). Program appearers in task manager for a second and then closes. I have had it running on this logon before but it was closing Acrobat after being open for 30 seconds. Currently running the latest version of DC on a fully patched windows 7 Pro laptop.

We have 3 occurences where subscribers start with their CC Registration but on the download for the Adobe Desktop it stucks w/o prompting any error. Any idea?
